I HIGHLY recommend The Next Course. We planned a wedding from the east coast and took a risk with catering that we could not try so we were a bit nervous. However, they did not disappoint. The food was absolutely incredible, especially for the price. All of our guests raved about the food during the event and afterward. In addition to the delicious, fresh food they provided, the staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the process. They greeted us when we arrived, asked us where we preferred to place the food, were very conscious of our schedule for the night, and were just pleasant to interact with overall. When it was time for the dinner they even served me and my husband, which made us feel very special. At the end of the night, they did a lot of cleanup work, which really helped us out. They were one of the best parts of the night, and we can not thank them enough for the wonderful service they provided on such an important day.

Both my husband and I are Italian, so food at a wedding is critical. Not to mention my husband is a chef. Bekah took the time to understand our vision and the on-site execution was beyond expectation. David's service style was impeccable and he found my husband and I frequently throughout the night to bring us water. Our cocktail hour was out of this world, dinner exceptional. Look forward to finding an excuse to work with them again.

I have been to a few weddings in my life and they love to serve the typical white-chicken-and-asparagus-with-a-beef-option, and that's fine, but I wanted to actually enjoy my dinner at my own wedding. And let me tell you: going with Smoke Shack was brilliant. Holy guacamole, they knocked it out of the park. It's no wonder they've won tons of awards -- I want to give them an award! They were the hight of professionalism, and their barbecue cannot be beat. If you're worried someone in your family might not like barbecue, this will change their life forever. I cannot recommend Smoke Shack enough for their delicious food, quality of service, and amazing staff!

I am still glowing from the success of Megan and Patrick’s wonderful wedding weekend. As I called around Boulder to learn about catering, I stumbled upon Three Leaf and I was impressed with their knowledge and presentation regarding food. However, I had no idea that Lily is also wedding-coordinator extraordinaire. Planning this wedding from out of state was stressful and I was relieved when Three Leaf took on the coordination of this epic wedding. We really owe Three Leaf for the successful outcome. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. Three Leaf handled five separate events for us; ceremony, reception, after party, and 2 breakfasts.

Loved Footers! They were so wonderful to work with from start to finish! They provide any and all you could possibly want for food on your wedding day! They The food was delicious and the dessert bites as well. Our guests were raving about the night and how delicious everything was. Even with the rain storm, everyone worked above and beyond to make sure food was served hot and timely. Along with constant smiles through all the extra work the rain provided, they wore masks to join in our masquerade ball cocktail hour! So fun!

This caterer was the best value. Jacqueline was amazing to work with. She evaluated my choices for catering my wedding and showed me other menu options that would be a better fit for the amount of money that I wanted to spend. She explained why my first choice might not have been a good idea and suggested another option that gave us more food and other included items for less money. I would recommend Three Tomatoes to anyone that needs to save money and wants to see upfront pricing when considering a catering company.

With a Twist was the perfect bartending service for our 100-person wedding in September. They offer a variety of packages and were communicative from the initial inquiry to the wedding day. We did the complete beer & wine package, which came with the mobile bar, ice, and some extra nonalcoholic offerings for our guests, and the bartenders were efficient and kind. Jacob and I were never without a drink in hand during the night thanks to their awesome service! We would recommend With a Twist to anyone!

The entire staff was perfect!! They were extremely nice to all of our guest at the wedding and the food was great!! We got the taco bar and the steak was cooked perfectly, they grilled at the venue and it made the whole venue smell wonderful!!!

Jules Gourmet did what many other caterers would not or could not do: she helped me create my unique and custom menu, was flexible and understanding, she listened and heard what I wanted, and she delivered beyond expectations. The food was amazing and she is a dynamo. Thank you Jules!!!

Amazing people and company! They knew what to do and communicated well. Set up was perfect!
