We loved having Hannah from New West Weddings as our day-of coordinator for our September wedding. She kept everything on schedule, from the initial setup all the way through to our grand exit. Her calming presence ensured we stayed relaxed, even bringing us food and drinks throughout the day. Behind the scenes, she handled any potential issues so smoothly that we weren’t even aware of them unless it was necessary.
Months before the big day, Hannah went above and beyond by meeting with us multiple times, confirming all the vendor details, and providing tracking sheets to organize our timeline and décor. She also ran our rehearsal with incredible efficiency, making sure everyone knew their roles and felt confident.
If you want a coordinator who is highly organized, professional, and ensures your wedding runs flawlessly, I can’t recommend Hannah from New West Weddings enough. She made our day truly stress-free and unforgettable! -

Hannah and New West Weddings are true rockstars. I had the best experience and could not imagine my wedding without her being a part of it. Honestly, it makes me want to go do it again so I could work with her again! Hannah really did go above and beyond solving problems last minute, managing vendors, and showing real organization and professionalism. When we had our first meeting we hung up the call and my Dad goes "well she seems very good." Coming from him, that speaks volumes. Thank you Hannah for all you have done. We appreciate you more than you know! -

Hannah and her crew were INCREDIBLE. I could go on and on about how amazing Hannah is. We hired her for a 3 month period leading up to our wedding. However, we booked her about 6 months in advance and she was very helpful with any random questions I had even prior to the start of her 'contract'. She is so sweet but also very very focused, diligent, organized and takes her job very seriously while still being an extremely warm and comforting presence through all the stressful times. She kept me calm cool and collected, helped quide me through the planning process, and just gave me so much peace of mind. I am telling you, our wedding would have not been nearly as perfect or beautiful without her help. Our day pretty much went off without a single flaw and I owe pretty much all of that to Hannah. Also, DIY is NOT my thing but I also didn't want to spend too much on decorations. Well listen here, Hannah has a whole storage locker of beautiful decorations that she lets you chose from to decorate your wedding spaces! I can't tell you how grateful I was for that extra icing on the cake that she provides for her brides & grooms. Hannah knows what she is doing and is very experienced. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further. She goes above and beyond for her clients and will make your day beautiful and wonderful. Once your day comes, you won't have to worry about a single thing. She's got you. -

"Hiring Hannah as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made during our wedding planning! My (now) husband and I are both big planners, but we found ourselves overwhelmed with all the details, stress, and loose ends that come with planning a wedding, especially the closer we got towards our date. We knew we needed someone who could take the reins on the big day, and we couldn't have been more fortunate to have Hannah by our side.
Our wedding had a lot of moving pieces, including two different cultural traditions—Korean and Jewish—a surprise flash mob, a shot ski, the hora, coordinating four different vendors, and more. Hannah handled everything with such professionalism and grace. She also took care of setting up and breaking down the decorations, and they turned out more beautiful than I had ever imagined. Our shuttle company was a loose cannon, which we were aware of beforehand, and she reined them in and was on top of it the whole way, even making four calls in the week of just to ensure everything operated smoothly.
Hannah made sure every detail was executed perfectly, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without any worries. She was truly our savior, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. If you're looking for someone who can expertly manage the most complex and detailed weddings, I wholeheartedly recommend Hannah and New West Weddings. We had an amazing experience with Hannah! We live in Denver, but had our heart set on a spring wedding in Summit County. Hannah did a great job of connecting us with vendors, answering any questions we had, and ensuring that our special day went smoothly, especially with so many out of town guests. What we loved about working with her was her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and most importantly, she is fun and engaging! We are so happy to have worked with her and would highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the area!
