Mountain Crust was absolutely incredible! The food was amazing, but what really set them apart was their team. They brought such great energy, had awesome personalities, and were just a total vibe from start to finish. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the pizza was and how fun the staff was. We received so many compliments throughout the night. Mountain Crust was truly exceptional across the board. They exceeded expectations at every pass.
Thomas and his crew were fun and friendly and genuine and so lovely. All of my guests fell in love with them. From broom stick limbo, to late night specialized pizzas for the bride and groom, to hyping me up as I walked to the ceremony on 4” heels I wasn’t well practiced in… they were the best.
The food was delicious, the vibes were spectacular, and they worked with me on everything through the whole planning process. Including menu and allergens and accommodations.
I will recommend MC and their team to anyone who will listen. We are so grateful to have had them be a part of our wedding.Mountain Crust's reply:

Little did we know we were getting master quality pizza (highly recommend the mushroom truffle as it was amazing) we also received high quality service with quick communication leading up to the event and fun people to hang out with at the reception! Mountain crust not only served amazing food from appetizers to salad to their wide selection of pizza, but they also brought such a fun element to our wedding. They had music playing and were all dancing when guests were coming out for their food. They matched the vibe of our wedding perfectly and even got out on the dance floor to serve extra pizza before the left. They packed up a box of a bunch of extra pizza for us to take home and gave us our own wood burned pizza pallet! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing it was! Mountain Crust was absolutely amazing for our wedding day. All of our guests loved the food AND the service! My husband and I are very on top of our planning, and the entire Mountain Crust team made sure to keep us in the loop with timing everything correctly, and ensuring we would get exactly the catering we were hoping for. We had Disser as our main organizer and he was amazing! Each time we met with him he would go over each detail to make sure everyone was on the same page. Catering and Alcohol can be super expensive, but I very much felt like the price was worth it using Mountain Crust. At the end of the night, we opted for oven-baked cookies (10/10 btw) and our guests had a blast waiting for each tray to come around. Even my gluten-free guests were impressed with the team, as each gluten-free guest had their own personal pizza to ensure there was no cross contamination. Would recommend Mountain Crust 10 times out of 10!Mountain Crust's reply:

Mountain Crust...There is NO other choice!
Wow! From the start Mountain Crust was incredible to work with! With catering being one of the most important and earliest choices we made they made it a no brainer. From the first interaction with their team they made it clear that they were experienced and felt like more a part of our team than just a vendor. With plenty of package options and a great menu they are a great fit for just about everyone. We went with their full bar provision package with signature cocktails and they helped review our liquor order to ensure that we had enough to keep the party going which was a huge help! Their staff paid special attention to our entire bridal party before and after the ceremony to make sure we had what we needed both drinks and apps. Their food was phenomenal, everyone had nothing but positive reviews. Making a wedding pizza was one of the highlights of our day! If you are looking for a team that absolutely delivers and brings an amazing vibe to your day, look no further than mountain crust! Special shout out to Disser (Team Lead) and Shateal O'Neal (The most awesome pizza truck), you both killed it!

Mountain Crust puts on a perfect wedding (& a purr-fect pizza--yes they made a cat-shaped pizza for our "first pizza")!!!
From the moment you start touring their venue, it's obvious how much they care & think about every single detail! From things like tackling our unique menu requests like chicken/cauliflower tikka pizza, to their commitment to hosting low-impact weddings with minimal waste, and even things like queuing up a few sunshine songs when our pictures got short-term rained out.
We had a multi-day wedding weekend, and Mountain Crust was part of each day. Our "American" Wedding was at their venue with their pizza catering. And our Indian / Hindu Wedding was at Spruce Mountain with Mountain Crust catering a full Indian buffet! They absolutely crushed both dinners and made excellent hosts, too.
To hit on some practical reasons Mountain Crust is a great choice :
Adapted all menus for dietary needs: They made vegan & gluten-free options of most menu items, including some very traditional Indian dishes that other caterers were hesitant to attempt. They even hired a local Indian chef/consultant because they were committed to doing an excellent job.
Great getting ready space: The Love Shack was perfect for me & my bridesmaids to get ready with great early morning lighting (we started at 7:30am). My hair & makeup team didn't even need to set up additional lighting!
Gorgeous event space: Dinner outside under the string lights and disco balls was a 'picture perfect' moment. Plus nice mountain views from the upstairs bar/patio!
Dessert on the dance floor!: Cookies & s'mores were brought to the dancefloor! This kept the vibes immaculate and guests could continue dancing all night long.
VIBES, VIBES, VIBES: Every single Mountain Crust employee (bartenders, caterers, coordination team) is so kind, helpful, and seems to absolutely love their job which makes wedding planning so easy and fun!
They also recommended our other favorite vendor: Flintwood Florals, who had a MCEV deal/partnership which just goes to show they know & trust other people who do amazing work, too!

10/10 across the board!!! People are still texting and calling us to tell us how incredible the food, drinks, staff, and overall experience were. They didn’t just cater our wedding, they brought the PARTY. They were serving up delicious za all night, blasting music, keeping drinks flowing, bringing bags of wine onto the dance floor AND serving late-night hot dogs in costume!!!
The food was incredible, and our custom cocktails, a Painkiller and Minnesota Bootlegger, were SO good. Our parents, friends, and family could not stop talking about the quality of the food and how amazing and fun the entire staff was.
They also went so far above and beyond what we ever expected from a catering team. They are fun, thoughtful, incredibly good at what they do, and just genuinely wonderful humans. We love Mountain Crust so much and cannot wait to be at another one of their events!!!!Mountain Crust's reply:

Mountain Crust is THE standard for wedding/event catering. The team was super responsive with any questions we had while planning, and gave my better half and me every possible option for us to make our wedding special.
The food is some of the best I’ve eaten, with countless types of pizza, and the appetizers are phenomenal too. Definitely recommend the lamb meatballs. My better half loved the spinach ricotta gnudi. They were able to accomodate 150 guests and even had vegetarian and gluten free options.
What other caterers will bring you chocolate chip cookies and pizza WHILE YOU'RE ON THE DANCE FLOOR? These guys kept the atmosphere IMMACULATE.

My husband and I LOVED having Mountain Crust cater our wedding day in the foothills of Colorado. They provided full-service catering for us which included assistance with set-up, tear-down, trash removal, and of course, serving some awesome pizza. We love the pizza and think it's so tasty but the reason Mtn Crust is so phenomenal is because of their customer service and the party they bring! These guys catered my wedding at 10 Mile Music Hall, and it was one of the best parts of the day. Our guests are still raving about them. They definitely brought the party/concert vibe that I wanted. This is not a typical food truck. They had the best ingredients and variety, they did passed appetizers inside the venue, and even brought food to the tables to ensure people were eating a lot, including myself! We had an absolutely incredible experience with Mountain Crust for our wedding and cannot recommend them highly enough.
One thing that initially drew us to Mountain Crust was that they are truly a full-service catering company. In addition to serving amazing food, they handled setup, cleanup, bartending, and so many of the behind-the-scenes details that helped our day run smoothly. It was such a relief knowing we could trust one team with so many important aspects of our wedding.
We worked with Scooter throughout the planning process, and he was phenomenal from day one. He was always quick to answer my questions (and the many questions from our moms who were helping us plan!), and every interaction left us feeling more excited and less stressed. Scooter has such a fun, positive energy that it was nearly impossible to feel overwhelmed when talking with him.
On the wedding day, he went above and beyond. While we were getting ready, he constantly checked in and made sure we had drinks and everything we needed. Those small acts of kindness meant so much and made us feel incredibly cared for throughout the day.
And of course—the food was fantastic. The pizza was delicious, the overall vibe was perfect, and our guests absolutely loved it. We were looking for something that felt fun, relaxed, and authentically Colorado for our mountain wedding, and Mountain Crust delivered exactly that. Many of our guests traveled from the East Coast and couldn't stop talking about how much they loved the food and the experience.

If you want great food and a great time, Mountain Crust is your caterer. Full stop.
From the very first conversation through the day of our wedding, Mountain Crust was seamless. The communication was clear, the planning process felt collaborative, and they were incredibly accommodating every step of the way. I'll be honest, I had serious decision fatigue over how many appetizers to order, and they were the ones who talked me down and told me I didn't need more. That kind of honesty from a vendor is rare and it stuck with me. No one went hungry. Not a single guest.
The food was excellent and the presentation was beautiful. They brought a wood-fired energy to our reception that fit our mountain rustic vibe perfectly. The staff was warm, professional, and genuinely fun to have around. The vibe Mountain Crust brings is truly unmatched.
And then there were the little moments that made it unforgettable. They brought pizzas out onto the dance floor during the reception, which our guests absolutely loved. And at the end of the night, when we climbed into our getaway car, there was a box waiting for us. Our Lover's 'Za, boxed up and ready to go. We had no idea it was coming and it was the sweetest surprise. The perfect ending to the best night of our lives.
The highest compliment I can give them? We had multiple guests pull us aside to say they were now considering having a pizza party for their own wedding. That pretty much says it all.

After finding our venue, booking our catering was next. And arguably one of the most important decisions. There were a few vendors that made our big day ‘ours’ and one of the most important was Mountain Crust. From the very first emails, calls, tastings, and really just everything, they were absolutely lovely to work with. Disser and Ethan were two specific names that were incredible. My family went to the tasting for us and came back raving about everything. After a quite poor experience with a different vendor, this was a breath of fresh air. And this was all even beofre our big day. For our actual wedding Ethan was such a pleasure as he led the crew. He made sure the bridal party was fed before the ceremony, made friends with everyone, and were so attentive to anything we could’ve needed. The whold crew was just incredible. The FOOD. Seriously no notes. Absolutely wouldn’t change a thing. From our apps, to our salads, the dressings, the pizza. No complaints. People still rave about our food months later. They also made sure to accomadate our guests with allergies and they appreciated that so much. One of the groomsmen was vegan and he came up to us about his personal pizza and how rare that is. Working with Mountain Crust was an absolute joy. They were incredibly easy to work with and truly full-service, handling appetizers, dinner, setup, and cleanup seamlessly, which made the entire day feel effortless for us.
They enthusiastically embraced every idea we had (including serving one of their desserts as an appetizer!) and executed everything flawlessly. Mountain Crust is the BEST! If you're looking for the absolute best caterers for your event, look no further than Mountain Crust. They are so good that my husband and I chose them for our wedding before we even had a venue! Every place we considered, we made sure Mountain Crust could cater. If they couldn't, we ruled that venue out. That's how confident we were. We ended up getting married at North Star Gatherings that now has a beautiful pizza oven built in their little mountain-side for seamless full-service catering!
And they did not disappoint! They are total pros who bring all the fun along with the most delicious pizza, salad, and appetizers. They even kept us (the bride and groom) fed with appetizers during cocktail hour when we had pictures, and that was a lifesaver! They handled our wedding of over 120 guests with ease, and weeks after our wedding, guests are still telling me how much fun the caterers were! They danced with us on the floor, made exceptionally flavorful and special signature cocktails, and helped tremendously with breakdown and cleanup.
As the bride and groom, we also got a special moment to make our own pizzas together, and those photos are some of my absolute favorites from the day. It’s a memory we’ll cherish forever. I cannot recommend Mountain Crust Catering enough!! Don't be fooled by the words "pizza food truck" for your large wedding. While there are super cool trucks with the pizza ovens, Mountain Crust is truly a full service caterer with setup, cleanup, and delicious food that quickly/easily served my 150 person wedding.
Scooter, my main contact and lead for the night, was outstanding. He was so easy to work with in the weeks leading up to the wedding and also made my wedding day so fun! Scooter provided excellent service and was getting down on the dance floor to serve everyone cookies of course. The rest of the staff was helpful and hard working too, I could not have asked for a better team.
I would book Mountain Crust Catering a thousand times over. My other vendors were also talking about how much they loved Scooter and Mountain Crust as well! If you are thinking about booking these guys, DO IT!Mountain Crust's reply:

We absolutely loved working with Mountain Crust and Scooter for our wedding! From start to finish, they were one of the highlights of our entire planning process—and wedding day. Scooter was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and responsive. He always answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully, walking us through different menu scenarios and making everything feel easy and exciting.
Accommodating is an understatement! We asked for a fresh oyster bar during cocktail hour—something they had never done before—and they took on the challenge with total enthusiasm. The oysters were shucked fresh on-site and served with a crisp apple mignonette... it was an absolute hit and seriously fire!
They also went the extra mile to recreate a special green herb sauce from our favorite hometown pizza shop—and they nailed it. Every bite felt like home.
Of course, the pizza itself was outstanding: fresh, piping hot, and seriously delicious. But beyond the food, their energy is unmatched. It was pouring rain 30 minutes before the ceremony, and despite their outdoor setup, the Mountain Crust team rolled with it without missing a beat. They adapted seamlessly and kept the vibes high.
Guests are still talking about how kind and fun the staff were—especially our gluten-free guests, who were thrilled to get their own personal pizzas!
Oh, and not to mention: these folks can DANCE. Their team brought the party to the dance floor, too!

Where to even begin... If you are considering booking mountain crust for your wedding day, do it. Not only is the food out of this world, Ryan and team bring your wedding a one of kind experience with their unmatched amazing energy and positive vibes. The entire mountain crust team went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. Making sure our wedding of 120+ people were fed and through the buffet line in less than 15 minutes and meeting us on the dance floor with cookies and pizza in hand for late night bites. Our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing the Mountain Crust team and food were. Great Food, Amazing Catering Team
From the very beginning, the team at Mountain Crust set themselves apart by being so friendly, accommodating, and excited to work with us. I talked to a lot of good caterers, but we decided to do something a little different for our wedding by going with Mountain Crust Pizza and I have no regrets. Their minimum guest count was way above our own guest count, but they still were able to beat the price of most other catering packages. The pizza, appetizers, and salad were all delicious, but the energy the team brought to our wedding was probably the best part. They were also incredibly helpful during set-up and tear-down. Big thank you to Disser for his support and guidance throughout the planning process and to Ryan and his team for bringing the party day-of. We felt so supported and welcomed throughout, and the crew even danced with us! I had guests ask if I knew them personally, they were that warm and friendly. Mountain Crust also has THE BEST PIZZA, salad and appetizers. And the custom cocktails they made for us (seriously, they made mixers from scratch) were a huge hit! I’m still getting texts from family and friends telling me how good the pizza was. Ryan and his team were on top of everything – every time I was starting to feel hungry during photos, Ryan would magically appear and serve me lamb meatballs and gnudi – he’s like a ninja. We splurged on Mountain Crust for our wedding and it was so worth it! Our guests will still talk about the pizza and how awesome it was. Not only is the food amazing but the people are so fun! We first heard about Mountain Crust before we started wedding planning and after looking at reviews & pictures, knew that we wanted to plan everything around having Mountain Crust cater our wedding - and we're so glad we did! Guests are STILL raving about the food & the vibes! Not only was it all you can eat pizza for 3 hours, but it was so delicious and there was SO much flexibility to accommodate food restrictions (we had everyone from gluten free to vegan). There were so many appetizer options and the warm chocolate chip cookies for dessert were *chefs kiss*.
Also - if you're worried about guests potentially waiting too long to get food since its served buffet/food truck style, we didn't have a single guest complain about needing to wait!! Mountain Crust was so fast & efficient, there was always so much food! -

Mountain Crust Event Venue
Where do I even begin with how amazing this venue and staff are.
From the first call I made to go look at the venue to after our wedding was over we had the absolute best experience.
Venue:
After walking through the venue it was an obvious choice we wanted to have our wedding here. The layout is great, and the option of indoor outdoor space is nice. They have a beautiful upstairs bar and patio area, and the downstairs is such an open indoor/outdoor space with the coolest food truck. The venue has updated features throughout, and a very beautiful real moss wall! Even the bathrooms are nice!
Parking:
Parking with 28 spots turned out to work just fine for around 100 guests. We informed our type A friends there is limited parking and they all arrived early, and no issues with parking. Our other friends were fine with carpooling/ridesharing apps.
Food:
I will admit, I was a little nervous about not being able to try the pizza until they held a later tasting event, but going off of reviews, people loved the pizza, and I will confirm, the pizza is DELICIOUS, as well as the salad we selected! We opted for a charcuterie board over passed apps, and that was a hit! Our hungry group devoured that board, with only grape stems left behind. The charcuterie board WAS enough per person, we just started our wedding late, so guests were hungry.
Staff:
I can’t brag enough about the staff. I spoke to several staff throughout the process and they are so helpful. They are lively, social, mindful, and so easy to work with. They bring so much life to the venue. Nico got us booked with the venue: so helpful, Janae the venue manager for our day is so kind, organized, and helped put us at ease when we had to delay the start of our wedding (due to a major car accident). Ethan the pizza master left no stomach hungry and kept things fun The bartenders both upstairs and downstairs were all amazing, fun, and patient. It's rare to see staff loving their jobs so much!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Ryan and his team truly went above and beyond for our 170 person wedding. They showed up early and handled everything—from setting up tables and chairs to arranging the bar and ceremony space, and every little detail in between. They served all our guests quickly and smoothly, with no long lines, and kept the party going all night long. Plus, the pizza, appetizers, and desserts were absolutely amazing. Our guests are still talking about the food! Ryan also helped us finalize our timeline and drink quantities, even bringing their own ingredients for our specialty cocktails. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Ryan and the team were the best pick for our wedding day. They went above and beyond to make sure that all guests had as much food as they wanted, coming up to tables with unique and delicious pizza creations as well as having an ample selection in front of the truck. Ryan even came out after the ceremony to bring us water before we took all of the photos we had taken during cocktail hour. The team is so personable and upbeat and brought an infectious energy. There's absolutely no better wedding food than pizza! Mountain Crust was DELICIOUS! We still have guests talking about how amazing the food, Ethan, and the crew were! My husband and I had a blast making our own pizzas. The crew made some pizza for the wedding party before walking down the aisle, dinner, dancing, and tons to take home! Our guests were extra excited about the pizza they got to take home (as were we). The truck was adorable, the crew was fun, and the food was delicious. For apps we had bacon wrapped dates, a MASSIVE charcuterie board, and Tater Tot Hot Dish, which they made per my request (a MN delicacy). It was all too fantastic for words! Mountain Crust is just top notch. I knew they were gonna be good, but they made our wedding next level. I didn't even inquire to any other catering companies and this was one of the best decisions we made. I'd 1000x recommend you do the same! I think every single guest said how much they enjoyed their vibes and loved the pizza. Also- they knock out the pizzas SO FAST. We actually moved the post-dinner speeches up 15 minutes because all 110 of our guests were done getting food (and had gone back for seconds) well before our allotted dinner time.Oh, and they walked around the dance floor passing out s'mores and late night pizza. Catering our wedding with Mountain Crust was one of the best decisions we’ve made. We worked with Kath during the planning stages, and Disser was our main POC on the wedding day. They both, along with the rest of the Mountain Crust crew, were so kind, reliable, professional, and so much fun. They helped us design a menu that was perfect, unique, and fun! They accommodated every dietary consideration our guests had. The appetizers, pizzas, salad, and desserts were all so tasty, and there was such a variety that all of our guests were satisfied. Kai and the whole staff was incredible! Will helped my husband and I with making our pizzas. I will note that we probably didn't ask to make pizzas at the best time haha. It was right after the head table was called for food and then the rest of the tables were starting to be called one by one.....so the team was busy! But without skipping a beat, Kai gave me his apron and Will gave his to my husband. Will talked us through each step and helped us make incredible pizzas.
Leading up to the wedding, Kath was our go-to person for all the planning and details. She remained responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, ensuring everything ran smoothly on the big day.
I heard nothing but amazing things about the staff and the food from our guests.

OMG Mountain Crust Catering may have been the best decision I made for my wedding. All of my guests were so excited about the pizza buffet and I am still hearing about it! First of all, unlimited gourmet pizza is the PERFECT option for an event where there is an open bar as none of your guests will leave hungry. Not only was it delicious (and beautifully displayed), but using Mountain Crust also meant we didn't have to rent plates, silverware, napkins, cake plates, or cake forks from a rental company which was HUGE for our Budget. It was also the cheapest option out of the list I had to choose from with my venue by far. With all that being said, my favorite part of having Mountain Crust at my wedding was how WONDERFUL the staff was! They were all so kind and excited to be there, and Ethan somehow always found us to get us another round of drinks before we even knew we needed them. He also managed to find me with a bacon wrapped goat cheese date before they were all gone so I didn't miss them, AND they made a small personal charcuterie board to put at my husband and I's place setting so we didn't miss out on that app either. Lastly, Ethan joined us on the dance floor with my favorite pizza to be passed around while we partied which might be one of my favorite wedding memories. 10/10 recommend Mountain Crust for any event, and if you don't you will certainly be paying more for a worse experience!Mountain Crust's reply:

We could not have asked for a better experience with Mountain Crust as our wedding recpetion caterer. Our guests LOVED the food - we had two wonderful appetizers, gourmet pizza (obviously), and freakin wood-fired smore's for dessert! My dream come true. So many compliments from friends about how delicious everything was, and some extra special kudos from our gluten free guests who got their own personal pizzas with toppings of their choice. The Mountain Crust staff set up all our tables and chairs at the venue, which was massively helpful, and checked in multiple times to assist with whatever else they could before the party ever got started. Special shoutout to their team leader Kath - she went out of her way to find us (bride and groom) wherever we were, and kept us well fed throughout the night; even with all the shuffling around and activites to accomplish, we didn't miss a single bite of anything. Bonus -- her dance moves are siiiick! And to top it all off, Mountain Crust gave us our own pizza paddle to keep as a special momento of the day. The best catering ever
Thinking mountain crust is just a pizza truck?? Think again, they are the best caters we could have gotten for our wedding! Everything was perfect. Scooter was our manager for the day, and he went above and beyond for us! We got the venue a little early before our ceremony, he got us pizza! It was so nice to have a snack before the most important walk of my life. We asked them to have a few specific pizzas ready for dinner and they delivered! We had such a good time partying with them all night. Come 9:30pm everyone was dancing away, Scooter and the Team joined us for some pizza on the dance floor. Honestly one of my favorite parts of the night! Our guests raved about everything mountain crust did. The Apps were amazing, the salad (my mom is still talking about it almost a month later), and the pizza!! Everyone was impressed with how fast we got our guest served (we had nearly 200 people). Everyone loved the pizza, and was going back for seconds and I’m sure 3rds all night long! I wish we could work with Mountian crust and Scooter every day! We cannot even begin to share how incredible the Mountain Crust Crew is and how much we LOVED having you all join our family for the day-and join the family they did!!! To say they did it ALL would be an understatement! They were giving the bridal part pre-ceremony pizza to be sure they were ready to roll and we absolutely had the happiest bridal party ever! Ryan and his crew were pivotal to making sure the day was PERFECT! I can't even begin to describe the number of compliments we got about the food at our wedding. My family originally thought pizza would be too "informal" for a wedding, but when they tried to food and experienced how fun the staff was, they quickly retracted their previous sentiments and couldn't stop talking about how much they loved it!
Mountain Crust's customer service was also amazing. They were always quick to respond, flexible with dates and pricing, and overall a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them for any event and especially weddings! -

Mountain Crust was phenomenal in every way. Communication beforehand was fantastic, and they always answered our questions right away. There are no upfront costs or contracts until you get closer to your date of booking. The contract was very clear and everyone was very professional and on-it during the lead-up to the event.
We used Mountain Crust for appetizers, dinner, dessert, and bartending. And they provided all the plates and cutlery! This made it super easy for us since we just used one vendor for everything and it was all spelled out clearly in our contract. The appetizer options were phenomenal and we had a hard time deciding which ones to pick!
Ultimately we went for the charcuterie board and gnudi's. Both were big hits with our guests and were perfect for cocktail hour. The food truck really added to the vibe at the wedding but it is not really a traditional food truck since they churn so much food out of there. They serve buffet style and guests can continue to come up for seconds and thirds all night long! The pizza was the best I've ever had. The combinations they come up with are fantastic and our guests raved about the pizza all night.
We got the cookies and s'mores for dessert and highly recommend both. They walked around the party so the warm desserts came to the guests.
In addition to the excellent food the service was also spot on. The team was on-time, clean, and professional while seemingly having a ton of fun and adding to the positive atmosphere at the wedding.

I’m sure you all already know this, but Mountain Crust is the BEST! They were one of the first vendors we booked for our wedding at Skylight and from that moment on, every person we told, who was familiar with them told us how amazing they are! They were not wrong! During happy hour, Ryan made sure to come find us specifically to offer us appetizers multiple times and asked if I wanted the last one. (Go with the Bacon Wrapped Dates! DO IT!) When it came time for the main attraction, they were so amazing and even kept coming and bringing pizza to those on the dance floor, making sure to find us and see if we wanted more, etc. Their entire staff was so fun and friendly and they did an amazing job flipping the room from ceremony to reception for us. At the end of the night, they left us about a dozen pizzas which our friends and family all loved and appreciated. The wooden pizza paddle memento was such a sweet surprise as well. If you are considering Mountain Crust for your event, you will not regret it! My only regret is that I was so busy that I really didn’t get to eat very much haha but all the pizzas were amazing and we have had rave reviews from all our guests! Every single moment of our experience with Mountain Crust from start to finish was stellar. Kathryn was my contact from the beginning and her enthusiasm, kindness, and responsiveness was next level. She made things easy and uncomplicated and happily answered all of my questions. When our wedding came closer she handed me off to Ethan and he just knocked it out of the park. He was informative and fun and made sure we had everything we wanted. I told him that food is REALLY important to me and I could not go hungry on my wedding day (I've heard horror stories of brides not having enough time to eat on their wedding day). The day came and Ethan and his team seriously delivered. Ethan was like my own personal food assistant. He anticipated my needs before I even realized them. Throughout the day I'd feel thirsty and I would turn around and he'd be there with a cup of lemonade, or when I got a quick moment away from people I felt hungry and he'd be there with something to eat. It was kinda freaky and extremely awesome. I also Highly recommend their charcuterie board. That thing was colossal and magnificent. And then the dinner? Absolute fire. I had ordered a lot more food than we anticipated needing and my guests were so obsessed with the pizza, and mac, and chicken/veg that there was literally no leftovers. The energy that the entire team brought to serving dinner and my guests was incredible. I have guests still coming up to me raving about what a unique and delicious experience they are. You should probably book them right right now. **Edit: I also want to add that they are extremely accomodating with all sorts of food preferences whether it be gluten free, dairy free, etc etc!!!Mountain Crust's reply:

My husband and I just got married at Woodlands on the 8th of October and to be honest we were a little hesitant about having a food truck cater our wedding. We didn't know how one truck would handle a crowd of 120+ .
Let me just say that Mountain Crust far surpassed any and every expectation we had of them. They handled our size event no problem, in fact, they actually thrived! I can't even count the number of guests who came up to me and told me it was the best food and service they had ever had at a wedding. The Mountain Crust staff was so awesome that I would have invited them to my wedding just to hang out with and I am STILL thinking about the pizza. SO GOOD!!

Mountain Crust was an excellent decision my husband and I made for our wedding! We've only heard great things from our guests about not only the pizza but the Mountain Crust crew. They were so communicative throughout the entire process and it's obvious that the MC crew really loves what they do. Their energy is infectious! Also, they put a huge focus on sustainability and being as low-waste as possible, which was important for us.
Pro tip: ask for a pizza to take to the dance floor!

Mountain Crust is a must for your wedding catering needs! Ethan was super responsive, attentive to our needs, and just a super rad person. He and his crew made our wedding food experience incredible. Not to mention all of our guests raved about the different unique pizzas and apps. They pay attention to the small details that make the experience. We were delivered some pizzas to the bridal suite before the ceremony which was incredible, provided a quick private experience for my husband and I before everyone else are, AND my favorite part is Ethan came out on the dance floor handing out slices. I mean what is more perfect than that! If I could give them a million stars I would, don't wait to book them as dates go fast and we almost missed them a year out!Mountain Crust's reply:

If you are thinking about booking with Mountain Crust, DO IT!! Not only is their food insanely delicious, but their team is SO FUN. Our guests have not stopped talking about how awesome they were. Ryan and his team made the wedding party some pre-ceremony pizza and made sure to bring appetizers out to our photo session during cocktail hour.
