The Historic Stanley Hotel is situated in a stunning natural setting, offering breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. We have 3 different indoor venue options for your event: The Pavilion, The Lodge Library, and The Manor Hall. We also have two outdoor ceremony sites, Longs Peak Lawn with incredible views of 13 peaks over 11,000 feet, and the Rose Garden, nestled in between The Stanley Hotel & The Lodge.

The Stanley Hotel is a historic landmark with a rich history, and the Pavilion complements the hotel’s historic charm. The Stanley Hotel provides accommodations on-site, making it convenient for you and your guests. This can eliminate the need for transportation and allow everyone to stay together, creating a cohesive and stress-free wedding experience.

The Pavilion is a versatile event space that can accommodate a wide range of wedding styles and sizes (285 guests max). Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, the flexible layout and design options allow you to create the wedding of your dreams. For the Pavilion, The Stanley Hotel works with an exclusive list of caterers who can create customized menus to suit your preferences and dietary requirements. This ensures that the culinary aspect of your wedding is tailored to your taste. We provide all of the tables and chairs for your event. Our Pavilion rental also comes with a honeymoon suite for the night.

Our second space is The Lodge Library, which is a charming and elegant space that can be used for various events, including weddings, meetings, and special occasions. The Library is known for its cozy, old-world charm with wood paneling, a fireplace, and classic decor. The Lodge Library's capacity may vary (40 guests max) depending on the set-up and the type of event you're planning. The Library offers stunning views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide from all windows and the side patio. Our restaurant in the Lodge is the exclusive provider of food and beverages for events in the Lodge. Included with catering are tables, chairs, and tableware (including linen napkins, silverware, moonstone dishes, and water glasses).

Our third space is the Manor Hall in the Lodge, which is an elegant space that can be used for dinners or events (55 guests max) from 4:00 – 10:00 p.m. The Manor is surrounded by large windows that provide incredible views of the Rocky Mountains. With its bright white walls and cozy fireplace, the Manor is the perfect location for birthday parties, family reunions, rehearsal dinners, etc. Our restaurant in the Lodge is the exclusive provider of food and beverages for events in the Lodge.

The Stanley Hotel requires an accommodation block of rooms, allowing you to enjoy a seamless and convenient experience. Guests can stay in the Stanley Hotel, The Lodge, The Aspire Spa & Hotel, or The Residences.
