After finding our venue, booking our catering was next. And arguably one of the most important decisions. There were a few vendors that made our big day ‘ours’ and one of the most important was Mountain Crust. From the very first emails, calls, tastings, and really just everything, they were absolutely lovely to work with. Disser and Ethan were two specific names that were incredible. My family went to the tasting for us and came back raving about everything. After a quite poor experience with a different vendor, this was a breath of fresh air. And this was all even beofre our big day. For our actual wedding Ethan was such a pleasure as he led the crew. He made sure the bridal party was fed before the ceremony, made friends with everyone, and were so attentive to anything we could’ve needed. The whold crew was just incredible. The FOOD. Seriously no notes. Absolutely wouldn’t change a thing. From our apps, to our salads, the dressings, the pizza. No complaints. People still rave about our food months later. They also made sure to accomadate our guests with allergies and they appreciated that so much. One of the groomsmen was vegan and he came up to us about his personal pizza and how rare that is. Thanks for everything Mountain Crust!

Working with Mountain Crust was an absolute joy. They were incredibly easy to work with and truly full-service, handling appetizers, dinner, setup, and cleanup seamlessly, which made the entire day feel effortless for us.
They enthusiastically embraced every idea we had (including serving one of their desserts as an appetizer!) and executed everything flawlessly. The food elevated the entire party, and seeing the Mountain Crust team pop up in our photo booth pictures throughout the night perfectly captured the fun, energetic vibe they brought to our wedding.

Disser and the crew at Mountain Crust pizza were amazing caterers for our wedding reception. Working with them prior to the date was so simple and easy. Their set up was such a cool addition to the vibes and their pizza was SO GOOD! Everyone was raving about the food at the party! Disser made and brought my wife and I plates as we were running around trying to talk to everyone. They even made us a pizza to go for later that night. So sweet and thoughtful! Highly recommend them for your next event!

Mountain Crust was the caterer for our daughter’s wedding at Bonnie Blues and they crushed it! The appetizers and all the food was so delicious. The MC crew brought positive energy, enthusiasm and fun throughout the whole evening. Everyone commented on how wonderful they were and asked where we found them. They even went above and beyond at the end and helped in cleaning up! We highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

From start to finish, Mountain Crust was incredible. They were easy to work with, professional, and organized throughout our planning process. Day of, they were beyond helpful, fun, and delicious. Their team was kind, there to support our friends and families, the food was perfect for our vibe and we cannot thank their team enough! Scooter is a highlight in many of our camera rolls, they truly got the party started and made our big day extra, extra, special.

Mountain Crust is the BEST! If you're looking for the absolute best caterers for your event, look no further than Mountain Crust. They are so good that my husband and I chose them for our wedding before we even had a venue! Every place we considered, we made sure Mountain Crust could cater. If they couldn't, we ruled that venue out. That's how confident we were. We ended up getting married at North Star Gatherings that now has a beautiful pizza oven built in their little mountain-side for seamless full-service catering!

And they did not disappoint! They are total pros who bring all the fun along with the most delicious pizza, salad, and appetizers. They even kept us (the bride and groom) fed with appetizers during cocktail hour when we had pictures, and that was a lifesaver! They handled our wedding of over 120 guests with ease, and weeks after our wedding, guests are still telling me how much fun the caterers were! They danced with us on the floor, made exceptionally flavorful and special signature cocktails, and helped tremendously with breakdown and cleanup.

As the bride and groom, we also got a special moment to make our own pizzas together, and those photos are some of my absolute favorites from the day. It’s a memory we’ll cherish forever. I don’t plan on getting married again, but if I had to, I would choose Mountain Crust again and again! ;)

I cannot recommend Mountain Crust Catering enough!! Don't be fooled by the words "pizza food truck" for your large wedding. While there are super cool trucks with the pizza ovens, Mountain Crust is truly a full service caterer with setup, cleanup, and delicious food that quickly/easily served my 150 person wedding.

Scooter, my main contact and lead for the night, was outstanding. He was so easy to work with in the weeks leading up to the wedding and also made my wedding day so fun! Scooter provided excellent service and was getting down on the dance floor to serve everyone cookies of course. The rest of the staff was helpful and hard working too, I could not have asked for a better team.

I would book Mountain Crust Catering a thousand times over. My other vendors were also talking about how much they loved Scooter and Mountain Crust as well! If you are thinking about booking these guys, DO IT!

We absolutely loved working with Mountain Crust and Scooter for our wedding! From start to finish, they were one of the highlights of our entire planning process—and wedding day. Accommodating is an understatement! We asked for a fresh oyster bar during cocktail hour—something they had never done before—and they took on the challenge with total enthusiasm. The oysters were shucked fresh on-site and served with a crisp apple mignonette... it was an absolute hit and seriously fire!

They also went the extra mile to recreate a special green herb sauce from our favorite hometown pizza shop—and they nailed it. Every bite felt like home.

Of course, the pizza itself was outstanding: fresh, piping hot, and seriously delicious. But beyond the food, their energy is unmatched. It was pouring rain 30 minutes before the ceremony, and despite their outdoor setup, the Mountain Crust team rolled with it without missing a beat. They adapted seamlessly and kept the vibes high.

Guests are still talking about how kind and fun the staff were—especially our gluten-free guests, who were thrilled to get their own personal pizzas!

Oh, and not to mention: these folks can DANCE. Their team brought the party to the dance floor, too!
