We were not sold on any wedding venues until we visited Boulder Creek by Wedgewood. The venue had character, was charming and cozy and we immediately fell in love. In addition, we recognized the staff was well organized, detail orientated and provided all the vendors we needed to work with which made the process so smooth and stress free. Our coordinator Katie Rivas was the best person to work with, she's very personable and kept us well informed about every step in the planning process. The florist (sarah at belle terre), bakery (cami at bake my day), DJ (River) and photographer (Matt at Love &Lens) were all so wonderful to work, we were absolutely happy with how everything worked out on the day of. We had a banquet captain Katie and co-captain Conner to look after us on the day of the wedding, it was better service than I ever expected. We have so many great things to about this venue and the team but its a gorgeous venue, we were not stressed out at all throughout the whole process and the service was exceptional. You should absolutely get married at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood. The team of coordinators is absolutely incredible at what they do, and they truly work as a seamless team, making it so easy to get questions answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. Our day of coordinator, Shelby, and our Banquet Captain, Cameron, made our actual wedding day so smooth, beautiful and fun! The entire staff were so friendly and helpful and everyone who set up the decor made the venue look beautiful beyond our expectations!! Speaking of the venue- it is absolutely gorgeous!! We got married June 22nd, and it was so green and lush and our guests still cannot stop talking about what a beautiful spot it is. The food was beyond our wildest expectations. Venue food can sometimes be a little lack luster, but holy moley, they knock it out of the park here! We did buffet style, which had eight assorted salads- they were ALL great. For our entrees we had the rosemary garlic herb chicken, oven-roasted salmon and roast beef au jus carving station. All of it was cooked perfectly, and we couldn't have been happier. They paired us with our DJ, Ava, who had our guests dancing until the last possible moment. It was a perfect day. While we both hope to never get married again (haha) if we have to, we won't bat an eye at going through Wedgewood again!!Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings's reply:

My experience with the team at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings was quite literally a dream. From the moment we toured the venue to the last song at our reception, everything came together beautifully because of the care, dedication, and support from my team. I get emotional just thinking about them all!
We toured A LOT of Wedgewood venues. They were all lovely, but each one had something missing, or just didn’t feel right. We didn’t think we could afford Boulder Creek with our budget, but decided to just “take a look” (famous last words). Fast forward exactly one virtual meeting and one in-person tour later, and we locked in a February date in order to make our budget work - that’s just how much we loved the atmosphere at Boulder Creek.
Emma and Scout immediately became not only my planners, but my supporters, therapists???, and confidants. They, along with the rest of the team, always made me feel comfortable asking questions, spitballing ideas, adjusting or completely changing the plan all together, and working through any stress or anxiety I experienced - including maneuvering a slight surprise of finding out I was pregnant two weeks before the wedding! They felt like more than my coordinators - they had become dear friends. Also, coordinators who 5k with you the morning of your wedding are truly a special kind. JUST SAYING. I could go on and on about Emma and Scout, but I’ll cut myself off there.
The other members of the wedding day team were also AMAZING. Michael, the chef, cooked a fabulous buffet that literally all of our guests raved about. Logan, Emily, and Gigi were attentive servers that went above and beyond to make sure everyone got what they needed throughout the night. Jonah, our bartender, put up with the rowdy crowd with grace and enthusiasm. He even brought me a “top shelf” water shot when I was being pressured to take a vodka shot by some friends. Katie, our banquet captain, made sure the party kept going safely for the rest of the night (and even let us have an extra last song, which was met with great enthusiasm by the dance floor crowd). Finally, our DJ Brandon was FANTASTIC and everything I could have hoped for and dreamed of as a true millennial bride trying to relive the glory days while also balancing current music for the younger crew of guests, and some hits for the older folks.
If you’re considering Boulder Creek as your wedding venue, this is your sign. Book it and get this crew. Book your wedding here!! It was 100% the best experience we could have asked for. It was so easy and the whole team is so good at what they do. Our coordinators Katie and Scout were thoughtful, flawless, and prompt. Our DJ Nate played the best tunes and brought the energy. Our banquet captain Saoirse kept the night moving smoothly, our chef Michael made THE BEST food, and our bartender Sandy was so polite and skilled. It truly takes a village to put on a wedding, even with a small wedding like ours, and they made us feel so relaxed and special. They never missed a detail! This was by far the best experience we could have imagined!
The planning and execution were spot on and we would not have changed anything.
So accommodating and they basically said yes to anything we wanted. The options were vast and we were so happy with all the choices we made and were given.

I would highly recommend Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings. As a very young couple getting married, I didn't know the first thing about the process. The entire staff is so welcoming from the very first visit with them. When we toured the venue we instantly fell in love. The creek is so beautiful, along with the large trees all along the canyon. For us, the venue was the perfect size. We did not want something that would be too large where our guests were all separated. We had a moderately small wedding (90 people) and we were all together, yet not crammed in. Lyndsey was our day of coordinator. I can't write enough good things about her. She always greeted us with a smile, and walked us through the entire process. She never got frustrated, or failed to be understanding no matter how many dumb questions we asked. She was not only kind to us, but to our families as well. So many of my family members came up to tell me just how nice she was. Lyndsey made the entire wedding run so smoothly and I could not be more grateful. Amber took over after we left and she was nothing but kind! She made the remainder of the night stress free. Lyndsey and I had spoken about doing dirty sodas for drinks in the bridal and grooms suites since my husband and I are not big drinkers. Ultimatley, we decided just to stick with mimosas as we would've had to bring in the soda and I didn't want that extra stress. When we arrived, Lyndsey had set up a dirty soda station with Dr. Pepper (which we knew was our favorite.) This was such a small thing, but it meant the world. Lyndsey went out of her way to do something for us, although she had absolutely no obligaiton to do so. The food at the venue was delicious, I did not dislike anything that I tried! DJ Will was amazing and kept the party going all night! He timed the music perfectly as we were walking out. The venue staff came together and packed up all of our decorations so it was easy to load into cars and leave. Overall, starting out this process I was insanely stressed. I had no clue what I was doing, where to start or what to do next. Boulder Creek completely relieved all stress I had. Besides being anxious to walk down the aisle, there was not a single time I was stressed out during my day. To anyone debating booking this venue, for the price and staff you could not do better. Our wedding at Boulder Creek was everything we could've imagined and more! It was an absolutely perfect and insanely beautiful venue. We had a fall wedding and the fall outdoor colors were absolutely perfect! The process from start to finish with Boulder Creek was fantastic, and they are so buttoned up, which was huge for an extremely Type A person like myself. And the venue even comes with a day-of coordinator, and their coordinators only coordinate this venue, so they know everything like the back of their hand! We had Katie R as our coordinator and she was beyond fantastic! She worked with us on everything, especially our custom requests, was super quick to respond, and was super knowledgable on everything! Highly recommend
10/10 would recommend Boulder creek by wedgewood weddings! The entire planning process, wedding week and day of was seamless! They work so well as a group and made my wedding planning anxieties seriously go away. My wife and I actually got to enjoy the process vs stress through the process! Emma was our coordinator and we cannot sing her praises enough. She was so on top of everything the entire process and made us feel comfortable and stress free every time we met. Boulder Creek by Wedgewood was amazing and genuinely surpassed all our expectations. They have wedding planning down to a science, and just made the whole experience so smooth and easy. They were extremely responsive, always available for questions or to offer advice, and we really felt listened to. They thought of so many little details that wouldn't have occurred to me (bringing us appetizers so we could snack quick after the ceremony and before photos, setting us up with champagne to sign our wedding license, helping us pick out special decorations for cocktail hour). The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are all kind and knowledgeable (shoutout to our coordinator, Katie, who was fantastic!), and the food is great. We heard repeatedly from our guests that it was the prettiest venue they'd ever been to. We just had a July wedding with 50 people at Wedgewood Boulder Creek. To say our wedding was literally perfect would be an understatement. The team (especially Carly, Beckett, and Jonah) went above and beyond on our wedding day and attended to details I didn't even think of. It rained a bit and they were even ready with adorable clear umbrellas for all of our guests. The drinks and food were wonderful too, and the venue is incredibly beautiful, but the service was the real standout. We were a little concerned about it having a "just another wedding" feel, but Carly and the team made sure our personal touches were throughout, and it felt personal and intimate. We planned everything from out of town via Zoom, only visiting the venue once after we booked it, and Carly made it so easy. We are a queer couple and were very pleased at how welcoming and affirming the staff was - something we were looking for when booking a venue and vendors. We hosted our wedding for 100 guests at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings and had the best experience! As an out-of-state bride, I was nervous about planning from afar, but the incredible staff alleviated those worries. They hosted all our pre-wedding meetings via Zoom, responded quickly to emails, and kept us in the loop at every step.
One of the highlights was the Extravaganza, where we tasted the menu, met vendors, and connected with other couples. It was such a relief that we only had to travel to Boulder once before the wedding and could still check everything off our list. Though Boulder Creek hosts hundreds of weddings, I never felt like just a number. I love scrolling through their Instagram—no two weddings look the same! Customizing our day to fit our vision was effortless.
The staff’s professionalism and calm demeanor made all the difference. Our day-of coordinator, Ali, truly got to know us, ensuring the day reflected what mattered most. When a pop-up storm threatened our ceremony, she stayed cool and presented multiple backup plans, reassuring us that no matter what, the day would be beautiful—and it was!
Since the wedding, guests have raved about the amazing food (especially the late-night mac & cheese bar!) and the fantastic DJ, part of Boulder Creek’s package. I can't imagine getting married anywhere else. Wedgewood knows weddings, and I highly recommend them to any bride—whether planning from afar or locally—who wants a seamless, stress-free experience. -

We were blown away by how awesome everything about working with Wedgewood was and would 110% recommend them!! Every person we interacted with was amazing - they were all so organized, so on top of things, excellent and speedy communicators, and also very personable. Particular shout-outs to Ali Lincoln, our coordinator, and Carly Bond, our banquet captain. They made us so stoked to be working with them, and went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us!! Having just about everything taken care of all in one place was so wonderful and made the experience of planning a wedding pretty much stress free! After signing up, we got a binder of all the different things to think about with options to consider, from vendors, to day-of timeline, to how to fold the napkins, and all the little detailed things that we probably would have forgotten until the last minute without them. There are so many components in planning a wedding that we didn't even realize when we started, but they made it easy! And we only had 4 months between getting engaged and then married, but that was no problem. And really honestly was super low stress because of the Wedgewood team. All components/vendors that they work with were also excellent and exceeded expectations, including the food & drink, flowers, DJ service, and bakery. -

They gave us the perfect wedding.
This vendor and all the people are truly amazing. They bend over backwards to make sure your day is perfect and stress free. We live 6 hrs away so everything was email, text and video calls, but it worked out well. There was some miscommunication a couple times but nothing detrimental. I would recommend them 100000% . The area is stunning and all the people are wonderful! They hooked us up with Marco (Dj Maestro) and he was more than fantastic! We sent him our playlists and he played everything we wanted!! He was personable and just over all a wonderful person. Our coordinators, Bree and Breckett added to the pleasure of our evening by checking on us often to make sure it was going ok. I am just blown away by all the service. A big THANK YOU to you all!!!!! Our florist was PERFECT! the cake was beautiful and mad props to Nick Sparks photography who capture the day better than I could have imagined . -

We truly had the most magical day and the staff was exceptional. The first two meetings with Hailey and Jenson really set the tone. They went out of their way to make us feel special and even put in special requests for us that the venue did not offer. Flash forward to the day of with Katie and Carly it was absolutely magical. They made us feel so at ease and taken care of. This day was genuinely perfect and it wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing team. I also want to give a huge shout out to our DJ, Tim. His energy was amazing and every picture we have he has the biggest smile in the back. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married who is anxious about finding the right team! -

We were so happy to have found this AMAZING venue!!! The whole staff made the whole planning process so easy. They were all so communicative and prompt with a response with all of my silly questions! They really did go above and beyond to make our wedding amazing. Our guests had the best experience. The outdoor ceremony and tent reception were stunning! Food, drinks, music.... everything was great! We opted for a brunch wedding. We had never thought about that before, but they made it so wonderful, and wouldn't have wanted it any other way! LOVED all of the options we had for everything! If we could have our wedding every weekend we would do it at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood!! -

Amazing venue, staff, food and service!
My wife and I were married on September 26th at the creekside ceremony site. Working with Wedgewood and their dedicated staff was a breeze. They walked us through every part of the planning process, kept us on track and informed throughout, and made sure everything went smoothly on the actual day!
Absolutely stunning ceremony site, literally right next to Boulder Creek, nicely shaded for hot days, and with lovely touches like a gentle waterfall.
We had several guests coming up to us and raving about the venue, but in particular the food. Several said that it was the best food they've had at a wedding in quite some time, and I would agree. We did a buffet-style service, and there was never any wait for food, anything that was low was quickly replaced with more.
Bartending staff was excellent as well, pouring strong drinks and accommodating special requests like our shotski.
The coordinators were excellent throughout the whole process, but special shout out to our day-of coordinators Jensen and Ali. They helped us remain calm and collected the day before the wedding and quickly addressed any concerns we had on the day.
Can't recommend enough! -

Our wedding day at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings was truly beautiful and perfect. From start to finish, everything was simple to plan and easy to follow. The venue provided a close to the city, yet mountain looking backdrop for our special day (just what we wanted) and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of seamlessly. The wedding coordinator and banquet captain, Haley and Carly, were both gems to work with, always patient and accommodating with our chaos!
One of the aspects we appreciated was how responsive the team was to our questions and concerns. They were quick to address any issues that arose and made sure we felt supported throughout the entire planning process. Additionally, the food provided by the venue was absolutely delicious, exceeding our expectations and loved by our guests.

Wedgewood- Boulder Creek was absolutely amazing for our wedding! Jensen and Frankie were rock stars all night (and leading up to the wedding) with answering my 1000 questions, helping put our decorations together in the way we envisioned it, getting our meals for us and putting us into the Groom suite so we could eat and relax for a few minutes in private to take it all in, everything! There are SO many things that come up before or during weddings, so to have a team like this to be on top of everything was truly amazing. We were overwhelmed with where to even start when it came to finding a venue and everything that goes along with it, and it put our mind at so much ease to have basically a 1 stop shop to help assist with everything! I couldn't recommend them enough! -

The Perfect Day
Our wedding was flawless. We had the pleasure of working with Haley from start to finish which I know not all couples get and it was so nice. Wedgewood contracts with DJ Maestro and our MC Precious did a great job of understanding our needs which were not easy!! We were married May 15th and our guests are still raving about our wedding talking about how perfect everything was. One of our big values was food and this place did not disappoint! Haley was on point with all of her suggestions throughout the entire process start to finish. The day of I felt extremely relaxed knowing Haley would be there to keep everyone on track, and our banquet captain (I feel like her name was Bree? sorry!!) kept things going after Haley left for the evening. Everyone's attention to detail was fabulous and I didn't have to worry about anything the day of my wedding. Our flowers through bitterroot were unbelievable and smelled amazing!! There's practically nothing we would change and Wedgewood helped ensure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. -

We got to truly enjoy every minute of being engaged due to choosing an all inclusive wedding package at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood. Katie Rivas on the planning team worked with us every step of the way. I was a little nervous that the planning really got underway only 4 months out, but that’s because they have their services so dialed in that’s all you need! Our planning experience was so EASY. They provide a planning binder to fill out so not a single detail can fall to the wayside. The day itself was executed so smoothly. We got to focus 100% on each other and our families. Would do it all again if I could! -

Could not have been a more perfect day thanks to Megan, Emma and their team at Wedgewood! They made our wedding seamless and so much fun! The entire staff was so awesome, helpful and on point. Working with Wedgewood for our wedding was the best decision! Having so much included in our package made planning so simple, and the venue is gorgeous. Our guests felt like they were in the mountains, without actually having to travel outside of Boulder. We worked with Megan G, and she is INCREDIBLE! She took care of every little detail, and she's so friendly and fun. Overall, we'd highly recommend booking at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood! -

All of our dreams came true!
I am so happy that we chose Boulder Creek as our wedding venue. If I had to do it again, I would 1000 more times! The entire staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They know what they’re doing!!! A huge shoutout to Katie and Beckett who made our day seamless and exactly what we imagined. The venue was beautiful and snowy and the food was so amazing, it exceeded our expectations. Wedgewood gave us a night we will remember for the rest of our lives for all the right reasons. -

To say I was happy with this venue does not even come close to how great of a job they did! This venue is amazing and everything about it was perfect! We got married on 4/23/23 here and loved it! We just wished it hadn't gone by so fast! From the staff to the location everything was phenomenal and wish I could give them a higher rating because this was THE BEST place to get married! We had an encounter with everyone in the office from the start and they are all amazing and are so kind and helpful! I would 110% get married here again because it is such a beautiful location. The Creekside ceremony space where we had our ceremony is what sold me on this venue! They provide a binder for planning with the meeting dates as well and help you all along the way with the planning process. They offer several different packages depending on what you're looking for and each one is customizable too which makes life so easy!
They offer three different options for the ceremony space and they are all beautiful. They have the indoor spot in the rotunda, the lawn space, and the creekside. The creekside spot was an immediate yes and again is what sold me on having this as our venue. The sounds of the creek and the beautiful trees just make this place stunning to say the least. The photos turn out amazing as well with the beautiful location and foliage!
This venue is great as well because they include everything except the clothing and decor. They have options for the food, flowers, cake, place settings, ceremony and reception space, officiant, wedding planner (sort of), DJ, and pretty much anything else you need for the wedding. Every single person that works here is so nice and helpful. We worked with pretty much everyone throughout the planning all the way up to the wedding day.
They offer a planning binder that walks you through the beginning all the way until the end and that binder was a saving grace and made the planning process so much easier and smoother. They do several planning meetings to make sure your day goes perfectly and make any changes you may have along the way. Just a great process all along the way!
The food they offer is phenomenal as well and the company that they cater through did a phenomenal job and I wish I had access to it outside of the wedding. They offer a separate tasting for the couple as well so you don't miss out on the cocktail hour foods too which was great!
If I had to redo everything I would not change a single thing and I have referred several people to this exact venue as well as the company because of how great of an experience we had. Have your wedding here and you will not regret it. -

From beginning to end, the team at Wedgewood made sure that we were very well taken care of. We knew that our day would be well thought-out and planned meticulously, and the team definitely made it all happen. From Shelby to Megan to Emma, and all the rest of the support team, we and our guests cannot stop talking about how amazing and flawless and helpful everyone was. Our wedding was about 150 guests, and everyone had space in the tent. The food was SO good, and we are still getting compliments a week later on how tasty everything was, as well as all of the options! We did the buffet and would absolutely do it again as such. The DJ - Precious - was a stand-out. Again, we are still getting feedback that Precious was their favorite DJ at any wedding - ever! If you and yours are planning a wedding, make sure you give WW Boulder Creek a visit - my new husband and I sure are blessed that we did!

Honestly, everything about the wedding was absolutely perfect. I'd give a 6/5 star review if I could. Wedgewood Weddings at Boulder Creek surpassed all our expectations, creating a truly unforgettable wedding experience. The natural setting surrounding the venue provided a picturesque and serene backdrop that added the perfect touch of beauty to our special day. The event spaces were impeccably designed and adorned, exuding elegance and charm.
The exceptional staff and vendors truly made a difference to ensure our celebration ran as smooth as possible. Both of you were incredibly accommodating, ensuring every detail was taken care of, while also flawlessly managing the timeline. This allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the day limiting our distractions. DJ Andrew Spangler is an exceptional entertainer and created an energetic atmosphere that kept the dance floor packed throughout the night.
Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the venue, the delicious food, and the attentive staff/vendors. The service provided by the staff was exemplary, making everyone feel welcomed and valued. The catering team delivered delectable dishes that impressed our guests and left them wanting more.

We had our wedding at Boulder Creek on 6/11 and the team was a DREAM to work with (special shoutout to Maggie and Alexis!)! Not to mention the venue is absolutely gorgeous. I truly had one of the most stress-free wedding planning processes because of them. I love that you get food, drink/bar services, floral, dj, bakery, invitations and more with them! You don't have to go out of your way to find several big vendors. Not to mention, all of the vendors they work with are incredible and I am so thankful for each of them. The Boulder Creek team was SO responsive during the planning process, I knew if I had a question they would respond to my email that same business day. They set up the ceremony site, dinner, reception areas exactly how I dreamed, and the best part was I didn't have to lift a finger on the day of the wedding! I could go on and on about how amazing the Boulder Creek team is, if you are planning a wedding you will not be disappointed working with them! Thank you Boulder Creek!!!! -

We had our wedding 4/27 at Boulder Creek and it was such a beautiful day! We had our ceremony at the creekside location, and it was perfect! The Wedgewood coordinators were so incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. We began the process with a virtual tour with Jensen, and then saw the venue in person. We were not disappointed! We worked with Jensen through most of the wedding planning, and I could not recommend her enough! She was so supportive, and she really helped to take our ideas to the next level. Everyone at wedgewood was organized and kind. We felt very supported throughout the entire process. I truly loved every planning meeting we had. It was all so fun!! I am so happy with how everything turned out the day of the wedding, and I am so grateful we chose wedgewood! -

Amazing experience
We went through Wedgewood for our wedding and couldn't be happier with the planning process, the recommended vendors, or (most importantly) with the event itself. Every step of the way, Wedgewood's staff provided help and answered our questions without being pushy or overbearing.
Planning: Wedgewood has this down to a science. They have a very helpful binder with all of the dates, decisions, options, and contact info all in one place. The regularly-scheduled planning meetings helped ensure that things stayed on track, but they weren't so frequent as to be burdensome. Again, the consultants were honest and conscientious about helping us make decisions.
Venue: beautiful and accessible from Boulder while still feeling more "mountainy" than a front range venue. The tent worked out great for outdoor dining on April 1.
Food: my God, the food. The best wedding food I've ever had, bar none. Every guest who has talked to us about the wedding since the event has mentioned it.
Staff: the staff were efficient and friendly throughout the entire planning process and event.
I will say: there is a minimum spend retirement that varies depending on the time of year. We had our wedding in the off-season and were able to hit the minimum with roughly 115 guests. It's important to have a sense of the budget and your rough guest count in mind, but for us it was the sweet spot of "a super nice wedding but not exorbitant" (grading on the wedding industry curve). -

I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are incredible and were super attentive throughout the planning process and day of. Special shoutout to Haley our wedding coordinator!!
They have 2 gorgeous spots outside for the ceremony that will not disappoint, and are perfect anytime of year. The whole planning process was a breeze. They supply their vendors (photography, desserts, flowers) which made life so much easier and they provide the dinner meal in house. It was so affordable as well. If you want an outdoor wedding that feels like its in the mountains but 10 minutes away from downtown Boulder, CO this is your place!!

Best/easiest wedding planning experience ever!
Knowing we wanted a destination wedding in the mountains was a starting point, and finding Wedgewood Wedding venues sealed the deal! After meeting with the planning team and seeing the venue, our hearts were set on Boulder Creek. The planning was a breeze with their planning guide binder and list of vendors for photos, cake, and flowers. Their team's knowledge and experience made it the best day of our lives. Planning the wedding pre-pandemic to having to shift dates to a year later, they made every change easy with their list of vendors and amazing staff. -

Nothing short of Exceptional
The entire staff from our consultation to the big day we’re just amazing! We were planning a wedding out of state (we live in FL) and they made the whole process so easy! They were accommodating to all of our question and request. The venue is stunning and so special to be married in a beautiful location. OH AND THE FOOD!!! Their food is phenomenal!! It’s not your standard wedding food. Our guest have told us so many times how much they loved it all and so did we. A special thanks to Anna and Megan who were the main two that assisted us during all of this. These two really calmed a brides worries and made sure everything was so smooth. Even when we had a snow storm two days before our wedding (at the end of May) they were reassuring and calming. I would recommend them to anyone and our day wouldn’t have been as special if it weren’t for everything they did! Wedgewood really makes the wedding process so easy and removes a lot of the stresses! This wedding venue was the perfect place for our wedding. My husband and I met in Boulder so we knew that we wanted to have our wedding there. The venue itself was picturesque and it looked straight out of a fairytale. Our guests were all from out of state and they couldn't get over how absolutely beautiful it was. The planning process was a breeze and our wedding coordinator, Shelby was there for us every step of the way. Our special day went off without a single issue. We utilized their preferred Dj, florist, bakery, and photographer, all of which were wonderful to work with. The food was delicious, our favors and decorations were set up perfectly and their entire staff was so friendly to our guests. We could not have picked a more perfect venue, I wish we could hit the rewind button and do it all over again. We are thrilled with our experience and HIGHLY recommend this venue to those considering it. -

A dream venue with dream staff
Where do I begin? This venue and the staff are absolutely incredible. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day thanks to them. Jensen and Megan were just incredible. They both were so sweet and helpful. Our food was AMAZING, especially the prime rib. The bartenders were quick and attentive. They also were so fun and took care of everyone. Will, our DJ took our music selections and created the best playlists. He hit it out of the park. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous. The surrounding area is beautiful and really adds to the special day.
We were able to relax knowing that Jensen and Megan were taking care of our every need and they made sure our day went smoothly. They both had wonderful energies and were amazing from start to finish. We planned our wedding from a different state and during the pandemic and they didn't miss a beat. They helped coordinate everything so I could relax and enjoy our time leading up to the big day. It seriously was the best decision ever to get married here. I would highly recommend having your wedding here, it will be an absolute dream.
P.S the grand sparklers are worth it. Do it.

We were very pleased to have Boulder Creek by Wedgewood as our venue for our wedding on 10/23/21! The venue was beautiful and felt like were deep in the mountains, even though we were only 10 minutes from downtown Boulder. Wedgewood provides an entire binder of information and step by step guide to help prepare for the big day. The entire day went very smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our guests all told us how amazing the day was and they said the food exceeded their expectations based on other weddings they have been to. We loved how we could choose the package that worked best for us and we were given some great vendor suggestions! I would highly recommend Wedgewood by Boulder Creek for future couples!! The staff were all very helpful in planning and executing the perfect wedding, but I would love to give a special thanks to our coordinator, Erin, and our day of captain, Emma! -

We had such an amazing experience at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings. From the start of the planning process to the end of our wedding night, everything was easy and perfect! The staff is so nice and are willing to help in whatever way possible. Since neither of us are good at planning, we chose Wedgewood because it’s all-inclusive. We didn’t have to do anything, but choose flowers and cake flavors. We just showed up the day of the wedding and that’s all we had to do…they took care of literally everything. Our friends and family raved about the food and said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. I would finish my glass of champagne and set my glass down, then turn around and our event captain, Emma, would be right there with a new glass for me. Shelby was our day of coordinator and was just a dream to work with. The DJ played the exact music we wanted and our florist knocked it put of the park with all of our arrangements. If we could do it all again, hands down would choose this venue again! -

Amazing venue and team
Our coordinator, Erin, was an absolute dream to work with! She answered all of my calls and emails and replied within hours. She made me feel comfortable coming to her with every question I had, big or small. They set up everything the way we asked, and the evening went on without a hitch. When Erin was leaving, and handed us off to Megan, they were very clear on direction. Megan was always checking in with us, and made the night completely stress free. The Wedgewood team was incredible and we highly recommend the Boulder Creek location to everyone! -

Amazing experience!
Our experience with Wedgewood Boulder Creek was nothing short of amazing, we booked our July 2021 wedding with them just days before the pandemic hit. Throughout our year and a half engagement they were kind, understanding, and prompt to answer all of our questions regarding our wedding and Covid-19. They kept us in the loop with new or loosening restrictions, and let me talk through many “back-up plans” and “worse case scenarios” to ease my type-A, worrying mind. In the end, restrictions were loosened and we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. We used wedgewood preferred DJ and Florist, both of which were incredible. They helped us make a hotel block and find transportation for our guest. They accommodate a private food tasting for us since their regular wedding extravaganza event was not happening before our date due to the pandemic. They helped accommodate things that usually aren’t in their typical wedding such as turning their donut wall into a photo-opportunity for my guest, having an ice cream truck, and scheduling in a private dinner for the bride and groom before the reception. Our day of coordinators/banquet caption were Taylor and Emma. They waited on us hand in foot, kept every vendor in the loop with any changes to the schedule, and made the day run flawlessly. We couldn’t be more impressed or thankful that these two were our team. Overall Wedgewood Boulder Creek exceeded all our expectations and we’d recommend them time and time again to any future bride and groom. -

We got married at Boulder Creek at the end of June, and we had such a fantastic experience with them!
The team at Boulder Creek was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. One of my favorite and most useful aspects of planning was the planning binder that had everything in it that we needed. It made the decision-making process much simpler and more straightforward, which was such a blessing in the craziness that was wedding planning. The team was also super responsive to all of our questions and answered all of my frantic emails promptly and professionally. By the time we got to the wedding day, I felt as at ease as I think was possible, largely because they ensured that logistics were settled and everything was ready to go for the big day.
When it came to the actual wedding day, our assigned day-of coordinator, captain, and DJ made sure the day went smoothly. Everything went about as well as we could have asked, and we had such a special, beautiful day. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous: the creek and greenery make for awesome pictures, the location feels like you’re in the mountains while still being super accessible from downtown Boulder, and the “flow” of the venue (ceremony site to cocktail hour to dining tent to dancefloor) was seamless. -

The best way to reduce wedding stress! We got married on a Saturday evening in July 2021. If you're looking to reduce stress in your wedding planning process, go with Wedgewood. The all in inclusive model really limits the amount of decisions you have to make, and vendors you have to communicate with. At the same time, we wanted to pick our own photographer and florist to fit our vision and this was no problem. We easily edited our contract. Everyone we worked with was always so professional. During the big day, every employee stopped and smiled and asked if I needed anything. A server even helped bustle my dress!
I'm bias, but all of our guest said it was one of the best weddings they'd ever attended! Everyone said the food was great!
Shelby was so amazing with last min details, our event captain (maybe Emma?) was so so so attentive and helpful all evening!
Will was a great DJ, everyone danced the entire night! -

Words cannot describe my gratitude to the Wedgewood team! Erin, Emma , Taylor, the staff, bartenders, DJ Mia, Steve & Cole just to name a few! It was literally the best say of my life! Everyone, the wedding coordinators where amazing to work with, start to finish. Im an event planner my self so my expectations and standards are very high for organization, unique experiences and the culinary arts! And this team EXCEED my wildest dreams! They where incredibly responsive and transparent in the booking process. I can’t emphasize that enough, whatever I wanted on my wedding day that happily accommodated! Not only is the scenery a jaw dropper but the food was also straight fire - not to mention these girls are the sweetest people ever. I’m so impressed with this team of professionals and would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel beautiful and have amazing customer service on their wedding day. Happiest Day of Our Lives!
Our wedding was 1.23.21 and looked a little different than we planned, thanks to Covid. However, Boulder Creek worked hard with us every step of the way to ensure our day was how we wanted and this bride is incredibly thankful! We were able to have a small ceremony with our closest friends and family and it was so beautiful! We came from Texas and wanted snow so badly, however snow was not on the radar for our special day. I was okay with it, but literally as I was starting my walk down the aisle with my father, it started snowing! I’m still convinced Boulder Creek set a snow machine up somewhere. That’s how great they are! The food was divine and they even had some sent up to our room as we were signing our license. They truly thought of everything. Taylor and Lexie were amazing and helped smoothly transition us from moment to moment and even left us sweet notes at the end of the night. We truly appreciated the photo from our ceremony already printed and at our sweetheart table when we sat down. You can’t get those special touches just anywhere. We highly recommend this venue especially if you’re having a destination wedding! They take so much stress off. Thank you Boulder Creek!! -

We got married on 11/8/2020 at Wedgewood Boulder Creek. Everything exceeded our expectations even in a pandemic. We chose to get married outside by the creek, it was gorgeous! I don't even have pictures yet, but cannot wait to see them. Our wedding day coordinator, Alyssa, was included in the Wedgewood package we chose. Alyssa was friendly, polite, professional, and creative! She helped make sure all of my decorations, memorial table set up, and favors all looked fabulous. She listened to everything that we wanted and gave suggestions and feedback whenever we were not sure about something. Emma was our banquet captain and she was always available to our guests and make sure all of the food was perfect. All of our guests cannot stop talking about how good the food was - we chose to have a buffet, as well as a dessert bar from Kelly Leigh cakes. I love that Wedgewood partners with different vendors that they have worked with a million times. Our DJ, Ethan, from DJ Maestro was awesome! Everything worked out so smoothly (even during a pandemic), it really was a dream come true. Financially, this was the smartest option because everything I needed was included, and you could customize (add or take away) things from the package you chose. Thank you Wedgewood! -

If you are considering getting married at Wedgewood, stop considering and book your date now. You can always tell the character of a company and the people who run it by how they treat you not when times are great, but when times are tough. Covid-19 turned our world upside down, but Wedgewood’s exceptional service and clients first mentality never waned.
We eloped in an intimate ceremony on Labor Day instead of having our large ceremony & reception as planned. This decision was fully supported by the staff at Wedgewood, and they were there for us every step of the way as we considered our options. The day was truly perfect. Georgina, Jordyn, Alyssa, Bri, and Taylor made sure that the day still felt just as special as it would have if all of our guests had been there and went above and beyond to make us feel special in the midst of a pandemic.
We have over 10 friends who also had weddings affected by the pandemic, so we can guarantee that no venue handled the situation with as much understanding, patience, flexibility, and grace as Wedgewood has done. Unlike the experience our friends had with their venues—Wedgewood alleviated stress instead of creating it. We felt truly blessed to have chosen Wedgewood, and CAN NOT WAIT for our vow renewal & reception next year. The Wedgewood ladies at Boulder Creek are in a league all their own—we can’t imagine getting married anywhere else.

Absolutely perfect !
I cannot day enough about this venue. The sales staff was AMAZING to work with, as we were planning a destination wedding so everything had to be done long distance. They were also wonderful with helping us to reschedule thanks to Covid. The day of the wedding, 8/8/2020, was PERFECT. Literally, perfect. Georgina was amazing and made sure everything was set up - from the guest book to memorial table. The whole ceremony went off without a single issue, and our reception was also perfect. Our event captain, Lexi - was so amazing. She checked in with me just about every 15 minutes and always offered to bring me a drink or whatever else I may need. She really made the day extra special. Also, the food was outstanding. We’ve been to a lot of weddings over the last year and the food was always sub-par - not at our wedding. The food was DELICIOUS. Our guests were raving over it ! We used the venue florist, the Painted Primrose, and our florals were perfect. We also used the Wedgewood DJ, and we worked with Ethan. He was so great and very accommodating with all of our guests making requests. I am not exaggerating when I say that our wedding day was the most perfect day. Thank you so much, Wedgwood team - you truly made our day perfect. -

Best Venue Ever!
From the moment my family and I walked in to look at Wedgewood last year up to our Wedding this past July, Wedgewood at Boulder Creek went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience! All the staff we met with was wonderful and so kind, especially our planner Taylor Wright! Our wedding was originally scheduled for May but we postponeddue to COVID-19 and Wedgewood could not have been more accommodating! They were amazing and helped us navigate through the process of changing our wedding date. It was also really nice that they are an all-inclusive venue so we didn't have to go and find outside vendors! They helped us contact their partner vendors and they stayed connected with them throughout the whole planning process to make it an absolute breeze! We did bring in our own photographer because I had a close friend that I wanted to do them. 😊 The venue is breath taking, the food was incredible, flowers were gorgeous, and the dessert from Aime's Love Gluten Free Bakery was so delicious! Overall I could not have asked for a better venue and amazing staff! When anyone asks where to get married I will always tell them the wonderful Wedgewood at Boulder Creek! -

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, Boulder Creek staff was attentive, engaged and responsive! We were planning from out of state and Wedgewood's 'one stop shop' setup was perfect! The vendors they work with are awesome! We used Kelly Leigh Cakes for our cake and it was amazing! DJ Maestro's DJ Corrine was fun and did great with our music. The food was awesome, they kept everything on schedule and we were able to fully enjoy our day! Even with the added worry of Covid, everything went off without a hitch! 10/10 recommend Wedgewood Boulder Creek. I worked with Bri, Alyssa and Taylor during the year long planning process and they were all wonderful! All questions I had we're answered quickly and when I wasn't sure about certain details, they were there to help me with making those decisions. The venue itself is beautiful! We had our ceremony creekside and I was so great! I honestly cannot say enough about how awesome everything was! -

They made it super easy and they have vendors that you can hire through them making it less stressful trying to remember who you need to pay. They were attentive and checked. Taylor was excellent and left us a surprise when she left. Alyssa was also great. The team is excellent and would be great to add to any wedding -

Taylor & Alyssa are amazing!!! I would 10/10 recommend those 2 as a team for any wedding! Taylor Wright took the best candid photo of our first kiss during the ceremony & had it printed out and displayed on our sweetheart table for us to enjoy and take home with us in an adorable little frame. They both did an amazing job organizing everything, placing things like flowers, pictures, and favors in all the best spots. Some of my frames got dropped by my uncle during the rehearsal and Taylor went out of her way to glue them back together so that I didn't have to worry about it. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Thank you, Taylor & Alyssa! -

The team at Wedgewood was simply amazing! I am so happy we found Wedgewood because they helped make our planning process so much easier. We mostly worked with Bri throughout the planning process and she always responded quickly when I had questions or concerns and worked with us when we had to make last minute changes. Overall the staff was friendly, professional and made us feel like they truly wanted our day to be perfect. I will forever be grateful that we found Wedgewood and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding. -

This venue is so beautiful. We chose to get married my the creek. It turned out perfectly.
The staff is such an amazing help in every aspect from planning to coordination to dinner etc.
Every wedding has a few hiccups and they were able to help us fix them, especially helping take the stress from us when people that weren't invited showed up.
This venue is worth your money. They have bundles so you can include everything you want or you can have a DIY wedding at your perfect venue. Their vendors are all wonderful as well of you should choose to use a florist or baker on their list of preferred. -

The team at Wedgewood made the entire process from booking the venue to the wedding day as easy as planning a wedding can possibly be. They were always communicative, and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. The ceremony and reception went perfectly and everything was beautiful. The value is also very high -- we were able to book the venue and lots of extras including food and the DJ for what seemed to be a very reasonable price compared with other venues in Boulder. In particular, Bri was such a joy to work with! Throughout the process, she was always very thoughtful, attentive, sensitive, and flexible with our demands. Chef Brian's food was AMAZING and we got so many compliments on that. Also, we want to mention that Alyssa did an awesome job as the banquet captain! Would definitely highly recommend!
