Flexible, couple-friendly room blocks We make blocking rooms easy and low-risk. Courtesy blocks start at just 10 rooms per night with a 60-day cutoff and zero financial obligation. Need more certainty? Upgrade to our guaranteed block still allowing you to release 20% of your room block without penalty and a 30-day cutoff date giiving your guests plenty of time to book. Group rates start at $129/night in the off-season (late October–May) and range to $450/night in peak season (June–September), with occasional higher rates on holiday and festival weekends.
