We loved using Space Annex as our venue! The space is open, bright and with moveable walls and multiple levels, can be arranged so many different ways. Plus, the open rooftop patio was such a cool spot for our first dance at sunset. The industrial look of the brick outside, open ceilings, and metal railings was perfect for what we had in mind and our photographers loved everything about it too. I was especially excited about their custom woodtop tables - so beautiful that we didn't feel the need to mess with linens or greenery, or anything fancy/expensive just to cover them, AND included in the price of the venue rental which was very reasonable to begin with. The black chairs were also included and were comfy, blended in well and worked perfectly with the look of the tables. Working with Micky, the very kind manager, was so easy, and she gave us so many great recommendations - we went with both a caterer and a bar service that she recommended and had great experiences with each. I would recommned the Space Annex to anyone looking for a venue with character.

The Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMOCA) was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication was prompt, clear, and extremely helpful as we navigated the planning process. Sean, our main point of contact, was on top of all the details and worked seamlessly with our other vendors to ensure our day ran smoothly. The location and quality of service at BMOCA is a steal compared to many other wedding venues in Boulder - the space is elegant and affordable, and the museum's great location made it easy for our guests to access. For the value and the incredible service we received, we highly recommend BMOCA as a wonderful choice for any couple's special day.

(Wedding ceremony + reception venue) If you’re considering the museum for any event, look no further and BOOK. Ryan, Lizzie, and the museum crew are amazing and passionate about making your event special and as close to perfect as these things can be. Ryan helped us move items into the venue a day early and allowed us to use their storage space, and night-of everyone was so helpful. He knew we were tight on budget and worked with us to find a caterer we could afford, and effortlessly juggled our other vendors to make sure everyone was in their spot and had what they needed. Day-of hiccups? I’m of the opinion that these are pretty unavoidable and Ryan & Lizzie brushed them off like nothing. Lizzie hand-delivered stomach meds for my husband, and Ryan handled a huge oversight behind the scenes so the guests (and I) never knew anything was wrong! We had our ceremony outside on the plaza, cocktail hour with the Energy exhibit open (young and old guests had a wonderful time playing), dinner in the art room and dancing in skyline with the balcony open to cool off. The space was beautiful and everything I could’ve asked for. THANK YOU Ryan & Team!!

The Foothills Art Center was a great venue for our smaller wedding. Maura was super responsive and accommodating to my 1 million questions, and really helped make our day amazing! Definitely a unique venue if you are looking for something DIY, with a artsy, mountain feel, but still waking distance from great hotels for your guests. It was perfect for us since art is a big part of both of our families, and we were looking for something more casual and personal for our big day. Great for smaller weddings and for couples who don't want to have to buy in to a rigid event package.

My wedding was absolutely amazing, the space was unique and provided room for my wedding guests, set up tables and linens, served the wine. I could ask for a more perfect and affordable set up for less than $5k.

The Denver Art Museum was the perfect venue for our wedding. We got several compliments of the unique beauty that the museum provides. The staff is very professional and I had the utmost confidence in them before and during the event. Brenda, the event manager, made sure every detail was covered and executed each action with precision and confidence. The onsite caterer, Kevin Taylor, was some of the best wedding food I've ever had. They even made sure to provide my vegan cousins with their own special meals and when I wanted a unique menu item, they figured out a way to make it buffet ready. I highly recommend DAM for your wedding venue- you will not regret it!

I met with Mack Novosad about four months before my wedding. He was very thorough and professional and answered my questions very quickly. He was an amazing advocate for me and made sure that the venue was available to us to decorate the day before the wedding, since we had so much to do for the setup. He had great recommendations for vendors (in case you don't have any already) and he was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The cost of the venue was beyond reasonable, since it included tables and chairs (which Mack and his crew set up for us before we even got there!) The event space was beyond spacious and was conducive for my caterer to set up in. The museum is such an amazing place to hold an event of any kind, but this wedding was exceptional because of its surroundings (we had a vintage aviation themed wedding). Thank you again for your amazing work and helping us make this dream a reality, Mack!

This venue was great for our daughter’s rustic fall wedding. They are affordable and allow you to pick your own vendors, which was important to our daughter so she could get exactly what she wanted. They have plenty of parking and options for both indoor and outdoor areas. We went with a courtyard ceremony and an indoor reception in the pavilion. There is a nice Marriott hotel less than a mile away for the wedding party to get ready and guests to stay after.

The Pioneers Museum is an incredibly beautiful building to begin with. From what I understand, we were the first to use it as a wedding reception venue. We had a relatively small wedding, probably right around 150 guests and we all fit comfortably. We all sat in the lobby, which is quite large, and had enough room leftover for our cake, dessert buffet, gift tables, and dance floor. The venue offered use of a separate room for catering (although we didn't use it) or for the ceremony if we wanted it all in the same building. We had our ceremony at the local Kingdom Hall, though. I highly recommend the Pioneers Museum as a reception venue, especially if you're having less than 300 guests. It's the most beautiful place; we hardly had to decorate. They gave us a lot of options (like the use of the second floor) and cooperated fully with the wedding planning team.

This was the perfect venue to hold our reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My guests had a wonderful time. The views of the city are just stunning and the design of the building made a perfect setting.
