Amazing day of coordination
Samantha was incredible to work with as a day-of coordinator for our 35 person wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens. It was just enough support to make sure the day ran nicely, but not anything extra that I didn’t need (I’m a highly organized, type A person). Samantha did a great job working with all of our vendors to ensure the day went as smoothly as it could. It made it easy for my husband and I just to enjoy the day and not worry about any of the logistics. Worth every penny!!!!
I was one of those brides who "didn't need a wedding planner" because I wanted to be in control of everything from start to finish. I thought I could handle the work load in addition to my full time job. Three months before our big day, I broke down and panicked when I realized I had no clue how I was possibly going to manage this event while trying to actually enjoy it. My planning would be worth nothing if a vendor didn't show up, if the flowers weren't fresh, a bridesmaid backed out, the chairs weren't lined up properly, or guests didn't make the shuttle etc. So many logistics, I couldn't keep up. I had spent nearly my entire savings on this event and had no clue how to actually manage it to ensure everything went according to plan. It was at this point when I contacted Sami. Her immediate response, "send me your vendors and your time line". It was like music to my ears, I had no idea how badly I needed the help. She took so much of the pressure off our plate. We were actually able to enjoy ourselves without having to worry about logistics for the months leading up to our big day. She went above and beyond our expectations and without her I honestly don't know what would have happened. She stepped in when friends who were "supposed to get there early to help with set up" bailed. She set up our entire arbor without a trace of hesitation just hours before the wedding. She facilitated setting up all the vendors without me even knowing it on the day of.
