Sara and her husband Lenny have owned Three Leaf Catering since 1998. With muliple restaurants in the Boulder Colorado area, Sara and Lenny have explored numerous styles of cuisine spanning cultures around the globe. Owning an award-winning vegetarian restaurant makes them experts at providing delicious meat-free, gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options.
Sara has a degree in Anthropology from the University of Colorado with an emphasis on Food & Culture. She is also a Certified Medical Herbalist and Professional Tea Blender & Sommelier.

Lenny is the owner and executive chef of Three Leaf Catering, and of all the restaurants in the Three Leaf Concept Group. Lenny has over 35 years in the restaurant industry, and has been creating memorable events for catering clients for over 25 years. Having traveled the world, Lenny's interest in global cuisine was peaked, and since then he has focused on learning and producing delicious cuisine from a wide range of cultures. Lenny is especially passionate about food system sustainability, and in 2010, he purchased his own farm in Lafayette Colorado on which to grow organic produce to use for his restaurants and catering, and to provide educational opportunities for his local community to experience the value of living an envriomentally conscious lifestyle and of making sustainable choices.

Gerald Manning has worked with Three Leaf Concepts since 2001. With many years of experience, he became a partner and the Director of Operations in 2008, and has been an integral and valued part of the team that has grown Three Leaf Concepts to what it is today. Gerald has a strong background in Fine Dining Service, and his expertise is the basis for the high service standards of the company.
