First Class Guest Experience!

My daughter’s wedding was held at Beaver Run Resort, and I could not have been more pleased. Courtney Le Roux was our main contact and she worked tirelessly to ensure that the wedding went off perfectly! Courtney managed the coordination of the various resort departments which included room reservations, three different banquet locations, and our last-minute farewell breakfast at the in-house Spencer restaurant. The food was very good, and the service was excellent.

Everything turned out well! It was a three-day event where 140 people were booked into the hotel rooms. Our guests were very happy with all the hotel amenities (Spa, Pool, Gym, Arcade, Restaurant, Coffee Shop). The free shuttle into town was great for those guests looking to explore. This Resort sits at the bottom of Breckenridge Peak 9 Ski Mountain. You could start hiking as soon as you step outside. The wedding was in September and the weather was perfect. Even my husband and I took advantage of mountain biking from the hotel to the top of the mountain on our last day. I highly recommend the Beaver Run Resort for your destination wedding or any other conference.

Wonderful Venue

We absolutely loved the ambiance and look of the Imperial Ballroom, absolutely gorgeous for our reception. The food was amazing and our night went off wonderfully. The convenience of having our rooms walking-distance and suites on site made our day go so smoothly. We would recommend Beaver Run Resort for anyone’s wedding as they can accommodate any size and were so willing to work with us in the pandemic to reschedule to a safer time.

I contacted Jessica Harris to do the welcome event on Friday for my wedding weekend. My wedding was a different location but I was having a lot of trouble finding a spot for the welcome party because restaurants would be very expensive and most wouldn't even do it because it was Labor Day weekend -- busy times! My husband spotted this spot while skiing the winter before the wedding.

Beaver Run Resort was my savior! We did our wedding welcome party at Coppertop III and it turned out so great, we had a awesome bartender, fantastic wine, beer and Hors d'oeuvre selection for a very reasonable price. They did a beautiful food spread and to my surprise, they put some nice decorations on the tables that matches so well with the mountain wedding theme. Jessica was very flexible and responsive to my questions and I feel so lucky that we found this place. We setup a side table for welcome bags. It was so much more than I expected. And of course you got the mountain views that everybody loves.
