Indoor Venues

The Estes Valley Community Center is a beautiful and affordable choice for your rehearsal dinner, wedding, or reception. Our modern reception hall accommodates up to 190 guests and features an integrated audio/visual system that makes slideshows, speeches, and streaming music simple. Options include a full commercial kitchen, grand piano, and large patio with a view of the mountains and Lake Estes. With plenty of parking, free setup/teardown of tables and chairs, and a spacious lobby with a gas fireplace, our reception hall can’t be beat!

Outdoor Venues

The Estes Valley Recreation and Park District offers small and large outdoor facilities for casual wedding events. The Lake Eses Marina Pavilion on the north shore of lovely Lake Estes accommodates up to 150 people. This is a pack-in, pack-out facitlity, with only trash cans and trash removal provided. Setup and use of tables and chairs must be obtained by a third party provier. Food trucks, catering, and alcohol are permitted. In addition to the large pavilion, there are two small picnic shelters at the Marina that can be reserved for small groups.The Lake Estes Marina offers fishing gear, pontoon boats, kayaks, standup paddleboards, and bikes for rent.

On the south side of the lake, Stanley Park is home to the Bluebird Shelter (capacity 40) and the Osprey Shelter (capacity 150). These picnic shelters include picnic tables and grills and are near a playground, ball fields, tennis/basketball/pickleball courts, mountain biking, skateboarding, and a dog park!

Services Offered

Indoor venues at the Estes Valley Community Center include setup/teardown of tables and chairs before/after the event. Tablecloths are available for an addiitonal fee. We do not provide meals, but there are local caterers and restaurants who provide full catering services or a buffet that you can setup yourself. There is always a staff person available during events to help address any needs that arise.
