The Pioneers Museum is an incredibly beautiful building to begin with. From what I understand, we were the first to use it as a wedding reception venue. We had a relatively small wedding, probably right around 150 guests and we all fit comfortably. We all sat in the lobby, which is quite large, and had enough room leftover for our cake, dessert buffet, gift tables, and dance floor. The venue offered use of a separate room for catering (although we didn't use it) or for the ceremony if we wanted it all in the same building. We had our ceremony at the local Kingdom Hall, though. I highly recommend the Pioneers Museum as a reception venue, especially if you're having less than 300 guests. It's the most beautiful place; we hardly had to decorate. They gave us a lot of options (like the use of the second floor) and cooperated fully with the wedding planning team.Sent on 12/15/2014
