Lata was the most amazing wedding planner we could have asked for. She has the ability to take any vision and make it into a reality. It felt like our own family member was planning our wedding- she is so good at connecting with people and making them feel warm, welcome, and at ease. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities. She is truly a creative genius when it comes to decor and special touches. All of the vendors that she recommended were also extremely pleasant and excellent to work with. On the day of, she handled everything under the sun. You can tell that she not only works hard, but is truly passionate about what she does.

Angie was absolutely amazing! She worked seamlessly with the venue staff to ensure my day ran smoothly. She also went above and beyond when I had issues with my dress. If anything went wrong on my wedding day, Angie took care of it before I ever even knew!

We had Paige and Rahea as our coordinators for our recent June 2025 wedding, and they were amazing! They are both very responsive, had great opinions on decor/design, and they helped both of us out so much when if came to the planning process. Paige actually took over all communication with our vendors in the six weeks leading up to our wedding, so we were not stressed or busy at all when it came down to it! She made sure all of our needs were met, and she also came over to help with some of the DIY decor we had! During our wedding day, they both were already at the venue when we got there, and they made sure it looked exactly as we envisioned it. I was stress-free the whole day, and they both made sure everything followed the schedule while making sure we got everything we needed. They were both so attentive the whole day, both very responsive people, and you get so much of their services when booking a full package with them. I’m so grateful we found them, and I would recommend velvet chaos to anyone who’s looking for wedding coordination services!

Quincy and her team did a great job capturing the vibe of our unique wedding. My husband and I met at a concert and bonded over music, so we wanted our wedding to reflect elements of a music festival. Quincy made sure each element of the wedding, from the signage to the vendors, brought that fun vibe while still remaining classy and respectful to the traditions of a wedding. Some notable elements are the fact Quincy went above and beyond to find the perfect vendors for us, going so far as to contact my favorite bar to hire one of their face painters. Another element that blew me away was the little details their graphic designer added to our signage, such as the table place cards looked like a concert ticket and the seating part matched our wedding date. March 20, 2026 was reflected as Seat 03, Row 20, Section 2026. The planning process went smoothly thanks to Quincy keeping us on track with the different tasks. She made the big endeavour feel less intimidating by breaking each task into a different due date. She checked in often and was always available for questions or last second meetings. I can not imagine doing the actual Wedding day without them onsite as well! I did not have to look at the clock the entire day and instead, could enjoy my time with my family and friends. Quincy had easy to read and share schedules for photos, the ceremony, the speeches, and more. She checked in with me and my husband often the entire day, without feeling intrusive. At the end of the night, she packed all of the gifts and our personal items in my parents car so we literally did not have to work the entire day! I would highly recommend hiring Right as Rayne for Wedding Planning support!!

We were lucky enough to meet Samantha through a mutual friend and hire her as a Day-of Coordinator. We are so happy with how everything turned out for our wedding day. Samantha was incredibly helpful for us with everything. She communicated and coordinated with all of our vendors and helped us with some decor and miscellaneous things that came up on our wedding day - she really made it so that we could enjoy our special day. She was also super helpful ahead of the wedding day with things like timeline creation, vendor coordination, rehearsal, etc. Samantha is very professional and responsive with all questions/emails and has so much good industry experience. She would, no doubt, provide you with great services for your wedding as well.

Emma has been planning my July wedding for the past year. She came up with a perfect and modern design that fit my vision. She has coordinated the venue, florals, catering, decor, photography, DJ, photo booth and all my rentals. I have the full package and thank goodness I do because about a month ago I came to the decision that this perfect wedding was going to have to be postponed due to Covid19. I was convinced I was going to lose so much money on deposits because there was no way we were going to be able to find a date that worked for the venue and all of my vendors. Emma immediately got to work re-organizing the entire event. It took her no less that 24 hours and she had all the vendors decided on a new date in 2021! I was so stressed but Emma saved my whole wedding. I have a whole other year to wait but if I was able to have my wedding this year, I would be writing a review that lets you know that Moss and Maeve was the BEST choice I made this whole wedding process. Emma has made it fun, magical and so so easy! Thank you so much!

A Touch of Bliss made our wedding day completely seamless. Alison was incredibly organized and kind, asking all the right questions to ensure no detail was missed. She stepped in to manage all vendor coordination three months out, and we truly could not have had such a relaxed day without her taking care of every behind-the-scenes detail. She and her assistant, Abigail, were absolute pros. They handled everything: transporting our decor to the venue, full setup, and total teardown. At the end of the night, they even packed everything into our car so we could head out worry-free. Hiring Brindle + Oak was the best decision we made to ensure that our daughter's wedding day was perfect. Stefany was absolutely incredible. In addition to being so adorable and sweet, she was meticulous with every detail and made sure that everything was literally perfect. We did all of our own contracts, but then she took over and made sure we had everything queued up perfectly. She took over all communication with our vendors and made it all happen exactly how we wanted. I actually don't know how people have a wedding without a day of planner. It was so amazing to just show up to all of our events and not have to run the show or worry about any detail. I will absolutely be hiring Brindle + Oak for all my daughters' weddings!

Stephanie was more than amazing when helping us plan and coordinate our wedding. I had no idea how many little things went into all of it and she made it such a smooth process! She allowed us to use a lot of her signage and decor which is HUGE when we weren’t wanting to purchase a bunch of items that we would only be using for one day.  She handled so much of the “behind the scenes” communication which took a lot of stress off my husband and I, and we were able to enjoy the entire day without feeling overwhelmed! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator. We were so lucky to have found her.
