The planning and execution were spot on and we would not have changed anything.

So accommodating and they basically said yes to anything we wanted. The options were vast and we were so happy with all the choices we made and were given.

I would highly recommend Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings. As a very young couple getting married, I didn't know the first thing about the process. The entire staff is so welcoming from the very first visit with them. When we toured the venue we instantly fell in love. The creek is so beautiful, along with the large trees all along the canyon. For us, the venue was the perfect size. We did not want something that would be too large where our guests were all separated. We had a moderately small wedding (90 people) and we were all together, yet not crammed in. Lyndsey was our day of coordinator. I can't write enough good things about her. She always greeted us with a smile, and walked us through the entire process. She never got frustrated, or failed to be understanding no matter how many dumb questions we asked. She was not only kind to us, but to our families as well. So many of my family members came up to tell me just how nice she was. Lyndsey made the entire wedding run so smoothly and I could not be more grateful. Amber took over after we left and she was nothing but kind! She made the remainder of the night stress free. Lyndsey and I had spoken about doing dirty sodas for drinks in the bridal and grooms suites since my husband and I are not big drinkers. Ultimatley, we decided just to stick with mimosas as we would've had to bring in the soda and I didn't want that extra stress. When we arrived, Lyndsey had set up a dirty soda station with Dr. Pepper (which we knew was our favorite.) This was such a small thing, but it meant the world. Lyndsey went out of her way to do something for us, although she had absolutely no obligaiton to do so. The food at the venue was delicious, I did not dislike anything that I tried! DJ Will was amazing and kept the party going all night! He timed the music perfectly as we were walking out. The venue staff came together and packed up all of our decorations so it was easy to load into cars and leave. Overall, starting out this process I was insanely stressed. I had no clue what I was doing, where to start or what to do next. Boulder Creek completely relieved all stress I had. Besides being anxious to walk down the aisle, there was not a single time I was stressed out during my day. To anyone debating booking this venue, for the price and staff you could not do better. I would highly highly highly recommend!!

Our wedding at Boulder Creek was everything we could've imagined and more! It was an absolutely perfect and insanely beautiful venue. We had a fall wedding and the fall outdoor colors were absolutely perfect! The process from start to finish with Boulder Creek was fantastic, and they are so buttoned up, which was huge for an extremely Type A person like myself. And the venue even comes with a day-of coordinator, and their coordinators only coordinate this venue, so they know everything like the back of their hand! We had Katie R as our coordinator and she was beyond fantastic! She worked with us on everything, especially our custom requests, was super quick to respond, and was super knowledgable on everything! I'd recommend Katie to coordinate anyone's wedding!!

10/10 would recommend Boulder creek by wedgewood weddings! The entire planning process, wedding week and day of was seamless! They work so well as a group and made my wedding planning anxieties seriously go away. My wife and I actually got to enjoy the process vs stress through the process! Emma was our coordinator and we cannot sing her praises enough. She was so on top of everything the entire process and made us feel comfortable and stress free every time we met. I would relive this past several months of planning/wedding week over and over again! THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF!

I can not say enough good things about Wedgewood Boulder, both the venue and the team. Everyone was so kind, they walk you through everything you need. Any changes I wanted made, they made it easy to talk to and execute! My planner, Emma; is so great at what she does and I was overall impressed with the whole process. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding!!

Wedgewood is a well oiled machine. With a million moving parts, they make what is typically a very stressful process so much more enjoyable. They are quick to respond to every little question and help you stay on top of all your deadlines so there is less for you to worry about. They are well organized and provide you with so many resources. Even having numerous meetings with different planners, each planner was well versed in us as a couple and our wedding vision making every conversation a seamless transition from the previous. A special shout out to Katie Rivas who we worked with most often and was our day of coordinator. When our timeline got a little thrown off she was excellent in getting us back on schedule and provided such a calm and collected energy. Katie Schultz did a phenomenal job as our banquet captain, and Jonah Chapel and Dalton Deter killed it as bar tenders! An amazing venue and team.

Boulder Creek by Wedgewood was amazing and genuinely surpassed all our expectations. They have wedding planning down to a science, and just made the whole experience so smooth and easy. They were extremely responsive, always available for questions or to offer advice, and we really felt listened to. They thought of so many little details that wouldn't have occurred to me (bringing us appetizers so we could snack quick after the ceremony and before photos, setting us up with champagne to sign our wedding license, helping us pick out special decorations for cocktail hour). The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are all kind and knowledgeable (shoutout to our coordinator, Katie, who was fantastic!), and the food is great. We heard repeatedly from our guests that it was the prettiest venue they'd ever been to. I am so glad we had our wedding here - it was exactly what we wanted, and a fantastic experience.

We just had a July wedding with 50 people at Wedgewood Boulder Creek. To say our wedding was literally perfect would be an understatement. The team (especially Carly, Beckett, and Jonah) went above and beyond on our wedding day and attended to details I didn't even think of. It rained a bit and they were even ready with adorable clear umbrellas for all of our guests. The drinks and food were wonderful too, and the venue is incredibly beautiful, but the service was the real standout. We were a little concerned about it having a "just another wedding" feel, but Carly and the team made sure our personal touches were throughout, and it felt personal and intimate. We planned everything from out of town via Zoom, only visiting the venue once after we booked it, and Carly made it so easy. We are a queer couple and were very pleased at how welcoming and affirming the staff was - something we were looking for when booking a venue and vendors. I highly recommend Wedgewood Boulder Creek for any couple looking for a breathtaking venue with superior staff.

We had our wedding here in late May, and it was wonderful and easy. It is the opposite of DIY- they do everything for you and it was worth the money. We felt supported 100% of the way. Our wedding coordinator was Ali and she was FABULOUS every step of the way- detail oriented, thorough, kind, accommodating, and striving for excellence. The venue is beautiful & so much fun!!!

The coordination of the entire team, and the support we had to fully immerse ourselves in the experience of being with loved ones was unparalleled.
Ali went above and beyond in making the wedding unique, with helping coordinate wildflowers throughout the tables, making sure we were fed, even to collecting rainwater from our ceremony for us to keep as a memento.
There are few more beautiful places in the world to be able to start your life together.
