My fiancè and I wanted an affordable, casual mountain wedding on a farm. Salida Catering was so accommodating and flexible with us and helped us create a menu that was vegan-friendly, allergen-friendly, budget-friendly and delicious! Everything was delivered on time and I can't recommend them enough. Heather was so wonderful to work with. You can tell these people take pride in what they do. I would definitely use them again for future events.
