Wedding Venues in Fort Collins

We held our reception at the Agave Room above the Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant. Our original wedding venue was destroyed by the floods (Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch) and with one week notice the Agave Room took us in for our wedding. We had an amazing time and I couldn't have asked for better! The venue is beautiful and the staff is very friendly! Not to mention they are ridiculously affordable. I highly recommend!!

My husband and I got married this past September at Block One, and we cannot say enough good things about this venue! It felt intimate and quiet despite being so close to Old Town, and the lush greenery with river views added even more to the magic. We had about 100 people at the event including vendors/assistants, and we had plenty of room for catering, bar service, dancing, and seating. We also had several family members with severe mobility issues, and they had no trouble enjoying the event thanks to the venue's accomodations (elevators, ramps, etc.) The staff were helpful without being overbearing/stressful, and their pricing and vendor policies were extremely competitive. I would recommend Block One for anyone looking to host a beautiful and low fuss event!

The Lincoln center did a great Job all the guest were very happy with the venue and I would recommend the Lincoln center for weddings or any kind of meetings your planning

Working with the Hilton was fabulous. They really took the time to understand my vision, and they provided me peace of mind by taking care of everything. Not only did they set it all up for me, the wait stuff during the reception were absolutely wonderful. Afterwards, they took everything down for me and put it all in a central location so that I could have friends and family help load it. All bundled in to one great price, I think the Hilton is a great choice!

Five stars is not nearly enough! I started out planning my rehearsal and wedding with Alix (who was also amazing). About 2 months before my date, Alix informs me that she will be leaving the club to go back to school but she had been training her replacement for a few weeks already and had total confidence in her. Needless to say I panicked a little on the inside. Then I was introduced to Jill, and any and all worry was gone. She was phenomenal! She picked up right where Alix left off and didn't miss a beat. She even thought of a few things that I had forgotten about. Any time I contacted her, she responded immediately. She endured my MILLIONS of questions. BTW ladies, Jill is the reason the "get ready room" is so well set up now (it was basically a couple couches before Jill came along). She handled EVERYTHING at my rehearsal and on the wedding day. She even insisted on holding a guest's baby at the reception so they could relax and eat. I could seriously brag about Jill for days and not even begin to completely explain her awesomeness. The entire club is amazing! EVERYONE was helpful and welcoming. They even had a golf cart available for a couple elderly guests so they didn't have to walk or deal with stairs. The food is sooooo good! Almost 5 months later and I still get compliments on it and the venue in general. The staff is great, and one particular server (that at that point was new) handled a flirty, intoxicated rehearsal/wedding guest very nicely lol. There are not enough words to describe my satisfaction with Fort Collins Country Club. If I had it all to do over again, I'd be right back here! As long as Jill was still there. Thank you FCCC!

Our wedding was "perfect"! I looked at over 15 venues before finally finding the hidden gem of the Ptarmigan CC and I immediately got a good vibe from the venue and all of the staff. They were upfront and honest about costs so in the end there were absolutely no surprises. The only surprise was that it was way less than I thought it would be! Patrick the wedding coordinator was laid back during the planning process which put me at ease and during our reception he was on point to make a fantastic evening. On the day of the wedding Patrick and the staff took care of all the set up and they were so nice and just a pleasure to work with. The food was absolutely amazing and EVERYONE commented on how delicious it was and how beautiful the place was. I am so pleased that we chose the Ptarmigan CC!

We had the most incredible experience with Windsong Estate Event Center, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Julie and Jackie took such amazing care of us. They were our main coordinators throughout the process, and their organization, kindness, and genuine investment in our wedding made all the difference. We had multiple planning meetings where they walked us through every detail, listened closely to our ideas, and offered thoughtful guidance whenever we needed it. Their communication was always quick and clear, which made planning so much easier and so much less stressful. Most importantly, they truly captured our vision. Every detail on the wedding day was more beautiful and seamless than we could have imagined. They created an experience that felt personal, intentional, and so “us.” Their team worked flawlessly behind the scenes, and we felt supported, celebrated, and completely taken care of from the moment we arrived. We are beyond grateful to have worked with such dedicated and talented people. Windsong Estate is a stunning venue, but the staff are what make it exceptional. If you’re looking for a place and a team that will bring your dream wedding to life, this is it!

Jerrica at the Lodge was great to work with! She helped us with any questions or concerns we had during our planning process and up to the day of the wedding. Jerrica answered my many emails and phone calls promptly and was professional throughout! The Lodge is such a beautiful venue and we didn’t have to do much to decorate!! We had our ceremony outside and the reception inside. This was such an amazing place to get married! All of the staff was very friendly and they set everything up just the way we had wanted! Great place to host an event!
