The Best of the Best Wedding Planners
Casey and the Aspen & Ivy team were AMAZING! She kept track of every request and idea that we had, and helped our day be the perfect day. Whether it was vendor management, design and decor, food and drink, guests, etc. Everything was handled with perfection.
I would 1000% recommend the Aspen & Ivy team for anyone who is looking for the best of the best wedding planners. -

A Colorful Colorado Abduction
I could never say enough praise for Dani, Casey, and then entire Aspen & Ivy team. We booked them for Day of Wedding Coordination less than 45 days out from our Indian-American wedding. In just over a month they entirely understood, bought into and championed my entire wedding vision. They are industry superstars through and through!
The specificity of focus was unimaginable. They foresaw and managed every detail of the day with the same care and attention to detail that can usually only be expected of the bride! I felt entirely comfortable enjoying the big day, and the weeks leading up to it, knowing that the Aspen & Ivy team was overseeing the project with a diligence I could never have replicated.
They executed every vignette, operation, and experience perfectly - from our non-traditional Mandap & blended Hindu-American ceremony to our dance floor alien invasion & bride-powered DJ set. They ensured our personalities shone through while giving us the space to enjoy all our hard work.
As an event and entertainment professional myself, I could not recommend them more - book them now!-

Incredible Planning
Casey with Aspen & Ivy was amazing to work with. We spent a year planning our wedding and she made every step easy and seamless.
I didn’t have a real vision of what I wanted when we first met. I knew only a few things: I wanted mountains, I wanted bold colors, lots of flowers, and a good photographer. Casey took these very minimal notes and crafted something wonderful. I can be an indecisive person, and at every turn Casey narrowed her options to 3 and made it that much easier to choose. And her choices were always phenomenal. She understands what her clients wants and if there’s any doubts, she communicates clearly.
At the start of the year, I lost my grandmother and Casey handled everything afterward in stride. She was empathetic and kind, and I’m so grateful.
My wedding was a dream. And Casey made it into a reality. She was the first choice I made upon starting down that stressful, overwhelming road of wedding planning and I’m so thankful we went with her. -

A bride's dream come true!!!
Casey is a bride's dream come true!!!! Our wedding would have not been possible without her.
We are both busy business owners who did not have the bandwidth to plan a wedding to the caliber we wanted it.
From beginning to end she made the entire planning process a breeze. People would always ask us how wedding planning was going to which I'd jokingly say "Wouldn't know! LOL" Thats just a testament to how well she handles everything from the big picture details to the small intricate items. To be frank, she just gets s*** done!
This lack of stress throughout the planning process and the wedding day is PRICELESS. With Casey at the helm, I had no concerns about the full day coming together. She is extremely organized, creative, and carries herself with such poise and professionalism.
If you are getting married and looking for a planner, hire Aspen & Ivy. It will be the best money you spend!!! Casey and team are worth their weight in gold.

Aspen & Ivy was indispensable to my wedding weekend!
I am genuinely delighted to write this review, as I cannot recommend Casey and her team at Aspen & Ivy highly enough. We hosted an intimate microwedding weekend—fewer than twenty guests—at Magee Homestead in Saratoga, Wyoming, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
Perhaps the most telling endorsement came from my mother, who was initially skeptical about hiring a coordinator (a requirement of the venue). Over the course of the weekend, I heard her say no fewer than three times, “Casey was the best money spent,” a sentiment that carries particular weight when one considers how quickly wedding expenses accumulate.
From the earliest stages of planning, Casey was a steady and intuitive presence. She offered guidance when I needed help making decisions, gave me space to obsess over the minutiae, and gently steered the process with quiet confidence and deep expertise. Her ability to navigate complex family dynamics, advocate for my vision, and identify thoughtful compromises speaks to a level of professionalism that is both rare and invaluable.
I am profoundly grateful for her support, and I know our venue and vendors felt the same. On the day of the wedding, I had no idea what was happening behind the scenes, but I never once doubted that everything would unfold flawlessly. That sense of calm and trust, especially for someone who leans toward control-freak tendencies, was a gift in itself. Despite the many moving parts, locations, and logistical intricacies, the weekend ran seamlessly. I truly believe it would not have been possible without Aspen & Ivy’s involvement.
Hiring Casey and her team will be the single greatest favor you do for yourself in the wedding planning process. Their work is not only exceptional, it’s indispensable. -

Dream Team!
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding coordinators, Casey and Dani, at Aspen & Ivy. From the moment they stepped in—60 days before our wedding, part of their day-of coordination services—we felt an immediate sense of relief and support. They jumped in with open arms, kind hearts, and a calm confidence that made the rest of our planning feel so much lighter.
Casey and Dani are not only incredibly organized and detail-oriented, they are also such a joy to be around. They were thoughtful, responsive, and always one step ahead—thinking through things we hadn’t even considered and making sure every part of our day felt intentional and seamless.

Casey and her team are amazing!
We are beyond grateful for Casey! With her day of coordinator services, she stepped in 60 days before our wedding and completely took the reins on vendor organization, logistics, and every last detail for the big day. Her communication was always timely, and she offered such thoughtful suggestions and guidance on everything from our schedule to room layout and decorations. Because of her, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about a thing. The best weekend of our lives!!
Working with Aspen & Ivy for our wedding was an incredible experience. With Jen as our planner, we felt at ease the entire process. She was professional, friendly, and so on top of all of the little details that we otherwise may have missed, while still making sure that everything reflected our vision and personalities. She went above and beyond the week of to relieve any stress and make sure that we could fully enjoy our wedding weekend. With a bit of unexpected Colorado rain, the day was absolutely perfectly and we could not have asked for a better team on our side! -

Just do it!
Both Janina and Jen were incredible in helping us pull our day together. We weren't super sold on hiring a planner at first, but it's honestly worth every penny if you're on the fence about it. They logistically put our day together for us so we could fully enjoy ourselves on our special day. I would highly recommend either one of them! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Casey! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make my wedding dreams come true. She was incredibly punctual, kind, and attentive to every little detail throughout the entire planning process. Kaycee truly has a gift for what she does—her organization, creativity, and calming presence made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless and enjoyable.
The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect and ran smoothly from start to finish, all thanks to her. My family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was—they absolutely adored her! Casey also recommended top-notch vendors that fit our style and budget perfectly. Incredible Wedding in Just 3 Months!
We can't thank Casey of Aspen & Ivy enough for making our wedding a reality in just three months, what should've probably taken a year and a half! From the very beginning, Casey was organized, professional, and always kept us on track with helpful reminders and an amazing planning software that I loved using. Awesome planner for our winter wedding
We worked with Casey to plan a winter destination ski wedding, and we absolutely could not have done it without her. She was excellent when it came to all of the tasks that you hire a wedding planner for--coordinating with the venue, excellent vendor recommendations, managing the budget, creating the design for the reception, etc. We felt very comfortable knowing that she was always on top of every timeline and was always very communicative with us. She also was incredibly flexible and accommodated to meet around our work schedules.
But the best part of working with Casey was that she was always willing to go above and beyond to help us make our vision a reality. We knew that we wanted to have a casual ski ceremony, but we could not find a spot to reserve. The next time that she was in town a year before our wedding date, Casey scouted out an area and filmed it to show us how it could work. We always felt like she had us in mind and how to make our day better. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding weekend without any stress because we knew that Casey had everything under control and made the logistics of the day seamless and we knew she would easily handle anything that came up.
Overall we had a great experience working with Casey and couldn't recommend her highly enough. -

Steamboat Winter Wedding
We had an incredible winter destination wedding in Steamboat Springs, and we couldn't have done it without our fantastic wedding planner, Casey! Planning a wedding from afar could have been stressful, but she made everything seamless. One of the things that stood out was how organized she was. She used an amazing planning software that kept all our to-do lists, financial planning, contacts, and schedules in one place. This made it so easy to stay on top of everything and made us feel confident that no detail would be overlooked. She was a pro when it came to handling all the logistics of a winter wedding in a remote location. From coordinating with vendors to managing logistics in snow, she ensured everything went smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about the typical challenges that come with a destination wedding, because she had it all under control. Her communication was always clear and prompt, and she made sure we stuck to our budget while keeping everything on track. AMAZING wedding planner. Went above and beyond
We weren’t sure if we wanted to hire a wedding planner at first. Then we interviewed Casey, and she sold us at hello. Casey undersells herself, she does an incredible amount of work. She pays attention to every little detail and knows exactly what questions to ask, especially when we were on the phone with vendors. She was able to provide us with valuable suggestions at the right times and offered advice when needed; I was a very indecisive bride and she walked me through multiple planning stages and made the whole process a lot less stressful, being a backbone and voice for my husband and I with vendors. She reviewed all our contracts with vendors and pointed out anything that was missing or needed to be interpreted - which was a huge help. I must also mention, I had 11 bustles on my dress and was stressed about the time it would take since we were on a strict timeline, Casey came to the rescue and bustled it beautifully in 5 minutes. She was especially helpful at the end of the night with clean up, when all our guests left, she had packed and loaded everything into our cars. She made the whole night run smoothly and seamlessly and we received multiple compliments from friends and family. She is easy to get a hold of and responds quickly. She was even in Italy on a business trip the month of my wedding and she was still attentive. You can tell that she has coordinated countless weddings with the expertise that she brings to the table. 10/10 would recommend Aspen and Ivy over and over again. -

Best decision we made!
We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible work of Jen and the Aspen & Ivy team in planning our dream wedding. From our first conversation to the final dance, she was a constant source of support, creativity, and professionalism. Jen took the time to get to know us, listened to our vision, and helped us bring it to life. She was always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and handled every detail with care. Her expertise in the industry was invaluable. She recommended vendors that perfectly aligned with our style and budget, and was able to guide us through the entire process from contracts to day-of coordination. This allowed us to focus on the more fun elements of planning. She knew when to nudge and when to let us go ahead - the result was a wedding that was uniquely us, elegant and comfortable for everyone! All this would be enough to sing her praises, but on top of that, Jen wore a super-woman cape the entire wedding weekend. Our goal for the weekend was to be present with our guests and not have to worry about anything - Jen made that happen. She kept everything on track. From the start of the rehearsal, to the last guest being dropped off, to rental returns the next day, she ensured the weekend ran smoothly and was stress-free. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. We had initially gone back and forth on hiring a planner at all, and in hindsight we’d do it again in a heartbeat. It was absolutely the reason our wedding exceeded our expectations. We loved working with Jen! -

Wonderful!!
Aspen & Ivy, specifically Jen, was amazing!!!! They helped make our day truly magical, we’ve had friends & family telling us for a month after how much fun they had and how beautiful / well done our wedding was. Incredible & Stress-Free
Aspen and Ivy was incredible every step of the way from our first call with Casey to our wedding day. We worked with Aspen and Ivy’s guidance to set up vendors and ask questions along the way and then had our planner, Kelsey start a few months before the wedding. Kelsey partnered with us to create the tented wedding of our dreams. She was personable and easy to work with but also had a great eye for detail and made sure everything ran super smoothly. She oversaw our vendors with ease and had great communication throughout the whole process. When the day finally came, the top priority was making sure that we were calm and able to sit back and enjoy the day which is exactly what you want in a planner. It was truly a perfect day and I’m so grateful we hired Aspen and Ivy! -

Casey Muller, the MVP of our wedding planning!
We are based out of state and wanted to have our wedding in Steamboat, CO. Planning a destination wedding can be a big undertaking, but Casey with Aspen & Ivy was the solution to all of our problems. She was organized, honest, thorough, responsive, and extremely professional. I would absolutely recommend hiring her as your wedding planner. Since we were out of state, we didn't know much about the local vendors. Casey had many resources and recommendations for us, and even when told that the initial recommendations weren't the right fit, she made sure to find us something that worked for us perfectly. We even had to change our venue in the middle of our planning process, and Casey handled the situation so well. Casey helped us to find another venue in a matter of days. Rather than having a major disaster on our hands, it was merely a small hiccup for us!
As cliche as it sounds, our wedding was perfect. It was the best weekend of our lives, and it wouldn't have been possible without Casey. She is quite honestly amazing at what she does, and she truly cares about your wedding as much as you do as the couple! -

Queen Kelsey!! 100000000000% recommend!!!
We loved working with Kelsey from Aspen & Ivy for our big day! As the bride, I was consistently asked “how are you not stressed right now?” And I owe this all to Kelsey! She was absolutely amazing from being organized, making sure I was informed, handling anything with vendors the month before. If there was anything that went wrong (which I don’t think there was) I had no idea about it and was able to enjoy our absolutely perfect wedding day.
When we were picking a Coordinator it was a bit overwhelming. Weddings are expensive and as we were choosing our vendors all I could see were massive dollar signs and not really knowing how a coordinator could help it was an annoying (at the time) requirement from our venue. However, it was THE BEST investment and I would recommend doing at least the package where you start working together two months out to anyone. Kelsey took the time to get to know our wedding, us, our vision etc and helped keep all the ducks in a row, making sure we were missing deadlines, keeping other vendors on time, timelines etc.
One of the biggest things that stood out to me is Kelsey handling all the changes of people not making it last minute. This will inevitably happen and instead of being stressed about table arrangements and venue communication she was able to handle it so I could enjoy all the events leading up to our wedding. Invest in a coordinator! Because even though you think you may be able to do it yourself, it gives a professional helping hand and allows you to enjoy your big day and build memories that last forever. -

Casey and the entire Aspen & Ivy team were amazing to work with! When we first got engaged we were thinking that we may only need a day-of coordinator, but we got so overwhelmed with planning very quickly. Before hiring Aspen & Ivy we spent multiple hours reading reviews of different vendors but made no progress because we were so overwhelmed by the often conflicting opinions online. When we first met with Casey, she helped us allocate our budget, talk through our goals, and set a timeline. Then, at the right time, she would give us a few suggestions for each vendor that was in budget, provided the services that we were looking for, and she could recommend. This helped relieve so much of the mental load of wedding planning, so we were truly able to enjoy our wedding planning experience and didn't feel like we were constantly behind. Additionally, Casey got us a discount with our band because she has such a good relationship with them. The investment was so worth it!
On our wedding day there was rain in the afternoon - our ceremony was supposed to be outside, so Casey figured out all of the options that we had, which made making the decision so much easier. I trusted Casey and her team every step of the way, they truly made our wedding day as perfect as it was. Could not recommend them more! -

I am so incredibly grateful we had the opportunity to work with Aspen & Ivy for our wedding! I consider myself a fairly organized person, and certainly one who gets a kick out of planning, so I was excited to take on the task of planning our wedding when my now-husband and I first got engaged. The venue we decided to have our reception at is a la carte, which meant hiring a day-of coordinator was something to seriously consider. Doing so turned out to be more imperative than I had initially expected. We had the pleasure of working with Kelsey, who is simply AWESOME. Even with my passion for planning, I truly don't know how we would have gone through our wedding day without her! She is organized, punctual, on-top-of-it, and most importantly, very kind and easy to work with. I really felt like she had our backs throughout our entire time working together, and she handled day-of hiccups with so much grace. Even our other vendors told me how much they enjoyed working with her. We felt supported every step of the way—even post-wedding. She and the entire Aspen & Ivy team really went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went smoothly, and we are so grateful they enabled our wedding day truly be the happiest day of our lives. We worked with Aspen and Ivy for a June '24 wedding in the Colorado mountains. We are a couple from California, and having an in-state wedding planner was critical for our wedding. Aspen & Ivy absolutely crushed it- thank you, Casey & Team!
They were exceptionally well organized, super responsive and diligent with planning even when our wedding was >12 months out. We really appreciated the periodic status calls, wedding planning software and collaborative technology to make tracking and decision making easy and convenient especially when synching offline. The team was also great with working within our guidelines and setting expectations with us, and working with them felt more like a partnership vs any sort of taxing service. Neither of us had planned a wedding before as we were the first to marry from each of our respective families but never felt like we were flying blind in the process working with Casey and co.
The team was absolutely critical to our wedding success and we could not have achieved half the wedding without 10x more stress. Our guests and family had an amazing time and we wish we could relive that day over and over again. We highly recommend Aspen & Ivy for any wedding or event, and have recommended them to friends as well. We feel very lucky to have found them via Instagram and fully expect they'll be a massively successful business that makes every couple happy with their product. July Wedding
When we first began planning our wedding, we quickly became overwhelmed by all of the little details, the (often unsolicited) advice people shared with us about what to do and how to do it, and the cost. Having never planned a wedding before, I didn’t know what I should be investing in versus saving on. And, as a result, we originally selected a different planning team (earlier in their career, less knowledgeable, less expensive, etc). Dear reader, this was very much the wrong choice and did not go well for us but there is a happy ending! And while this is a very long review, I hope to impress upon you that investing in a team like Aspen & Ivy is an investment in the elements of your wedding that *actually* matter: the joy you will feel on the day, the experience you share with your guests, and your peace of mind leading up to it.
We hired Casey and the Aspen & Ivy team about six months before our wedding, after our original planner shared that she had over extended herself and would need to shift us to someone else on her team. That, along with a general lack of communication, compelled us to find an entirely new team to work with. We hired Casey two minutes after first speaking with her - she was compassionate, professional, and friendly. But what I most appreciated about her was her honesty - she completely validated that our instincts were right and that despite what our original planner was telling us, we were quite behind. This transparency gave me the confidence that when she committed to helping us, she would successful help us get to where we wanted to go.
On paper, our first planner committed to the same suite of full service planning that Aspen & Ivy offer - from design, to coordination, to execution. However, the reality is that our original planner wasn’t able to do any of those things because she was constantly focused on triaging the most imminent wedding she was planning. We were the ones pushing to get vendors locked in and then when she would finally share options, it was under researched. At one point, her team tried to present that the cheapest transportation option for our guests was $8k (note we ended up spending closer to $2k). Other vendors of ours even began reaching out to us because she wasn’t answering questions they had. It became confusing to keep track of who had been told what, and how we should even help.
After we hired Casey, we never had to manage any of the vendor research, communication, logistics, or coordination. In fact, the only time vendors ever reached out again was to share how much they enjoyed working with her. Beyond all of the logistics, she completely redid our design and went above and beyond to make it perfect. Following the trial with the rentals and florals, she went back a second time (a 1hr+ drive each way) to take pictures and propose some new combinations she thought we might like better. This blew my mind because we liked the options from the first trial! Anytime we had an idea, a proposal, a rogue comment from a parent, she responded with recommendations, options, and solutions. Her communication was unparalleled - she responded to emails/texts within the same day, she sent meeting notes, clear follow ups, and even zoomed us at midnight her time while on a work trip to Italy. Although we had more to do, the last six months of planning were by far the most enjoyable part of the process for me and my husband.
To be clear, there is a sizable difference in cost, but the investment is worth it. Weddings are a huge milestone - they are the first (and often biggest) “group project” you tackle with your partner, they symbolize the commitment and love you want to honor and safeguard together, and they provide an opportunity to celebrate the community that has supported you (as individuals and as a couple). Ultimately, with our first planner, we didn’t have the confidence that her team would be able to pull it all together to make the day special for our guests and easy for us. However, with Casey, the weekend of our wedding was something I could sink into and enjoy - I knew everything was totally handled and if/when we ran into obstacles they would be taken care of without me being involved.
An immense thank you to Casey - Jake and I felt so present on our wedding day and we are so grateful for the Herculean amount of work and effort she put into the day to help us get there!-

I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards Casey, the owner of Aspen & Ivy. My husband and I wanted an intimate wedding that only included immediate family. We wanted the wedding design to be exactly what we dreamed of, and thanks to Casey, that is exactly what we got!
We originally thought we could plan the wedding ourselves, but after multiple months of countless issues, we contacted Aspen & Ivy for help. Even though we were running behind schedule, Casey worked with us every step of the way, making the process enjoyable and stress free.
When I say stress free, I mean it. I was in the process of finishing up medical school and my husband was in charge of moving our belongings and dogs to a new state, so we were already stressed and busy. Casey knew how to handle us and accommodated our schedules to make the process as easy as possible. Plus, I got everything I wanted. Everything! Casey read my mind and made it happen.
My husband is on board when I say, don’t have a wedding without Aspen & Ivy planning your wedding. You will not be disappointed. Thank you everyone at Aspen & Ivy for all the work you did! You gave us a fairytale wedding! -

The team at Aspen & Ivy helped us achieve the wedding day of our dreams! Jessica and Casey, our co-planners, met with us monthly to review design concepts, vendor details, and general planning progress. Probably what I was most impressed with was the execution of the wedding day itself - the timeline was followed exactly and Casey/Jessica made sure I (the bride) was not aware of any hiccups that may have occurred. At the end of the night, everything was torn town and packed up nicely in my car ready for departure the next day. Highly recommend!! -

Kelsey was out wedding MVP
Kelsey with Aspen and Ivy was the best part of wedding planning. She made sure our minds were clear and directed our focus during the craziest times of wedding planning. As a couple she took a crazy weight off our shoulders and gave us the freedom to enjoy the fun parts of wedding planning and the event. Single handedly, she and her team made our wedding day 100% more fun and stress free. Best decision we made
We truly cannot say enough good things about Jessica at Aspen & Ivy (formerly Pink Diamond Events). If you're wondering if you need a planner for your wedding, my humbly biased opinion is that you probably do - and you need Jessica. And this is coming from someone who considers herself to be highly organized and loves project planning (my wedding planning spreadsheet has 40 tabs, and the bridal party-facing version has 11 tabs), and yet I STILL firmly believe that partnering with Jessica was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding experience. Here's the thing: you can be incredibly detail-oriented, organized, thoughtful, and even enjoy doing it all yourself - but there's a big difference between thinking it through and pulling it all together / pulling it off. There are just always going to be things that a pro like Jessica can help you think about that you wouldn't have ever considered - and instead of kicking yourself later and obsessing over the "what-if's" and "could-have-been's", you can rest assured that Jessica will be there to kindly and gently remind you of things, consult on challenging decisions, and often just straight up take care of things and get sh*t done so you don't have to worry. A big selling point of our decision to partner with her and her team is their ability to deal with the unexpected. I've been to my fair share of weddings and though thankfully the guests often don't see these things, I'm sure any bridesmaid or bride can tell you that there is ALWAYS something unexpected that crops up last minute. Personally, I didn't want to be the one to have to deal with last-minute would-be mini (or big) catastrophes like rampaging drunk uncles, dropped wedding cake, broken heels, forgotten speeches, vendors running late, missing jewelry, etc. etc. And thankfully, we didn't experience any of those issues because we had Jessica keenly looking out for us and proactively preventing any issues (and if she did deal with issues day-of, then I was blissfully unaware).
The BEST gift we got on the day of our wedding was the ability, time, and mental space to be fully present and mindful during the entire thing - to enjoy every moment and truly let it all sink in. Everyone says the day will flash by in a blink, but to us, it was gleefully long, and we have solid memories of so many once-in-a-lifetime moments. And a big part of why that happened was because Jessica and her team were seamlessly and skillfully steering the ship; we never had to wonder or worry what was going on, if we were on time, where we were supposed to be, or what was supposed to happen next because they let us happily glide through the day while they took care of so much. Jessica is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and compassionate. Her expertise is solid, her communication style is thorough, she's detail-oriented, and she has the most amazingly calming presence that brings an stress-free element to the entire experience. -

Best planner ever!
We got to work with Jen from Aspen & Ivy events and have nothing but positive things to say! Jen stayed on top of everything and kept us moving along our to-do list without us feeling overwhelmed. We always knew we were in good hands and would not forget any detail with her supporting us. My dress strap broke during our first dance and Jen was able to stitch it back on with no problem. She just does it all! So thankful that we decided to use a planner - couldn't imagine it without her. We felt cared for on a personal level and she was always calm, positive, and ready for anything.-

The Best Decision!
As the MOB living in Connecticut, when my daughter let me know that she wanted to get married in the mountains of Colorado my first thought was panic! How was I going to help her plan a wedding that was not in her hometown in Connecticut? We definitely needed a planner to help.
We interviewed several planners and my daughter and now son-in-law felt that Casey was the only one we interviewed that spent the time to get to know them and find out what they wanted in their vision of a wedding verses just telling them all the services they provide. Casey was asking how they met, what they liked to do in their free time and what was the vibe they were going for with the wedding. I felt confident that Casey would help them plan a wedding that was perfect for THEM.
I wanted to be included in the planning process and Casey had no problem with this so I would be conferenced in on any calls and looped in on all the emails. Casey was very patient throughout the planning process from the number of site visits she went on to find the perfect venue to answering all the little questions we had. Casey helped us find the perfect venue that fit all the characteristics the B+G explained to her in the initial interview.
At first, we signed up for “day of” planning because of expense but added the “full service” planning when we decided the venue we chose would end up being like a destination wedding where no guest lived locally so the whole weekend needed to be planned from Friday through Sunday. I am so glad we did this because Casey stepped right in and helped us with all the details!
Casey is very organized and helped keep the B+G on schedule with their tasks so it never seemed overwhelming throughout the whole planning process. She recommended some great vendors! Casey went through each contract to make sure all contracts were good even before forwarding them to me to review and kept me on schedule with payments needed for all vendors so I never missed a payment. Casey was great with communication and would often answer an email on her day off even though I didn’t expect an answer right away. I think Casey really excelled with logistics and design so when the time came, the wedding was flawless! All of our guests commented on how well everything came together and how beautiful the wedding was.
The weekend of the wedding was amazing, the B+G and I showed up and were allowed to be just guests for the whole weekend! We did not need to worry about a thing because Casey and Jessica handled everything! It turned out better than I could have imagined! I did not find out about a problem that happened during the weekend until after the brunch when my sister let me know that she was having such trouble with the altitude right before the ceremony that Casey got her some oxygen and set her up in a place to see the ceremony where she did not have to walk. I did not even notice that this was going on. There was no doubt that Casey did not want the B+G nor me to be troubled with anything over the weekend and what a joy that was to not have that stress!
When first interviewing planners I thought they were, as a whole, expensive and was a little worried with the cost of them, however, I can honestly say Casey and Aspen & Ivy are well worth the expense! Casey, I really enjoyed working with you. I felt that through the process you became more of a friend than vendor we had contracted! We definitely could not have pulled off such a beautiful event without you!

Exceptional Fall Wedding - Casey at Pink Diamond Events
Hello Everyone,
My wife and I got married at Devils Thumb Ranch on 10/21/23. We interviewed several planners and felt that Casey was the only one we interviewed that spent the time to get to know us and find out what we wanted in our wedding verses selling us on what they are capable of or their reputation.
Casey spent the time to listen to our vision and help us pull together a team that could make that vision a reality. Items that I appreciated: Casey did not nickel and dime us. She told us what her cost were and then took care of us after that. For example, we wanted a mountain wedding and Casey is in Fort Collins, CO. She would drive between 2-3 hours each time my wife and I wanted to explore a venue and it was included in the package we paid for. Most wedding planners charge a rate to meet you at these more remote destinations. To add on to this thought, Casey also took my wife and I on even when we started with a 50K budget. Which is low when wanting a mountain wedding. This was truly appreciated by us.
Casey was always taking notes. There were too many times to count where we would be on a call or in person and Casey would mention something I brought up in previous conversations and ask follow on questions to ensure we didn’t miss anything. Often, I had moved on from the comments I made, but always appreciated Casey for ensuring my voice was heard as the groom. Her ability to catch all the details and listen is phenomenal.
Casey is extremely generous and steps up to the plate before you ask. First example is being generous with her time. She never rushed my wife and I into decisions. She would be patient and allow us to talk through our thoughts during our venue visits or when picking a vendor. Another moment where Casey stepped up was when we had to swap locations for our Sunday brunch, Casey offered to cover the costs to change the stationary because she felt responsible for the change. She always had our best interest at heart and strived to give us the wedding of our dreams.
Overall, Casey has amazing bedside manner when supporting a couple through the wedding process, she is highly detail oriented, curious, has abundant access to resources to make many variations of weddings happen, great at communicating, phenomenal at solving challenges both proactively and in the moment, and thoughtful.
We were fortunate to have Casey and her team take our wedding on and will miss our time with her. A big thank you to Casey and her team for helping us celebrate lifes greatest accomplishment.

Casey & Team Are The Best
Casey was absolutely amazing. We did "day-of" coordination, which is a misnomer as she and her team started helping us a month or so out. We had a big backyard wedding which required 11+ vendors and a ton of logistics. Casey handled everything in an organized, calm, and gracious manner. Not only were we able to completely enjoy your wedding day & night without worrying about anything, but she also gave us countless pieces of advice that helped bring the event together in the best way. We went back & forth on needing a wedding planner and we are so beyond thankful that we chose to hire one— especially Casey! -

Pink Diamond Events - an absolute powerhouse! Owner, Casey, referred Isabelle Kline Floral/Design for our eclectic and elegant vision. Chefs kiss! Between these two vendors our wedding was FLAWLESS! Kelsey accommodated everyone during our special day like they were her own kin. In addition, she handled every obstacle with grace. Road blocks occurred but the Pink Diamond team guaranteed bride, groom, and guests had no idea. Life happens and its detrimental to the success of your evening that you've got competent leaders and team members. Everything was flawless! Drew and I wish we could relive the night over and over again. Truly, we owe the GREAT success of our wedding weekend to Kels- her attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched! Kelsey Hewell is the 2023 MVP for the Gupte-Payne family. Casey had stepped in mid-planning, after my husband and I had to make the tough decision to let our previous planner go. Casey and her Aspen & Ivy team immediately put my mind at ease and I knew that in her hands we would have an amazing wedding day. Casey is extremely organized, replies quickly, keeps you on track with the process, deals with all the vendor negotiations and details, and truly saved us more than once. She actually found out that one of our other vendors was not being truthful, and helped us navigate out of a sticky and stressful situation only weeks before the wedding. Her team is extremely transparent, which was great for all the type A brides who want to be involved in the planning. My only regret is that we did not hire her sooner!
If you’re looking to have a stress free wedding day with all the details perfect… hire Casey and her Aspen & Ivy team! I can’t overstate her work ethic, attention to detail, and overall pleasure to be around.

Casey and her team at Pink Diamond did a really great job and I would highly recommend them!
Something I really liked about working with Casey was her diverse portfolio of many different types of weddings. Because she does a variety of weddings, she knows all kinds of different vendors and could help us put together exactly the type of wedding we wanted. Additionally, she really helped us determine the feel and look we wanted for our wedding, and created a very cohesive vision that came together even more beautifully than I imagined.
She made the entire process as easy as possible, even though we ended up moving internationally during our planning and we were extremely busy with school and work. I truly don't know how we would have managed to do it without her. On our wedding day, Casey and her team made sure our wedding went smoothly. If they encountered any minor hiccups, we literally didn't know about them until after the wedding was over, because she expertly handled it. She was calm, collected and brought an air of professionalism and confidence to all of our meetings as well as our wedding.
We had an absolutely amazing time at our wedding, and I would highly recommend hiring them for their full wedding planning package. -

In Kelsey We Trust!!
We absolutely loved being able to work with Kelsey from Pink Diamond Events for our wedding day on July 15, 2023. From day one she was very timely with her communication with us, so understanding and helpful in the stress of wedding planning and was always very professional while also feeling like a friend when we were working with her. She took so much work off of my mom's and my hands which we are so grateful for. The wedding day went over perfectly because of the organization and hard work ethic by Kelsey and her assistant, Mikayla. We somehow had lost a portion of our napkins for the table set up and they went out to buy similar new ones so that all the tables would be exactly how I imagined them to be. And that is just one of the many things she went above and beyond for that day! Kelsey was always so respectful while working with other vendors and guests and she sure knows how to get things done! I can say without a doubt we would not have had such a seamless and amazing wedding day without Kelsey's planning and help beforehand and on the day of. I would recommend her to anyone, she is SO SO worth it!-

Awesome job!!
We were able to work with Jen for our wedding in Estes Park in May of 2023 for day of coordinating. She and the rest of the Aspen & Ivy team were INCREDIBLE. She was always timely and very helpful in answering all of our questions leading up to the big day, and if anything did go wrong I wouldn't have even known (even with the pouring rain). Aspen & Ivy did an amazing job and we cannot recommend them enough! -

Life Saver
We changed to Pink Diamond only 2 months out from wedding date. Casey picked up all the pieces and took charge immediately. She took over all vendor contact on those we had and was able to source others with a very short turnaround time. She and her team are pros, including having a wedding client portal for keeping track of all contracts, to do items, calendars, detailed timeline.
This was my 3rd experience with wedding planners, and Casey is BY FAR the best of the 3. In 2020 for another daughter, we had an extremely well-connected pro, but she did not provide any cohesive overall sense of organization or timeline. Casey having a wedding portal for us to see "to dos" by person with reminders, and a calendar timeline was so helpful and reassuring (and stress reducing). Her turn around response time from vendors was amazing. We gave up on our first planner for this wedding as the excuses built up blaming the vendors (she recommended) on response time. Casey has such a good reputation with vendors (we got a high recommend from our florist), and other resources (such as a great party van which is required to move folks around Estes Park) were so responsive. We had a major glitch with the Salon in Estes Park being sold about 2 weeks before the wedding, and she found a solution. She even asked vendors to please not reach out directly first to the bride starting one month out, she was first point of contact, which worked out well.
Casey intentionally does not overbook herself or the other Pink Diamond planners. This was apparent in the always timely responses to our questions, and we also had a second planner who herself was a recent bride which made for some fun conversations.
About 10 days out, we found ourselves with a small amount of budget left over and reached out to Casey to see what we might be missing out on. The answer was a live artist, and she was not only a huge hit at the wedding but will provide one of the best memories forever of the wedding.

Pink Diamond is Phenomenal!
Casey was absolutely fantastic and my wife and I are so happy we hired her to help with our special day! We brought in Casey as a 60 day out and day of coordinator and she really helped reduce the stress and coordination of working with all of our vendors and provided a single point of contact for us. If there is anything you’re debating making an investment in for your wedding day, Casey’s services as a wedding coordinator are 100% worth it! We were so thankful to work with Casey and highly recommend her!-

Excellent choice!
When our daughter decided to have her wedding in Estes Park, we didn’t know where to begin. We were put in contact with Jen Koerlin from Pink Diamond Events and off we went. Most, if not all, of our family and friends traveled from all over the country, so we decided to take advantage of all that Estes Park had to offer. Jen helped us with absolutely every single detail, i.e., phone calls, emails, text messages, provided us with any and all information to different venues, transportation, contacts at each venue, read every contract, confirmed our obligations and expectations and was ready to proceed. If I had a question, Jen knew the answer. Jen was there every step of the rehearsal and wedding day with a well-oiled timeline that she had put together for the day to go perfect, and it did!! We were all able to fully enjoy every moment of our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. Jen was the consummate professional. We can’t thank her enough. -

Destination Wedding in Puerto Vallarta, MX!
My now husband and I had such a great experience having Casey from Pink Diamond Events as our travel agent for our destination wedding. We had reached out to a couple other travel agents that weren't quite the right fit, but after meeting with Casey we knew we were in good hands! So many other travel agents tried to steer us towards certain resort brands but Casey gave us all the pros & cons of each location and resort and really found our fit. Her experience with planning destination weddings was a great fit as our travel agent. She helped us find resorts/venues that fit what we were looking for and even toured numerous resorts herself, it was so helpful getting first hand input on all the locations. She coordinated all the RSVP's, helped with our website, and handled all the bookings and travel for 104 of us flying from the Midwest to Mexico. So many of our guests were not frequent travelers, and she made it easy for us AND for them. She even booked reservations at the resort restaurants before hand for my aunts and uncles since they were older and weren't quite sure how to do so on their own. Casey truly made my wedding everything I could've imagined, from the first meeting to even following up after the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. We (and all our guests) could not have gotten there without her. Would recommend her a million times over!-

A dream come true!
Hiring Casey with Pink Diamond Events was the very best thing we did throughout the whole wedding planning process. My now husband wanted a "cold" wedding. Living in Florida made that very difficult! We chose Colorado as our destination and found Casey next. She made a planning a wedding across the country a piece of cake. She was always one step ahead of us when it came to ideas. Her organization was to a T. She was always a phone call away or a quick text back. She allowed us to enjoy the process of planning our wedding instead of stressing. We didn't do one tasting or one walk through throughout our planning process. We let her fully take the reins of our vendors. She created a day that was personalized to us that we couldn't have ever done ourselves. Casey is so very talented in what she does. We will forever be so thankful to Casey and her team. The Best!!
We had Casey through Pink Diamond Events help plan our wedding in December 2022. We were living in Texas and planning a micro destination wedding in Colorado, and it was such a seamless process. She had each step planned out and a timeline to know what was coming up. She got a sense of what we liked and gave us a few vendors to choose from for each thing, which was helpful, so we weren't overwhelmed with choices. Throughout the entire process, we were never worried or stressed. We were able to enjoy the time planning our wedding, and we had the wedding of our dreams. She kept us updated, informed, and met with us frequently to make sure we understood what was going on, what was to come, and if we had any questions. On the wedding day, she made sure everything was going smoothly with vendors so that we could just enjoy getting ready and the day. Even though we were having a smaller wedding and had a smaller budget, she still made us feel just as special and important as any other wedding. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone big or small wedding! -

The Definition of a Professional Coordinator
Jen at Pick Diamond was an amazing coordinator to work with. Not only was she very professional, but we really felt she took the time to understand us as a couple before the big day and listened to all of our wants and needs. Most Incredible Planner & Team!
We worked with Casey and the Pink Diamond team for a year to plan our Steamboat wedding and can't put into words how absolutely AMAZING they and our wedding were. It really was exactly as we envisioned and they were available for calls, texts and our last minute ideas every step of the way. We really got so lucky with choosing them because we felt they really understood us, our vision and as a bonus, they were so fun to work with. Casey made countless trips to Steamboat to ensure everything was perfect and was always there to calm us down when we were feeling stressed. I truly don't even know where to begin. I got married on the 8th of October 2022 and had Jen Koerlin from Pink Diamond Events as my planner for both my wedding and rehearsal dinner. Let me say that there are not enough words in the English language to describe how good of a job she did.
I got married in Colorado at the Woodlands but live in Utah so it was super important to me that my planner communicated effectively with all my vendors. I am also in the military and have a crazy schedule so I needed someone who understood that and was willing to work with me nonetheless. Jen and Pink Diamond Events did both of these things seamlessly. I can count on one hand the number of times I was stressed about my wedding and that is all thanks to their help. Without Jen, I can confidently say that my wedding wouldn't have been nearly as amazing as it was. She brought amazing ideas to the table through every step of the planning process and is no stranger to getting things done. Her organization is impeccable and best of all she is an amazing person who would be welcome at my wedding even if she wasn't the one planning it!
Overall, I would recommend Jen and Pink Diamond Events to anyone and everyone for their wedding needs. Their work is unmatched! -

Pink Diamond Events Made my dream wedding a reality!
We worked with Casey at Pink Diamond Events, She was absolutely amazing!
We found her at a time where we were very stressed out our wedding was about a month away. She took on the rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception regardless of having only a month to work with.. during wedding season when all of the vendors I called were already taken.
Beyond that! She dealt with the unfortunate event of us having rain at an outside wedding as well. Regardless of these difficult situations our wedding worked seamlessly and was extraordinary & wonderful.
Our guests had a blast & have told me over and over how much fun they had at our wedding!
The planning process was made simple and streamlined by a nice app Casey used to assign us tasks we needed to complete so we knew exactly when and how everything needed to be accomplished.
She made sure the expenses were on par with what we were able to spend & gave us options in areas where we could save some money.
On the wedding day & the days leading up to the wedding I didn’t answer a single question and only worried about myself. Casey took care of everything so I could focus on myself.
The day of the wedding was managed very well! Everything was well directed and flowed very well. I even misplaced my phone and purse during the wedding & Casey and her team made sure they found them for me. I really felt like I could rely on her for anything.
To summarize this Casey made everything as stress free for me and my husband as possible. I would absolutely use Casey again! If you want a dream wedding and are looking for it to be as stress free as possible Pink Diamond Events is a wonderful planner to work with!

Don't even think about it - just hire them!
We worked with Jen for over a year on our wedding and we could not have been more impressed or happy with how our wedding went! Jen is an amazing wedding planner and if not for her, our wedding would not have been the dream it was! I am definitely not a planner and we were planning this from out of state while also working high stress jobs so wedding planning seemed daunting but Jen was so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process! She saved so many mistakes from happening, its impossible to count how many times she saved my skin! She provided amazing vendor recommendations, helped keep me on track with the to-do list, and gave us one of the most detailed day of timelines I've ever seen. She was immediately able to help me get my hair and makeup trial re-scheduled during an extremely short trip to Denver when a miscommunication occurred with my MUA - that's only one of so many examples of Jen's professionalism and work during this process. Not only was she amazing at her job though, she was so kind, fun to talk to, and so encouraging the entire year. It was like having a cheerleader and hype woman in my pocket at every step and turn! All of our guests commented how seamless and fun our wedding was and it was all due to Jen! While I'm only getting married once, if I could hire Jen for every wedding planning event, I would 1000 times over! If you're getting married in the area, don't hesitate at all to hire Jen and Pink Diamond! -

The Very Best Wedding Planner EVER
We worked with Casey for almost a whole year leading up to our wedding, and we could not have asked for a better wedding planner. She planned our entire destination wedding in Colorado, and she was seriously the best decision we made. Everything with Casey was so simple and easy, she had the best design options and was so organized and efficient contacting vendors, answering our questions and helping make our dream wedding come true. Casey thought of every single detail and created such an incredible, personalized wedding weekend for us. AMAZING Wedding Planner!
We were lucky enough to work with Casey, the owner of Pink Diamond Events, and to say it was absolutely incredible to work with her would be a gross understatement.
Casey was attentive, thoughtful, patient, caring, fun, and beyond organized. You can tell she (and her staff) are pure professionals in this business and that they are the best of the best.
Every meeting we would have where we were checking in on our timeline, talking about vendors, or making sure we were getting things off our to-do lists, we would leave feeling so much better about the stressful wedding planning process, as we could tell Casey was really putting a lot of time and effort into our day and making sure it was going to be perfect.
We challenged Casey right off the bat, during our very first meet, as being creative with our budget was extremely important to us. The level of understanding she immediately showed, and how she took that into consideration throughout our whole almost year-long relationship, was touching.
After already being so helpful during our venue walkthrough a few months before the wedding, Casey went above and beyond and visited a few vendors with us, AND EVEN helped us lock down our rehearsal dinner spot for the night before (and basically negotiated the whole thing for us), which totally was not a responsibility of hers!!
As for the wedding day, and the day before (rehearsal), I truly cannot express how much of an impact Casey had on us. The burden of all things behind the scenes fell on Casey, even moreso than I thought it would. The stress of everything you'd planned for months and months comes to a head and you feel the weight of making sure it's all in line and going to go as planned. That feeling was quite fleeting though, as Casey quickly nipped that in the bud, and I could tell she really had it.
The day was perfect. Beyond perfect. Everything was better than we even thought it could have been. The food Casey helped us select, the DJ she recommended (who my god we LOVED), the event rental company getting all decor just how we pictured it....everything.
Casey made our day of ideas come to reality. She made it fun, and special, and worry-free. She was a pro. She is someone I would recommend to every one of my friends and family. She is someone my wife and I will forever be grateful for.

We worked with Jen from Pink Diamond Events and could not recommend her/Pink Diamond Events more. Jen was the definition of professional-she set up meetings with our venue, coordinated with our vendors, relayed the appropriate amount of information to us, and communicated in a clear and timely manner. Jen made sure we felt confident with our planning in the weeks leading up to the wedding and made it so that day of we didn’t have to make a single decision or provide anyone with direction. Jen created an easy to follow day of timeline that was distributed to family and others involved in the ceremony. Jen even made sure that last minute/day of changes to the guest lists/table layouts were taken care of. We worked with Jen Koerlin and cannot say enough good things about her! Every step of the way Jen was on top of things and covering every singe little detail (many details that we would have never thought of if we didn’t have a wedding planner). The vendors that Jen found for us were top notch and we had a fabulous wedding day and were highly pleased with all our vendors. It was so easy having Jen handle the vendor emails/calls and only pulling us into the equation when our opinions on things were needed. Not only was Jen on top of emails, texts, phone calls, and aisle planner, but when we were talking with her or meeting in person with her she remembered little details of our preferences and things we had previously talked about without even referencing her notes. Jen kept the pre-wedding planning very smooth for my husband and I as well as my parents who were involved with the planning process. Perfect Wedding Planner for a Perfect Day!
I interviewed 7 wedding planners, which is a bit overkill, but Casey with Pink Diamond Events really stood out to me. And here is why:
1. Quick response time to all my e-mails and phone calls on her work days.
2. Super organized and on top of it.
3. She is a super calming presence. Which is very important, because weddings are high stress, and no matter what, it’s nice to know your wedding planner can handle all the things.
4. She cares about YOUR vision. Some of the wedding planners I interviewed, they have a curated Instagram look and I was worried that they would prioritize their curated style into my wedding. I think with Casey, she will give you what you want. Whether that is super trendy, super traditional or an out-there themed wedding, she will prioritize your vision above all else. And I felt this support for my vision the whole time I worked with her.
5. Her vendor reccomendations were top notch. I loved all our vendors and I would never have been able to find as good of vendors on my own.
6. I think she charges a fair price. Weddings are expensive and wedding planners have a wide range of costs, but I think Casey and Pink Diamond Events are very competitively priced for the qualtiy of service they provide and the accolades they have consistently received.-

Pink Diamond Day of Coordinator
We hired Pink Diamond Events for our wedding June 11, 2022 and we were lucky enough to get Kelsey as our day of coordinator. I was originally on the fence about hiring a coordinator but I am so happy that I did! Kelsey made our lives so easy and stress free the month leading up to our wedding as well as the day of our wedding. She made sure all the vendors were there when there were supposed to be, set up all the decor to perfection, and checked in on us frequently to make sure we were doing ok! Kelsey was absolutely amazing, I would want to get married again just so I could work with her again. The only thing I wish I would have done differently when hiring Pink Diamond is I wish I would have hired them for a longer period of time because they were that great to work with. I cannot recommend Pink Diamond and Kelsey enough! -

Casey was extremely attentive at every stage of wedding planning and she made what can seem like a stressful and daunting process an enjoyable and memorable time in our lives. When we told Casey that we were changing the location of our wedding to Santa Fe, NM (a place where she had not previously worked) she was immediately on board and put in the extra effort to make us feel like she had planned hundreds of weddings in New Mexico. She worked with us to find the perfect planning package that combined wedding design with month-of coordination. Casey not only helped to make my Pinterest board come to life, but she also helped me to find the perfect vendor team, kept our planning timeline on schedule, and executed the most perfect day. As a type-a bride, she was instrumental in keeping me stress-free during the planning process and especially on our wedding day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we owe that to Casey’s planning and coordination. Not only is Casey an amazing planner, but she became a friend over the last year and I already miss our monthly check-ins. Great Experience
Pink Diamond Events, and our coordinator Kelsey, were great to work with from start to finish. We opted for the day of/month of coordinator option and were extremely happy with our experience. The team made us feel very comfortable from the start of the process and even more supported as our wedding day drew closer. We booked Pink Diamond all the way back in 2019 because we wanted a backyard wedding and had no idea where to begin. Fast forward 2 years and a whole pandemic and we had the wedding of our dreams. You NEED a Wedding Planner!
Starting the planning process, I wasn't sure I needed a planner. A few weeks in, I decided to go for it. Looking back, I wish I did it at the very beginning. Jen at Pink Diamond Events, made my wedding planning experience a breeze. I got to be involved in all the fun parts of wedding planning, and she got to take care of all the not so fun parts. The experience Jen brought with her, took so much stress out of choosing vendors and getting quotes for each. She was easy to get in touch with and super helpful with just about everything. Jen was so helpful that I actually got stressed out about NOT being stressed the week before the wedding. I would recommend Jen to anyone getting married, even if you don't think you really need a planner. She's the best! -

Kelsey Hewell with Pink Diamond Events is amazing. She helped coordinate the wedding of my dreams and I couldn't have done it without her! Kelsey exceeded all expectations I had for a wedding coordinator. She listened to every thought or concern I had throughout planning and went above and beyond to make sure I was looped in on details that reassured me things were staying on track. She was always 2 steps ahead of me with plans, outlines, and organization with vendors! All my family lives out of state, and Kelsey made me feel like I wasn't alone throughout the entire planning process. Best thing we did for our wedding!
Hiring a wedding planner was always part of my plan to help plan our wedding. Hiring Pink Diamond Events, and specifically Jen Koerlin was the best thing we did! We started planning before the COVID-19 pandemic, and originally planned to marry in August of 2020. Of course like many other couples we ended up having to postpone. I am so grateful that we had Jen to help guide us through the uncharted waters of the pandemic, and I don't believe our wedding day would've been the same without all of Jen's help. We ended up changing venues a few months before the wedding, and Jen was there right a long with us making sure everything went smoothly with the change, and made sure all our vendors were on board. Our wedding day was absolutely wonderful ,and Jen helped our vision come true. Hands down I would hire Jen again no questions asked. Jen made every part of our 2 year planning process excellent
Jen Koerlin was fantastic. She worked with my family for two years since our wedding was delayed in 2020 due to covid. Jen helped us find a venue, and all of our vendors. She also figured out what the wedding vision was and then made recommendations based on that. She managed our rehearsal, wedding and the brunch the day after our wedding. She was extremely easy to work with and was confident and professional on the weekend of the wedding. When our photographers canceled, Jen found an even better replacement. When something went wrong with hair and makeup, Jen fixed it. Whenever there was an unexpected rough patch, Jen smoothed everything over.
Because I was in a very intense grad school program Jen basically made every decision for our wedding. She even hand stamped 140 food place cards and stuck them into succulents for our guests as gifts, which was everyone’s favorite part.
Even though my partner, my parents, and I all wanted something a little different for the wedding, Jen problem solved creative solutions to make everyone happy. I would highly highly recommend working with Jen and everyone else at Pink Diamond Events. They put on the most incredible weekend of our lives. And many guests came up after and said that our wedding was the best and most smoothly run event they had ever attended. All five stars go to Jen and her crew!!!-

Casey at Pink Diamond Events will make your wedding dream into a reality!
When my husband and I got engaged in late 2019, we were looking forward to getting married in 2020. The Covid-19 pandemic hit just as we was starting to plan our wedding. Having both been married before and both not having the wedding celebration we dreamed of, we wanted to make sure our wedding day was perfect. With unprecedented social instability and the pressure of creating a day we would always remember quickly led me to look for help!
I called a couple of wedding planners in the Fort Collins area and left messages with no response. I was impressed by Pink Diamond Events website and called Casey to learn more about her services. She filled me in on what she could provide for me and my fiancé as we prepared for our wedding. I’ll always remember that she asked me what kind of involvement I wanted. Did I want a hands on approach being involved with every detail? Or did I want to let her recommend top three vendors when selecting different ones and pick from there? Working full time and traveling, the ability to say, “Yes, I looked at the three different photographers and I liked this one the best” relieved so much stress and time than trying to research hundreds of photographers on my own on different wedding websites and agonizing on who would be the best.
Pink Diamond Events was one of our more pricey vendors, but I understood the care, attention to detail and professionalism that Casey would provide. And to not have to worry about planning our own wedding was priceless.
Casey met with both my husband and I multiple times, even coming to our home, to go over any questions we had. She tailored a check list specific to our wedding needs, adding details we didn’t even know we had to think of, but we were glad that she covered. I never felt overwhelmed making too many decisions at once as she spaced out “to-dos” over a prepared timeline leading up to our wedding date.
Due to the pandemic, we chose to switch our venue to a new state, which led to having to change our wedding date to 2021. Casey helped us navigate the process and made sure our original vendors would be able to switch to the new date. She even traveled to our wedding venue, over five hours away from Fort Collins. Her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond to take care of her clients left an impression not only on us, but our wedding guests as well.
We had over 150 people attend our wedding celebration and we heard from multiple family members on both sides and friends, that this was the best and most fun wedding they had ever attended. The credit belongs all to Casey and her team.
The vendors we chose from her list included the flowers, chairs, tables, linens, plates, chargers, DJ, wedding cake, photographer and more. And when we had an issue with the wedding venue, Casey advocated for us and made sure they honored our contract. The rehearsal dinner, rehearsal and wedding ceremony and reception ran smoothly and was 100% stress free. My husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding week and not have to interact with vendors or mom-zillas and take care of any issues that came up as Casey was the point of contact and cleared up anything before we even knew it was a problem. Incredible Day of Coordination
Casey and the Pink Diamond Events team did an incredible job on our day of coordination. She was available for questions at any point along the way while I was planning, then took over completely about a month prior to our wedding date. I didn't have to worry about a single thing, she did all of the vendor coordination and came to me for simple questions. The money spent on day of coordination was worth every penny! Every person in attendance got to relax and enjoy themselves while Casey and her team took care of all of the logistics. That is all we wanted, to not be stressed, enjoy our celebration and have all of the little details taken care of, and she did that and more! She was always checking in to make sure I was doing ok or see if I had any questions. On the day of my husband said "this is the least amount of stress I have seen in your eyes in a really long time." I was not worried about a single thing, I knew Casey had it all under control! -

Casey Muller was beyong amazing and made our special day perfect!
We hired Casey Muller as our wedding planner. I cannot describe how amazing she was. Her prices were beyond reasonable, especially for all the work she did. The money was beyond well worth it. Additionally, Casey handled literally everything for me because I warned her that planning was not my thing. She handled all the communiction and travel plans for everyong, including all our guests. She also made the planning process super easy by using a step-by-step checklist. I never felt too overwhelmed because Casey set everything up to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. Our wedding was beyond what we could have imagined because Casey had everything all together. I felt very little stress leading up to the weddng because she made everything easy and practicle. I did not run into any roadblocks because Casey had everythign sorted out prefectly. She is beyong organized and was so increadible throughout the whole experience. I could not recommend her more. The most amazing team!
Casey and the Pink Diamond crew were incredible! I was definitely a more laid back bride who didn't know what she wanted in a wedding and didn't know the first thing about planning one. Casey was directive and gave me so many suggestions but was not pushy at all. After I rambled on and on about random things I like and would want in the wedding, she made the most perfect design board that captured things I didn't even know I wanted. She kept me organized and made me aware of things I needed to get done, but never stressed me out. I would have been so lost without her on my wedding day. She ushered me along and told me where I needed to go, but again, she wasn't too pushy and didn't stress me out at all. At my rehearsal dinner (which she was not responsible for), there was an issue with the shuttles. I called her and she helped me work through the problem and even offered to come pick me up and take me home. After the wedding, she went above and beyond and drove my drunk uncle back to his hotel after he missed all the shuttles. I had the most perfect day and I couldn't have done it without Casey. She is the BEST!! -

Jen was amazing!
I debated whether to spend money on an event planner for a rehearsal dinner but gave in and boy am I so happy I did. We had 90 people at our rehearsal dinner and it was 2 hours away. I was working on a huge project at work and did not have time or energy to dedicate. Jen was kind, patient, creative and worked within my budget. Casey is the best!
My husband and I were planning a destination wedding in Vail, CO for aprx 150 people. We hired Casey as our wedding planner and are so grateful for her and all of her insights during the time leading up to the big day, as well as on our wedding day! She was so kind, understanding, prompt, and organized. She organized the entire outdoor ceremony, made the day of timeline, was our contact point for all of the vendors, but was mainly just a fantastic sounding board for all the little things. She always responded to my emails quickly and professionally. Casey was also able to provide vendor suggestions that I wouldn't have found on my own, and they were amazing! Having Casey and her team present on our wedding day made the entire day run smoothly and without incidents. Pink Diamond Events should be your planner for your big day, they are worth every dollar! Day-Of-Coordination so good, I should have picked full-planning
Start to finish I enthusiastically recommend Pink Diamond Events for your month-of coordination needs. I’m in my early 30’s and have therefore seen good and bad “coordinators” that did a slightly passable job keeping everyone organized. This is NOT Pink Diamond. Casey and her team did a fantastic job keeping me (the bride and primary planner) out of logistics the day-of and kept everyone on track, and on time leading up to and during the event.
Pros: She had worked with my vendors in the past and did a great job of coordination on the timeline and month-of logistics and minimally needing my involvement (a huge weight off my chest). Kept me on track with decision making and requests to keep everyone updated and the decisions communicated with all necessary parties.
Cons: I didn’t want to pay for full planning services from the get-go. If I would have known how well it worked to have Casey and her team do the day-of coordination, I would have booked her to plan my entire wedding (okay, so that's not really a con, I just couldn't think of any that would have made me not choose Pink Diamond).
We had ~80 guests including a lot of kids and were married at Skyview at Fall River Village in Estes Park, Colorado (a destination-style wedding for us and our families).

Jen and Casey Rock!
When my (now) husband and I got engaged, planning a wedding became almost too much for me to handle. We both have large families and the thought of organizing a wedding for 100+ people at 10,000 feet up in the mountains of Colorado where we live was extremely daunting, so we definitely considered eloping... until I had an a-ha moment while on vacation. When we realized how important it was to include our closest friends and family, we knew it was necessary to hire a wedding planner because of our busy, opposite schedules.
I did some research and came across Pink Diamond and reached out to Casey. Over the phone, she was so comforting and listened to all of our needs and proposed a few different options. I wanted to be involved with the planning, but needed a planner to help keep me on track for a tight 5-month planning schedule (yikes!) She linked us up with Jen and having her as the lead planner with the help of Casey was awesome. Jen's style was on point with my vision (boho) and carried it out flawlessly on the wedding day. Our florist, catering company, DJ and rentals per their recommendations were incredible as well. In the days leading up to the wedding, I definitely felt like there was a lot to oversee, but on the wedding day I was completely relaxed because I knew Jen was there to make sure everything ran smoothly - and it did! We would highly recommend Pink Diamond Events to anyone who is feeling stressed about planning their big day. Our wedding day was beautiful and the cost of hiring a planner was worth every penny. Caroline McBride - the Bride
Where do I even begin? From the very first time I spoke to Casey, she immediately calmed all of my wedding planning nerves and listened to every single one of my wedding dreams. I interviewed 4 other planners and immediately knew she was who I needed to hire. Over the past year of planning, Casey has truly become a friend. She took every single idea I threw at her, and got back to me with all the details about how we would make it happen by the next day. Even when our wedding guest list grew and grew to way larger than we anticipated, she handled it calmly and assured me everything would work out perfectly. Our wedding day was effortless. I can honestly say that from the minute I hired Casey and her team, I genuinely ENJOYED planning our wedding. Our wedding day was everything I've always dreamed of and so much more, and that is all thanks to Casey and her team. She is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY and so much more. Best decision we made!
HIRE CASEY!
Casey was the first and only wedding planner we spoke with. We knew immediately that she was the planner for us! Casey was there to answer the phone, reply to an email, and meet with us whenever we needed her.
I know that I was not the easiest bride to work with as I was very indecisive about several things. I would make a decision and a week later I would change my mind. I know this must have been frustrating, but Casey was always so accommodating to everything. There was never a question that went unanswered, and Casey was full of very knowledgable information.
The team of vendors on our wedding day worked together so well, they were all very professional. I attribute this to Casey giving us information on several vendors and helping us select the right ones for our wedding. I think this is validation of the great relationships Casey has not only with her clients, but with other vendors in the area as well.
Casey even went above and beyond the call of duty and spoke with my cousin in Japan to have a video from my family play at the wedding. I was unaware of this until the day of the wedding, and it makes it even more meaningful that she was willing to take on yet another task.
I would recommend Casey and her team one hundred times over to anybody and everybody planning not only a wedding but any event.
Sometimes I want to have another event to plan just to have Casey to help me! Ha ha, but honestly hiring Pink Diamond Events was definitely the BEST and most important decision we made throughout the wedding planning process.
There is nothing negative to say, and it is no wonder she has all 5 star reviews. Thank you Casey! -

Great Experience
We hesitated to hire a wedding planner for our wedding as the wedding was small and we were cautious about cost. Casey and her team were worth every cent. We are busy professionals and really needed the added value of having someone keep us organized and focused on details. Casey made recommendations for vendors that worked out so well i.e. music, flower, hair and make up. When a vendor did not provide service as expected Casey took the lead in problem solving and making things right again. she was invaluable in working with our venue that had little experience with weddings. she set up and took down our site. she coordinated all the deliveries. we just had to show up. the night of our wedding we could relax and enjoy our special day as Casey worked to make sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Casey and Pink Diamond Events. -

Hire Casey!
Casey is the best! My husband and I got married in Steamboat last month and we had an incredible event and experience thanks to all of Casey's help and services over the last year. I was a little hesitant to hire a planner going into the process given how fast wedding expenses add up. It is absolutely worth the investment. You can't put a price on the time and energy you will save with Casey by your side. We live in Salt Lake City so we had to lock down all of our vendors remotely, which is daunting. Casey used our feedback and ideas to help narrow down the field and land on the best vendors for us and our vision. She's incredibly responsive and we so appreciate her guidance throughout this entire process, as well as all of help keeping us on budget and on schedule! Thank you, Casey! -

We were planning a Denver wedding from NYC which was daunting, but Casey ensured that everything went seamlessly, suggested fabulous vendors, and helped ensure the overall design was cohesive. Well worth the investment to have her gentle reminders, guidance, advice and coordination throughout the process! Casey is responsive, friendly, and thoughtful in her recommendations. I relied on her advice from everything from floral arrangements to budgeting, and she was wonderfully supportive and engaged. The price seemed a bit high at first (we had already decided venue and band), but it is absolutely worth it given Casey's experience and abilities. THANK YOU CASEY!! -

My husband and I are both professionals and when we got engaged, we knew that we would need help in planning and executing the wedding of our dreams due to our busy schedules. We wanted our wedding to compliment our style and the beauty of Colorado and Casey put our vision into action. We worked with Casey closely for 2 years and she made the process easy. She kept us on track with all of the big picture details (the photographer, videographer, invitations, etc) and with all of the small details (pictures and décor the day of). We were married at Timber Ridge in Keystone and we are grateful for everything that Casey did to make our wedding day such a dream come true. She allowed us to be able to focus on enjoying our day and our guests and have fun! It is obvious how much she loves what she does and how much she cares about her clients. She is the absolute best at what she does and I can only highly recommend her.-

We found Pink Diamond Events through the Estes Park Wedding Association and are SO happy that we used them for day-of coordination at the YMCA of the Rockies. We had the pleasure of working with Jen, and she was definitely worth every penny and more! She was very detailed during our one month consultation and of course thought of things that hadn't even crossed our minds and never neglected to follow up on something when necessary. Our officiant, who has been performing wedding for 30 years, told us that Jen was the most organized planner she has ever worked with! To make a long story short, on the wedding day Jen managed to save one of the bridesmaids and her husband from disaster and never stressed my husband and I about it either. We can't recommend the team at Pink Diamond Events enough! -

If you're hosting a one-of-a-kind wedding event, then Casey is who you need to pull it off with ease. We had the vision to host our daughter's wedding in our backyard, on the lake with a band, utilizing only local vendors, with minimal waste and no plastic. Casey worked with us for nearly a year to make sure we had all of the elements necessary for a fabulous event. Guests came up to us multiple times and said it was the best wedding they had been too.
We selected Casey from a short list of wedding planners because she was willing to come to the house immediately to meet us and see the venue, she offered a planning package that allowed us to keep her in the loop for a year, so that she was well aware of our ideas and helped us finalize the decisions and navigate the unknowns.
I highly recommend Casey, especially if you're planning something unique. She will excel and your event will be amazing! -

We hosted 160 people crazy family and friends in my parents back yard for our solstice wedding! ! My mom is a perfectionist but said she didn't worry about anything and was dancing like no body was watching! This level of anti-stress for her and I were made possible because of Casey being a part of our special day!! She handled every tiny detail and was ready before we even knew we needed something! She is truly a joy to work with! -

Hire Casey. Seriously, just do it. Hiring her to be our day-of-wedding-coordinator was the BEST decision we made. She was SO incredibly helpful and during the last month she made things SO much easier for me. She coordinated with all of my other vendors and kept everything in-check and scheduled. She made up a timeline for EVERYTHING and included all of the important details. She also always responded to my 350293 emails with last minute questions and changes. She is so professional and knows what she is doing. It was also incredibly helpful to have someone else worry about the last minute details and handle any day-of issues. She orchestrated everything perfectly and allowed us to just enjoy our wedding day! If you are having ANY doubts, I promise she is worth it. Seriously, it was some of the best money we spent and I would hire Casey again in a heartbeat! -
