We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Jen brought such a calm, positive presence to the entire experience and was a steady, confident leader from beginning to end. She truly listened to the bride and groom, understood their vision, and beautifully brought all of their thoughts and ideas to life. There are truly not enough kind words I can say about Casey. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish and somehow managed to take everything we talked about on our very first call and bring it to life even better than I could have imagined on our wedding day.

She is SO meticulous and organized, but also genuinely so much fun to work with. She was endlessly patient with me as I changed my mind on design, layouts, details, etc. throughout the process, and always made me feel like we had everything completely under control. She kept us on budget, helped us understand the tradeoffs as we weighed different vendors and options, and made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming.

Our actual wedding weekend went BEYOND what I could have ever even imagined. Her work did not go unnoticed either. We had multiple people in our wedding party came up to us throughout the weekend specifically to tell us how organized, helpful and amazing Casey was, and so many of our guests commented on how beautifully the entire event was executed.

Maybe most importantly, she completely insulated us from any drama, last-minute changes or little things that inevitably happen behind the scenes at a wedding. We got to just be present and enjoy the magic of the day, which is truly the greatest gift she could give us.

Hannah was my lead planner and she leaned right into my communication style, while making sure that we all knew what was still needed.
