Monarch’s staff was professional and the food delicious and well-presented.

My husband and I planned our wedding reception weekend here, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! We reserved about 10–12 rooms for our family and friends, and everyone in our party was extremely happy with the quality and accommodations.

We loved all of the restaurants, but especially the Monarch Chophouse! We were able to get about 30 of us booked at two tables in the Mariposa, and both the food and drinks were fantastic. The service was truly top-notch and made the evening even more special.

Almost all of my cousins and aunties also took advantage of the day spa and massages. The spa is incredibly relaxing—it was honestly hard to leave! I also loved the pool and outdoor hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing and spending time with family.

Thank you for helping make our wedding reception weekend so memorable. We had such a wonderful time and are already looking forward to coming back to celebrate our first anniversary!

My husband, our guests, and I couldn't recommend Monarch enough. We had a 60-room block and the entire weekend was smooth sailing. They even hand-delivered our welcome bags to each guest's room for a small fee! The bellhops were incredibly efficient, and housekeeping left our space spotless every time we returned to our rooms.

The day after the wedding, my husband and I got massages and spent four hours in the spa decompressing in the salt room, steam room, and pools. It was exactly what we needed after such a busy weekend! We also had so much fun spending time in the casinos, and all of the dealers we interacted with were professional, warm, and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Having our guests all under one roof with so many amenities, restaurants, entertainment, and places to gather made Monarch such a fun home base for our wedding weekend. Everything felt easy and well taken care of, which is exactly what you want when you're hosting that many people. We truly couldn't have picked a better place for our guests to stay and would recommend Monarch in a heartbeat to anyone planning a wedding or group weekend in the area!

We had our wedding block at Monarch and it was amazing! All of our guests enjoyed the hotel and it was wonderful to be at the same hotel as them all. Monarch coordinated with our shuttle service we hired and that gave us peace of mind and no guests had issues with finding where to meet for the shuttle. All the rooms were super nice and clean. Having our wedding block in a casino was great because the restaurants were open late. We really enjoyed getting to get a drink and some more food after the wedding. The Monarch team was also wonderful in communication and explaining how the wedding block worked. They also were super helpful and communicative when one of my bridesmaids had to book her room late and they made sure she still got the same rate. Overall 10/10 and we really enjoyed having our wedding block at Monarch.

We had our wedding hotel room block at the Monarch and treated ourselves and loved ones to a spa day. The resort is beautiful and the spa is the best we’ve ever been to! We loved everything about our stay. The food and service in all the restaurants were great. The rooms were awesome. Definitely recommend if getting married near by or hosting your whole wedding there. Booking was very easy and everyone was very helpful!

We had our guests stay here for our wedding in Idaho Springs and had our rehearsal dinner and welcome event at the hotel. All the staff was amazing and so helpful throughout the experience. We received so many compliments from our guests on how nice the rooms were and how good the food was at the various restaurants at the hotel and at the catered events we hosted. We wanted a fun place to host our guests that was open 24/7 and the Monarch did not disappoint

Their responsiveness was outstanding—they answered every email quickly and ensured every detail was handled flawlessly. I requested to have my mom’s and sister’s rooms next to mine, and they made it happen with no issues. They even helped store our wedding flowers in their refrigerator to keep them fresh and ensured they arrived on time, which was such a relief!

The hotel itself is stunning. My guests absolutely loved the rooftop pool and jacuzzi with breathtaking views of the mountains—it was such a relaxing experience for everyone. As the bride, I was spoiled with a full day spa experience the day before the wedding, and it was absolutely amazing! It included a six-hour treatment with a massage, jacuzzi, sauna, and more. I highly recommend this to any bride—it was the perfect way to unwind and recharge before the big day.

One of the many ways Monarch Hotel went above and beyond was by helping us coordinate with the big bus we hired for our guests. They ensured everything was organized smoothly, making transportation stress-free for everyone.

Additionally, I ordered rose petals to be arranged in our room for our wedding night, and the staff executed it beautifully. Walking into our room that night was so magical—it was the perfect romantic touch that made the day even more special.

We also had so much fun at the casino! My guests and I enjoyed gambling and making memories in such a lively and entertaining atmosphere.

From the beautiful rooms to the incredible amenities and outstanding service, Monarch Hotel truly exceeded all expectations. If you’re planning a wedding or special event, I highly recommend them—they made our big day unforgettable.

My husband and I had a small intimate wedding at the Monarch and couldn't have asked for a better evening! We got married around Christmas and the decor throughout the resort made our day even more magical! The staff was so communicative, and made sure everything went perfect on our special day! They helped get the room set up, had extra decor we were able to use, and they were so professional! I had a few last minute changes and they were so accommodating even with changes I needed the day of our wedding! We were incredibly happy with the space and the food/bar service! Highly recommend!

Our stay at this hotel was the best, we made our wedding block at this hotel for our guests. Our guests loved this hotel and were in love with the accommodation.

As a bride I made an appointment to have a full day at the SPA and believe me it was the best decision I made. I recommend the Spa 100%. If you are the bride and you read this message, please book a day at the SPA at Monarch, you will not regret it.

At our wedding we used Costo Flowers, the managers and front desk at Monarch helped us with the flowers by putting them in the refrigerator where they usually put their flowers. ALSO, my bouquet! They helped us at all times from the beginning to the end. They respond to emails very quickly and with 100% customer service. They really do what the client asks for. I asked the managers if they could put my mother and sisters' rooms close to mine and they did.

If you are getting married anywhere near this hotel, I think this should be your go-to hotel for your guests! Believe me, you will not disappoint them. My husband and I were so happy that at the end of the wedding we had an after party at the Monarch bar and saw that all of our guests were happy playing at the blackjack tables. Also make sure to book your room on the wedding night to have it decorated with rose petals!
