Working with Samantha from Three Leaf Catering was such a wonderful experience! She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and made the entire catering process feel easy and seamless for both the couple and for me as the planner. Her calm, grounded presence paired with her efficient work ethic was such a gift both leading up to the event and on the wedding day itself. Three Leaf’s plant-forward menu is always a standout, and the food was absolutely delicious — guests raved about it all night! Samantha’s professionalism, communication, and genuine kindness made collaborating with her an absolute pleasure. I would happily recommend Three Leaf Catering to any couple looking for amazing food and a truly supportive, thoughtful catering team.

We had a wonderful experience working with Alexa and the catering team at Savory! After a delicious tasting at Savory, we knew we wanted them to be our caterer for our Welcome Reception at Rembrandt Yard in Boulder. We had an Italian style buffet and we received compliments throughout the evening from our guests about how much they were enjoying the food! Savory made kids' meals for our younger guests, and the kids told us they were delicious. We also ordered desserts from Savory and their chocolate mousse cups and brownies were the perfect treats! Throughout the evening, the staff at Savory was attentive, kind, offered to help us unload and carry up our Welcome Bags from the car, and even recycled the boxes we used to transport the bags! The did a great job at packaging up our leftovers. Alexa was the best to work with! She was quick to respond to emails, made the planning process easy, offered great suggestions, and was present at our final planning meeting with Rembrandt Yard. I could tell she truly cared about our event and wanted us to have a great evening! Savory went above and beyond for us, and we highly recommend working with Savory as your caterer!!

A Spice of Life Catering was exceptional. From the start, it was clear this team truly cares about delivering a great experience. Emily, the Director of Sales and Senior Event Specialist, helped us build a thoughtful and delicious menu. The attention to detail, flexibility, and communication throughout planning made a huge difference. Quinn, the office manager, made the payment process smooth and simple. On event day, everything was flawless. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. The entire team was professional, kind, and efficient from setup to cleanup. I’ve worked with many caterers, and this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend.

We did a rehearsal brunch for our wedding and went to our favorite neighborhood restaurant. The staff at Frasca are nice, professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We ran into some car issues between the rehearsal and brunch, but the rest of our guests were snacking on appetizers and enjoying some wine by the time we got there. My husband and I go here for brunch and dinner all of the time and I was so happy that we were able to share our favorite spot with our friends and family.

Blackbelly was the only caterer we spoke to that actually cooks onsite when you have a farm wedding with zero infrastructure. They also bring more servers/cooks/captains than anyone else. Their service is impeccable, they really care about detail, and they truly know what they're doing. They will never serve boring, bland wedding food. Instead, we had an amazing farm-to-table dinner with fresh food from local farms for 150 guests. They even put together the special printed menu for all guests and per my request, added the farms the food came from. They really made our vision come alive and we never experienced a hiccup. We used them for bartending too and they were great! Guests raved about them. They may be pricier than others, but it's because it's worth it. And it always shows. And at the end of the day, the full-service caterer makes everything happen (setup, service, bartending, breakdown, etc). Simply put, they are the best.

T-aco is a great taqueria near the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder. We've loved eating there for years, and were so excited to find that they did catering. They worked with us on our MULTIPLE dietary restrictions by changing their normal catering routine to have a taco bar instead of pre-assembled tacos. We had all vegetarian tacos, and even the meat eaters were pleased! T-aco is also super friendly to the gluten-free crowd because there are only 2 of their menu items that aren't GF, and those are made in a totally separate part of the kitchen. They worked with us about our venue, which did not have any electrical outlets. Everyone was thrilled with them, especially me!
