Taste Catering is a fairly new vendor in Loveland, so I was a little nervous about using them initially. But, I am pleased to say that they went above and beyond our expectations, providing excellant and creative food at affordable prices, and I would definitely use them again for any type of catering event. Vicky and Kristi were easy to work with, usually answering my emails within 24 hours (although I did have to call them a few times for answers to questions, but it was during a time that was pretty busy for them and the questions that I had were certainly not critical or time sensitive). They also were great about making suggestions for menu items and were very sensitive to the fact that we had several vegetarians in our group. They use as many local products as they can, which I thought was great, and their menus are created based on the seasonal ingredients that are available, although they seem quite willing to honor any special requests as well. And, I found their prices to be very reasonable as well. At our wedding, both Vicky and Kristi were there and they were wonderful. The service was very professional, the presentation was excellant, and everyone that I spoke to said that their appetizers and meal tasted great. In addition, Vicky and Kristi were very helpful in "moving things along" at the wedding, meaning they got the food out to everyone exactly when I had requested. The only negative comment that I have (and the reason for 4 stars for quality of service) is that there were some people at our wedding who received food that was not warm. (Myself and my husband included.) I think this was due to the service being too quick and could have been a result of inexperience on the server's part - we had a sit down lunch and it appeared that the server brought out the food to people who were not yet sitting down, so it had cooled off by the time some of the guests (and my husband and me) realized that they had been served. This did not happen for everyone, though, and I would still highly recommend using Taste for any event in which you want unique food that is great to look at and tastes excellant as well.

We chose to go with food that we knew would be the bomb.com! And boy did Nordy's deliver (literally and figuratively). Nordy's was our first official vendor after we knew our location of the wedding and picked out a date! They were AWESOME to work with, especially Jaimie! We got under contract immediately and they were great about taking payments from us over the course of a year! The food the day of was more than amazing! More guests have complimented us on our food versus anything else! It also was so much cheaper compared to a fancy plate! I'd pick Nordy's any day! We even have family using them for our next family gathering. Nordy's even provides staff to serve and clean up plates! We are more than impressed with their service, value, quality and responsiveness. I couldn't ask for a better vendor!

Greg was extremely helpful. We were doing a country wedding and really wanted BBQ. We looked at a few places but Sweetheart City Smokers was by far the best value and had amazing food, we got so many compliments on it! He even did a vegetarian dish for my mother-in-law! We overestimated slightly on our food amounts so we had leftovers but we were glad to take them along. Greg even did appetizers for our guests during the cocktail hour which other places were not willing to do. It was really fun to have him there cooking on site! Thank you Greg!!!

We hired Fresh Plate to cater food and beverages (both alcoholic and non), at our wedding of ~95 people including vendors, and we were thoroughly impressed. They managed to create a mouthwatering brunch assortment that looked gorgeous, was 100% gluten free, easily accommodated our vegetarian and vegan guests, and tasted amazing. They can also make some mean (flavored) mimosas; our parents are still talking about them over a month later! It was also super convenient that they provided linens, napkins, dish ware, and lots of other catering accessories that might be easy for a stressed out couple to miss. I would highly recommend them, and hope to taste their food again in the future.
