The historic Bristlecone is the perfect place to hold your small private event. With accommodations for up to 50 guests, it is the perfect venue for weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions and corporate gatherings. The Inn's charming atmosphere is sure to make your event a memorable one.
With panoramic vistas from Prospect Mountain to Longs Peak, your gathering will be long on views and short on hassles. We can assist in all your planning including menu selection, vendor referrals, room layout and event timelines. With over 20 years of event planning and catering experience we will insure every detail has been discussed and executed.
The inside of the inn features a beautiful room which seats 50 guests. The outside of the Bristlecone Inn features three beautifully landscaped areas including a large patio which can be used for ceremonies, cocktail hours, dancing and meals.
Catering for your event is provided by Jubilations Catering. Jubilations has been proudly serving Estes Park for over 20 years and is committed to fine cuisine, superb service and outstanding attention to detail. Menus can be tailored to suit almost any taste and budget.
You are welcome to bring in your own vendors for photography, desserts, music, floral and decor. Our list of professional preferred vendors can assist in your planning.

Wonderful venue for Intimate Weddings
I highly recommend the Bristlecone Inn for smaller weddings. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food options matched exactly what we wanted.

Bristlecone Inn Wedding
The Bristlecone Inn was the perfect venue to host our approximately 60-person wedding. From the very start, Kathy was incredibly warm, responsive, flexible, and thoughtful. She made the planning process so easy for us! All of the food, from the appetizers to dinner to desserts, were delicious. The in-house catering was great about dietary restrictions, going so far as to provide one garlic-intolerant guest with a personal basket of garlic-free bread! They even packed us leftovers at the end of the night, which was SO appreciated.
The location was super convenient, just off the main strip of downtown Estes Park, but away from the traffic. We wanted "big mountain" photos, so we took sunrise portraits in Rocky Mountain National Park, which was convenient to access (just be aware of the timed entry permits!) and the photos turned out beautifully.
The weather was perfect for us at the end of September, though in the event of colder weather the venue thoughtfully provides ample heating, with a fire pit and multiple plenty of heating lamps. A fun and unique addition to the night were dessert smores by the fire pit - a crowd pleaser!
We loved our experience at the Bristlecone Inn and would highly recommend it to other couples!

Pure Magic
I'm not sure there are the right words to describe how incredible our experience at the Bristlecone Inn was. It was the most magical, perfect day and in large part due to the thoughtfulness of these incredible people. This day was comfortable, cozy, relaxed and everything we could have wanted. It was seamless and I would book ANY type of event and trust it with Kathy and the team. They were kind, thoughtful, and couldn't have done any better. Wow, still reeling over it all.

Micro Wedding RMNP
We could not have imagined a better catering experience than what Jubilations provided for our micro-wedding. From the very beginning, their team displayed an extraordinary level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. Rehearsal Dinner
A giant thank you to “The Bristlecone Inn” and their cater “The Jubilations” for this quant private venue, delicious food, and professional service. It was a friendly atmosphere with the staff, who served us hors d’oeuvres on trays while everyone socialised during cocktail hour. The local bartender was able to help our out-of-state guest with their questions about Colorado and Estes Park. We had to plan our son’s rehearsal dinner from across the miles, sight unseen and unfamiliar just how to host our special event. Dawn Bodin made the planning easy every step of the way with great communication, pictures and great menu samples to choose from. What a special memory “The Bristlecone” was for all.

Great Intimate Space
We used Bristlecone Inn for our rehearsal dinner and it was just what we wanted! The space is nice and intimate, the food was delicious, and Izzie and team are incredibly attentive. We were also really happy that alcohol was byob, which helped save a lot on costs. There are also linens and a small amount of centerpieces to use for the tables that gave us one less thing to worry about. I would highly recommend the space for your own rehearsal dinner or for a smaller, intimate wedding.

Perfect venue!
We had our wedding reception at the Bristlecone Inn and could not have been more pleased. Izzie was a joy to work with as we planned our destination wedding and answered all of my questions. I especially appreciated that the venue, catering, lines, and tableware, were all under one roof! The only things I really needed to find for the meal were a cake and a bar service. The staff that were present during our reception were so helpful, kind, and all around wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for better. We received so many compliments on the food and on the venue, overall. We had about 43 guests total, including us as the bride and groom, and it was the perfect, intimate size. We are so happy with our decision to have our reception at the Bristlecone Inn!

A beautiful night
Everyone with Bristlecone was so wonderful during our event. Food was out on time and delicious. When we asked for the lights outside to be turned on, staff was prompt with doing it. We also had to go off our initial timeline a little, and staff was very accommodating
My husband and I are also from out of state and did all of the planning without looking at it in person. The pictures online were spot on. The staff was also very easy to work with via email and phone calls when I had questions.
Everyone at our event had an amazing time, and everyone made wonderful memories here. We would definitely recommend to others

Cozy, Intimate Mountain Venue - a true GEM
We had a micro wedding with 12 guests at RMNP, and hosted an intimate reception afterwards at Bristlecone Inn. I can't say enough good things about this venue, and in my opinion its an under rated gem. The space itself is PERFECT for smaller groups (I'd say 50 or less). The staff was so friendly and highly responsive to my every little request. Planning a destination event isn't easy, and they talked me through every detail and gave suggestions along the way. They have their own in-house catering, which was delicious! The event space itself is beautiful and has a wrap around balcony with mountain views. After dinner we sat outside around a fire next to a lighted tree drinking mulled hot apple cider. It was the quintessential cozy, mountain vibe we dreamed of having for our intimate wedding. Thank you to Izzy and the rest of the staff for being so wonderful every step of the way!

A+ From Start to Finish!
We used the Bristlecone for our son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal brunch. From the first phone call, they were helpful, flexible, responsive, and upbeat. No matter who we dealt with whether it was the owners or the catering manager, they provided helpful information and answers to our detailed questions. The menu selections were varied, and the food was delicious. The prices were reasonable; we were allowed to provide our own non-alcoholic beverages and table decorations. It's located centrally in Estes Park, so it was close to everything. It's an old restored home and it feels like home. The event room is so sunny and pretty, and people went out on the deck to talk and enjoy the views. The staff was attentive and took care of every detail. As the host, I was able to relax and enjoy the event, and the next day at the wedding reception, the wedding party members went out of their way to comment on how much they enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at the Bristlecone. I can't recommend a place more highly!
