Three Leaf Catering

We originally went with Three Leaf for value and flexibility on the menu options. They were absolutely above and beyond! Many guests said it was the best wedding food they have had.  Samantha was extremely helpful in planning and all the staff on site was super professional and helped so much with the tables and decor.  The cocktails were great and there was never even a line at the bar! Highly recommend three leaf catering.

I am still glowing from the success of Megan and Patrick’s wonderful wedding weekend. As I called around Boulder to learn about catering, I stumbled upon Three Leaf and I was impressed with their knowledge and presentation regarding food. However, I had no idea that Lily is also wedding-coordinator extraordinaire. Planning this wedding from out of state was stressful and I was relieved when Three Leaf took on the coordination of this epic wedding. We really owe Three Leaf for the successful outcome. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them.

Three Leaf handled five separate events for us; ceremony, reception, after party, and 2 breakfasts.

We had a summer wedding in Estes Park. The initial tasting was a lot of fun and they offered a lot of options in terms of menus and customization. We thought the value for what we got was fantastic. Three Leaf was very flexible with our menu, guest counts, and dietary restrictions. They really made the day of a lot easier. Everyone we worked with was super nice and professional. We really appreciated being able to spend less than $5000 for a 50-person wedding. We would highly recommend working with Three Leaf for your event. We also used them to get our wedding cake and desserts and they turned out absolutely gorgeous and delicious. We worked with Samantha and she was a rockstar. She was very attentive and responded quickly to some last-minute changes we had and really took a lot off of our plates and we really appreciated it.

Working with Samantha from Three Leaf Catering was such a wonderful experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and made the entire catering process feel easy and seamless for both the couple and for me as the planner. Her calm, grounded presence paired with her efficient work ethic was such a gift both leading up to the event and on the wedding day itself.

Three Leaf’s plant-forward menu is always a standout, and the food was absolutely delicious — guests raved about it all night! Samantha’s professionalism, communication, and genuine kindness made collaborating with her an absolute pleasure. We could not have asked for a better wedding experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, the team made wedding planning feel seamless and stress-free. Every detail was handled with care, consideration, and genuine thoughtfulness.
The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for - small, rustic, beautifully maintained, flexible to our vision, and set the perfect backdrop for our day. Our planner, Lily, anticipated our needs before we even thought of them, kept everything organized, and made sure the whole day flowed effortlessly. We were able to truly enjoy every moment knowing that everything was in expert hands.

The food was the highlight of the night (which we knew going into it). Our guests are honestly still complimenting us about the food. Not only was it delicious and beautifully presented, the service staff were attentive, kind, and made everyone feel taken care of.

What really stood out was the personal touch. We never felt like "just another wedding." The team listened to what mattered most to us, added thoughtful touches, and brought our vision to life in ways that exceeded expectations.

If you're looking for a wedding planner/venue/catering team that combines professionalism with heart, we cannot recommend Three Leaf Farm enough. We are forever grateful to Lily for making our wedding day unforgettable!

Three Leaf was able to curate a fully vegan menu for us for cocktail hour, reception, and our wedding cake and the diversity and seasonality of the ingredients was spectacular.

Tons of our wedding guests said we had the best wedding food they have ever had. The butternut squash stuffed shells were the biggest hit of the night. We’ve sent the caterer’s info to at least three engaged couples we know so far who are excited about using Three Leaf for their own wedding. The rental company they work with for dinnerware/servingware/utensils/napkins has a ton of options to choose from and the way they set up our tables with our selections was beautiful and really made the reception space come together nicely.

The food was so fresh, and there were never any lapses in timing, I never saw people waiting around for food. They had full plates of apps in our hands immediately after the ceremony and full dinner plates as soon as we sat down. They really delivered on the vision of a fully vegan wedding that is really flavorful and impressive for 80 non-vegan guests.

We highly recommend Three Leaf to any couple looking for a wedding caterer. They were so amazing all the way through. Samantha (our coordinator) was so responsive throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions quickly and with great detail. She was very detail oriented throughout the entire process, and really took care to be sure that we were happy.

They handled our allergies (and allergies of our guests) with great care, and made it really clear what foods we should and should not get.

This is an amazing value for your money. The staff is genuine, they get to know you, they give you exactly what you want and need and are not overpriced. The food was delicious, but even beyond that it is the kind staff that made the day. Definitely a great choice for a wonderful wedding!

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about 3 leaf catering, especially Samantha! She was so helpful for the entire duration (10 months long)!

My husband (at that point fiance), and my Mama tasted food. Samantha and 3 leaf were so very accomodating during that event, as well as quickly responsive as to how to modify any menu or linen decisions.
Everyone complimented on how good the food was!!! And we have some stubborn and judgemental foodie guests! Samantha and the catering crew had the nest balance of being detail oriented while also staying on the background and not stressing anyone out!
The service, food and responsiveness from this company is absolutely worth investing in for any special event!

We used Three Leaf for our wedding and had a great experience. We worked with Samantha and she was very helpful and easy to communicate with. They accommodated all of our guests dietary needs and all of our food was delicious. They had so many different options and the planning process with them was smooth and easy.
