Day-of Coordinator and so much more....
We were lucky enough to meet Samantha through a mutual friend and hire her as a Day-of Coordinator. We are so happy with how everything turned out for our wedding day. Samantha was incredibly helpful for us with everything. She communicated and coordinated with all of our vendors and helped us with some decor and miscellaneous things that came up on our wedding day - she really made it so that we could enjoy our special day. She was also super helpful ahead of the wedding day with things like timeline creation, vendor coordination, rehearsal, etc. Samantha is very professional and responsive with all questions/emails and has so much good industry experience. She would, no doubt, provide you with great services for your wedding as well.

Samantha was our full wedding planner turned friend and we couldn't recommend her more. She has been with us since the very beginning right after we got engaged from finding a venue to the final small details leading up to the big day. She helped us find and book all our vendors and gave us recommendations and advice throughout the process. Besides the random October snowstorm, which Samantha helped us pivot plans and took care of everything, our wedding went off without a hitch! At least that I know about, which is exactly what you want on your big day :) My husband and I were able to enjoy every single moment and take everything in without being stressed about the day of timelines or logistics and we could focus on our guests and having fun. Love you Samantha!

You need a coordinator even if you don't think you do!
I didn't think we needed a wedding coordinator since I was super organized, but, Samantha at Perfect Moments was incredible. She ran a thorough rehearsal, picked up items from us that day to set out the next day at the wedding, brought her own ladder to attach and remove a silk flower huge archc piece we rented which saved us hudreds from wha the florist was charging, literally collected all the table decorations, anything left behind, the flowers, etc. and returned them to me at my house the next day!! She was super organized, professional, and amazingly/hugely helpful. Can't say enough about her or how much in hindsight we needed her services and her attention to detail! I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again or recommend her or Perfect Moment to anyone.

Incredible
Samantha is absolutely incredible she's a girl with a plan for sure. I asked for her help very last minute and shared minimal vision and she made something truly incredible come to life. She is so organized. I literally handed her two boxes of things that kind of went together and she created such a beautiful ceremony and reception. I do not know what we would've done without her. My family could not stop talking about how smooth everything went that day. She is also a great advocate. Something was off schedule at our ceremony for our welcome snacks. She knew about, and fixed it before it was even an issue. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Incredible Help for Out of State Wedding
The Perfect Moment was the best decision we made for our wedding. Planning our wedding from out of state, we didn't know much about local vendor options. Samantha listened to our budget and then sent us several options for each vendor that we were able to choose between. We absolutely loved our photographer, musicians, florist, and cake bakery that she identified for us. She was also so incredibly helpful at working directly with the venue and vendors to make everything perfect!
