Buffalo Gals Grilling + Catering is a full-service catering company specializing in Santa Maria-style BBQ - a culinary tradition rooted in the Santa Maria Valley dating back to the mid-19th century. Our award-winning tri-tip, chicken, buffalo flank, and linguiça sausage are seasoned before grilling over red oak on our custom-made “travel-ready” grills. The hired hands at Buffalo Gals will grill and carve in true rancheros style and serve everything you’ll need to host a flavorful and memorable event.
