Deshabrado went above and beyond for our wedding!! Some of our guests had a food allergy and Deshabrado not only accomodated them but made sure everything was labeled. They also thought of so many little details and made sure that my groom and I had enough food throughout the hectic day. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, it was beautiful! They worked with us through last minute changes and always made us feel included. The communication from the tasting to the planning to the actual day was top notch. All my guests had more then enough to eat and were floored by how beautiful the appetizers, entrees and desserts looked. I am gluten free and wanted to make sure that I found a caterer who could provide me with food that was both inclusive and good; Deshabrado more than met this expectation! I could not recommend them more. If you want food that your guests will be raving about and that looks as good as it tastes go with Deshabrado!

I stand behind the fact that EVERYONE should use Deshebrado Catering for every event! From the first time we met Alyssa and Jared at our tasting, they blew us away with their attention to detail, creative thinking, and genuine professionalism and customer service. Our wedding venue was a challenge (as it was a prep kitchen only), however this didn't discourage them-they still found a way to serve the most incredible carbonara pasta for us! They made all of our culinary dreams come true...from the custom pickle bar they put together, to the surprise oyster requests I had...and so much more. I can't say enough wonderful things about them-I wish I had more photos to share of their beautiful food and presentation...but for now this is all I have (just got married 9/4). 12/10 highly recommend!

Jared and Alyssa were super chill and personable right from the beginning, and we didn't even consider sampling other caterers after we did our tasting with Deshebrado. Very clear winner! They were not on the "preferred vendor" list for our venue, but we happily paid the fee to have them. Even with the fee, this ended up being an exceptional bang for our buck.
First off, on our wedding day their entire staff was friendly and professional and did a great job setting out our decorations. We didn't adjust a thing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed everything we ate, and our guests kept coming up to us to tell us how delicious the food was, especially the prime rib and mushroom cream sauce for the chicken. The staff even packed us up some leftovers, so we got to live the good life for a few days after our wedding. We cannot recommend them enough!

So glad we went with this caterer for our wedding! Our venue had a list of preferred vendors to choose from and that’s how we found them but I am so glad we did! Alyssa and Jared are a power couple to envy! They were always so sweet and helpful all throughout the planning process. We did two tastings with them and both times we had a blast just hanging out with them. The staff on our day was also exceptional! They really felt like family. And let’s not forget the most important thing.. the FOOD. Oh my gosh I wish I could eat it every day! It was to die for and we are still getting compliments on the food post wedding! If you’re in the hunt for a caterer, Deshebrado is THE company!

Alyssa and Jared from Deshebrado were fantastic to work with when choosing the caterer for our wedding. The tasting we did in person to test out the food was amazing! Not only was the food great, both Alyssa and Jared enjoyed our company during the tasting, chatting with us like we were old friends. We did plated service for our dinner on our wedding day and everything turned out fantastic! The Deshebrado staff that worked our wedding day went above and beyond to make sure the guests enjoyed their meals, even swapping out our guests meals when they decided to change them last minute. I would definitely recommend choosing Deshebrado as your caterer for your wedding if you reading this review!

I vetted over 50+ caterers for our wedding and Deshebrado was the best overall in pricing, menu selection, and customer service. Alyssa & Jared are a family owned business local to the area and they understood us completely when we told them we want the food to wow our guests. My husband and I pride ourselves on our cooking, so short of cooking the dinner ourselves we needed a caterer we could trust to carry out our vision. Alyssa also made our dreams come true by creating a churros bar for our guests to enjoy! They were a hit and allowed everyone to stay on the dance floor. THE BEST VENDOR AND DECISION WE MADE FOR OUR WEDDING DAY!

We cannot express enough how incredible our experience was with Alyssa and the Deshebrado team as our wedding caterer! From the very beginning, they worked closely with us to create custom menu that fit perfectly within our budget, without ever compromising on quality or taste. The food was delicious, and our guests were all happy!
What truly set them apart was their flexibility throughout the entire process. With a constantly changing guest list, they remained patient, accommodating, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The customer service was top-notch and Alyssa was very responsive to all of my inquiries. Every single person from their team that we interacted with was professional, very friendly, and eager to help! They made us feel valued every step of the way and would run everything by us for approval. They included cake cutting and serving for us as part of their service even though they didn't do our cake, we felt very taken care of!

Alyssa and her team were great to work with! As a wedding planner, it's critical to me that everyone works well together for the sake of the couple. Alyssa was super responsive to questions and timeline feedback prior to the wedding day, and when we needed to shift the timeline around a bit on the day of the wedding, she was super accommodating, and her staff were so kind and on top of it - even taking a few things off of my plate. Can't wait to work with them again!

Jake and I walked into our tasting and didn’t know what we had gotten ourselves into. Alyssa and Jared are AMAZING! When we heard their stories, we knew how passionate they both were about making everyone’s culinary dreams come true! There were some combinations we wouldn’t have even thought of that just made sense! Whenever we had any questions, Alyssa was fast to respond and even checked in with us throughout the planning stages. On the day of the wedding, I had no worries when it came to the food. There was so much flavor and love put into every single dish. This is my one and only time I’ve had a wedding. But I would be sure to choose Alyssa and Jared for any future events. If you are a future bride or groom having the toughest time finding a caterer for your special day. You don’t have to look any further because Deshebrado is the one! I had so many compliments on everything from all my guests. It’s almost been a month since the big day, and everyone is still reminiscing on all the food that was prepared.
