I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate everything Adeline did for us to plan our dream vacation to Japan. Not only was she able to keep us in budget but helped us schedule all our wish list items, kept us organized, on scheduled and gave great tips, suggestions and directions. She was also great about answering all of our questions in a timely manner before the trip and while we were there. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family, I know I could not have planned a more perfect trip without her.

Hannah helped us plan our honeymoon to Scotland. She is friendly, professional, responsive and an incredibly helpful resource that eased so much of the administrative burden and nerves that came with wanting to make our trip special. She both generated ideas for us (day trips, restaurants, hotels, etc.) and was useful to bounce ideas off of for things we knew we wanted to do when we were in Scotland. We felt so much more comfortable having a professional who advocated for us, helped clarify any questions we had, and communicated our special requests (both my fiance and I are gluten-free and she called ahead of time to restauarants and hotels to make sure we would have a variety of options). I would highly recommend working with Hannah to anyone looking to make their trip special!

Nancy did a wonderful job helping us organize both the travel arrangements and coordinate with the hotel for our wedding in Mexico. she had to deal with reservations for over 60 people and did a great job

Mandy composed a fantastic travel packet for all of our out of town guests. She researched happenings for that time of year, asked us for our favorites to include and personalized it to fit our personalities. We received many compliments for such a well composed packet. Food, activities, sight seeing, hotel accommodations, she covered it all. Highly recommended to any bride!

I was recommended to Rachel from Central American Journeys from a friend and was not disappointed. Rachel was attentive, responsive and extremely helpful. We had a complicated honeymoon to book with multiple destinations not to mention a 2 week time line. She presented multiple options and suggestions. We figured it out and even price matched a lower rate. I can not wait for us to spend a week in Caribbean and its all thanks to Rachel!! Don't miss out and give her a call she really makes me understand why a travel agent is crucial to have!

Janet helped my husband and I book our two-week honeymoon to Europe, and the entire process couldn’t have been smoother. She was wonderful to work with. Extremely responsive, attentive, and truly committed to finding exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have planned this dream trip without her!

My DH's Aunt is a former travel agent. She used to work for this company and asked them for help during our planning. They were all fantastic. They were so helpful in getting our plans re-arranged after our flight from Denver to Atlanta was delayed and we missed our flight to Costa Rica. We really appreciate all of the help the ladies at Frosch provided us with.

Kristi is awesome! She originally planned our honeymoon to be in Belize, but once Covid hit, we had to replan since Belize boarders were closed. Luckily, Kristi was on the phone with us discussing next steps and new ideas. We ended up selecting an amazing resort in Cancun! Kristi would check in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was great! I would 10/10 recommend Kristi, she takes the stress out of planning a trip!

We worked with Christy who showed us multiple options at varying price ranges and upon our decision, she took care of everything else!
