Pinecrest Weddings & Event Center is an enchanting wedding venue situated at the base of Mount Chautauqua located in Palmer Lake, Colorado, 15 minutes north of Colorado Springs. This event space with its rustic elegance is the ideal location for your dream wedding, offering engaged couples breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Pinecrest Weddings & Event Center is a family-owned-and-operated venue that has been delivering unparalleled service since 2000, turning clients’ dreams into reality.
Facilities and Capacity
The dedicated team at this picturesque venue understands that each wedding is unique, allowing couples the use of the recently remodeled Event Center, indoor Chapel, and outdoor ceremony area for their special day. Both the Event Center and the indoor Chapel have a maximum guest capacity of 225 people. The Chapel includes a brand new, 750sqft Bridal Suite with a private changing room, private bathroom, and elegant bridal foyer with 6 separate make-up stations! A spacious event center, with a total capacity of 225 guests, has a unique, mountain chalet feel, with arched ceilings, hardwood floors, and a rustic fireplace that sets an intimate tone for your big day. It also include the brand new, 600sqft Groom’s Lounge with pool table, leather sofa and big-screen TV!
Services Offered
The experienced team makes it a priority to get to know you on a personal level, developing a genuine understanding of your style, taste, and budget. Pinecrest offers a customizable All-Inclusive Package, which includes catering, cake, DJ, bartending, beverages, linens and floral (plus the option to use some of your own vendors)! A full-time Day of Coordinator is included with every package! Check out the “Pricing” tab on our website! There is also an array of in-house decorations and centerpiece options that are available for use by all brides at no additional cost!

Absolutely fantastic!
The venue itself was breathtaking, with a stunning bridal suite and the chapel for our ceremony was an absolute dream. Every detail was meticulously crafted, and all of the vendors involved were not only kind but truly amazing at what they do.
Their all-inclusive package was not only worth every penny but also very reasonably priced. Opting for this package was one of the best decisions we made. The highlight of our culinary experience was Bird Dog BBQ, included in the package. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious food!
Moreover, the decor added a wonderful touch to the ambiance, enhancing the beauty of the venue even more. Our wedding day was perfect, and I truly believe it's because of the venue's planning and attention to detail.
A special shoutout to Danny, Faith, Russell, and Sara, our Day of Coordinator, who was nothing short of AMAZING! Sara ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day.
