Hannah was an absolute gem when it came to our honeymoon planning and execution! We went to Talum, Cancun, and Holbox in Mexico - Hannah’s knowledge and expertise shined through in every aspect, from activity and transportation planning (she saved us SO much money here), to dining, to sticking to our budget. She is very receptive and willing to flex/adjust based on your feedback. I would do the exact same trip the exact same way following her planning a million times again!

If you’re looking for a wedding planner that genuinely cares about your wedding, is hard working, loves what they do, and is there for you anytime you need them, that’s Hannah at New West Events. I went to Hannah with my tail between my legs LESS than 30 days before my wedding. Our previous planner we booked fell through and I was stressed beyond belief. Luckily Hannah had availability the weekend of our wedding, and was more than happy to take on the responsibilities of being our new planner. We hired Hannah as our wedding day-of-coordinator and we had her for the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner as well. She took care of EVERYTHING from communicating with our vendors to helping keep my friends/family in line (lol). If I could go back in time, I’d have hired Hannah in the early days of our planning process. I know that wedding planners can be a huge financial expense, but I can promise that a full-time wedding planner will be the best decision you make when it comes to your wedding. Hannah is an awesome planner and will do whatever she can to accommodate your plans/special requests/etc.

Hannah from New West has blown us away! We hired her as a day-of coordinator but her services go well beyond that with included assistance during planning your wedding all the way up to the big day. We had calls with her at major milestones to ensure we were on track and set up for success. At every turn Hannah was there to help smooth out any issues and help us have the happiest wedding day we could have hoped for. Hannah and her crew were INCREDIBLE. I could go on and on about how amazing Hannah is. We hired her for a 3 month period leading up to our wedding. However, we booked her about 6 months in advance and she was very helpful with any random questions I had even prior to the start of her 'contract'. She is so sweet but also very very focused, diligent, organized and takes her job very seriously while still being an extremely warm and comforting presence through all the stressful times. She kept me calm cool and collected, helped quide me through the planning process, and just gave me so much peace of mind. I am telling you, our wedding would have not been nearly as perfect or beautiful without her help. Our day pretty much went off without a single flaw and I owe pretty much all of that to Hannah. Also, DIY is NOT my thing but I also didn't want to spend too much on decorations. Well listen here, Hannah has a whole storage locker of beautiful decorations that she lets you chose from to decorate your wedding spaces! I can't tell you how grateful I was for that extra icing on the cake that she provides for her brides & grooms. Hannah knows what she is doing and is very experienced. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further. She goes above and beyond for her clients and will make your day beautiful and wonderful. Once your day comes, you won't have to worry about a single thing. She's got you.
