I am so glad that I hired Colorado wedding nanny for my wedding. It was so helpful to have reliable sitters for all the kids at my wedding. I really wanted to make sure that my wedding was child friendly, Blair and her team went above and beyond, taking care of all of my nieces and nephews! They had activities and were so playful with the kids. It was so special knowing they were taken care of while the adults got to celebrate. so grateful for her and the rest of her team.!!

We were lucky enough to meet Samantha through a mutual friend and hire her as a Day-of Coordinator. We are so happy with how everything turned out for our wedding day. Samantha was incredibly helpful for us with everything. She communicated and coordinated with all of our vendors and helped us with some decor and miscellaneous things that came up on our wedding day - she really made it so that we could enjoy our special day. She was also super helpful ahead of the wedding day with things like timeline creation, vendor coordination, rehearsal, etc. Samantha is very professional and responsive with all questions/emails and has so much good industry experience. She would, no doubt, provide you with great services for your wedding as well.

There truly are NOT enough words. I feel the need to leave a review wherever possible…..We got married in March, and it’s honestly taken me weeks to sit down and write this because I’ve been trying to figure out how to put into words just how incredible our experience was with Nicole and The Perfect Touch Co. Every time I started writing, it never felt like it did them justice. From my very first phone call with Nicole, I remember hanging up and thinking, “Okay…I can actually breathe.” Planning a destination wedding from Florida was hard, but every single conversation with her left me feeling lighter. She had this way of making us feel like everything is under control while also making us feel like you’re talking to someone we had known forever!! She was professional in every sense of the word, but also one of the warmest, kindest people I’ve probably (ever) met. The type of person you’re like “wait, can we be friends??” lol! When we finally got to Colorado and met her in person, she was more attentive than we imagined. Our rehearsal was one of the first moments where we realized just how amazing she is at what she does! She had printed timelines for everyone, walked our entire wedding party through exactly what to expect, answered every question before people even had to ask, and somehow got our ENTIRE family organized and out of there in about 30 minutes. Which, if you’ve ever met our families, is a miracle in itself. Everyone walked away knowing exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do, and made our lives SOOO much easier. Then came wedding day…along with about 10 inches of snow!!! No big deal though. Even with weather that none of us could have planned for, we never once felt like things were falling apart. Nicole was calm, reassuring, and somehow always one step ahead. Every time I looked around, she was quietly taking care of something, checking in on someone, fixing something behind the scenes, or making sure everything was okay. Because of her, I got to spend my wedding day actually soaking it all in instead of worrying about everything happening around me. One of my favorite memories from the entire day is something that probably seems so small, but I’ll never forget it. Right before the chapel doors opened, it was just me, my dad, Nicole, and our venue coordinator Anna, standing there holding the doors. My bridal party had already walked down the aisle, and I was seconds away from seeing my husband. I remember looking at them and just feeling…SO calm. As someone who struggles with intense anxiety, that’s not a feeling that comes easily to me. Somehow, in one of the biggest moments of my entire life, Nicole made me feel completelyyyyy at peace. I don’t know if she’ll ever realize how much that moment meant to me, but it will always be one of my favorite memories from our wedding day. By the end of the weekend, it honestly didn’t feel like we’d only known her for a short time. In the most not weird way, it felt like someone who had been in our lives for years!! Nicole gave us the chance to be fully present on the best day of our lives, and that is something I will never be able to thank her enough for. We laughed, we cried, we soaked in every single moment, and so much of that was because she carried everything else for us! If I could do the entire wedding all over again, hiring Nicole would still be the easiest decision we’d make. We are forever grateful for her, and I truly hope every couple gets to experience the kind of peace, joy, and confidence she gave us throughout our wedding weekend. 1000/1000 will recommend to anyone and everyone!

Hiring Brindle + Oak was the best decision we made to ensure that our daughter's wedding day was perfect. Stefany was absolutely incredible. In addition to being so adorable and sweet, she was meticulous with every detail and made sure that everything was literally perfect. We did all of our own contracts, but then she took over and made sure we had everything queued up perfectly. She took over all communication with our vendors and made it all happen exactly how we wanted. I actually don't know how people have a wedding without a day of planner. It was so amazing to just show up to all of our events and not have to run the show or worry about any detail. I will absolutely be hiring Brindle + Oak for all my daughters' weddings!

Our wedding planner Emily Norman was a god-send! She took care of me (the bride) and every detail down to napkin rings and bandaids!! Her communication, focus, dedication and professionalism were outstanding. Our destination event was rather small-35 people from all over the USA, and she knew everyone’s name, relationship to us, moments we wanted to capture, how we wanted our guests to feel and even food allergies! I recommend Sapphire Celebrations with all of my heart!

We could not be happier with how Stephanie at Bella Notte perfectly executed our wedding day. From our first consultation phone call, Stephanie was detail-oriented, organized, and took the time to get to know us as a couple. She was always responsive to our emails and texts and was easy to schedule meetings with. It was also great to have access to her amazing decor options to save us some money on decorations. Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie went over every detail and also was responsive to family members' requests and handled everything professionally and quickly. On the day of the wedding, not a single thing went wrong! Stephanie made sure we stuck closely to the timeline she put together and also made sure we were fed and had our signature drinks all night long. She also beautifully executed all of my visions on decor-- I was blown away by how everything came together! I also remember her and her assistant cracking over 100 glowsticks for us at our reception-- this was no small feat but it helped keep our party going! At the end of the night, Stephanie packed up all of our decor and stored it for us (along with leftovers of our cake!) until we were back from our honeymoon. I can't recommend Stephanie enough as a day-of coordinator!! Thank you Stephanie!!

I cannot speak more highly of the Aspen & Ivy team. Everything from my introductory call to the final details were managed well and I truly believe they were the reason I was able to enjoy my wedding! Hannah was my lead planner and she leaned right into my communication style, while making sure that we all knew what was still needed. While I utilized their month-of/day coordination, I cannot even imagine how much better it would have been to work with them throughout the entirety of the process. At the end of my wedding, family members pulled me aside to let me know how kind and helpful Hannah and her assistants were during the reception. The only way I would willingly plan another wedding is with their help!

Natalie was our day of coordinator and she and Madison (assistant coordinator) did an amazing job. From our first meeting I felt so taken care of. It can be extremely overwhelming organizing everything as a bride and things can feel so "high stakes." Natalie eased our worries and after some communication via excel worksheets and calendars, everything was ready for the big day. Natalie was flexible, fun, relaxed, and overall the perfect addition to our wedding party! She got along well with everyone and even made sure my grandparents got down the aisle! What an angel. I was originally hesitant to hire a coordinator because I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but after it was all said and done I wouldn't have it any other way. She made the big day so easy for me and my husband. If you're on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, get Natalie!
