Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with, very easy going with changes!

We had our wedding reception at the Mackenzie Place and everything about it was phenomenal. Months before our wedding, Kelly was available to answer any questions and let us stop by whenever we wanted. We did not cater with the Mackenzie Place, but they're staff helped serve and set up everything, and it all went so smoothly. Not to mention the inside of this building is so beautiful!!

Kelly and her staff were such a great help with our wedding and reception. The Lodge is a beautiful setting for a wedding and reception, has that rustic lodge feel to it. They also catered the reception for us and the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend the Lodge at MacKenzie Place for your wedding.

I had a fantastic experience with the Lodge at MacKenzie Place. I have nothing but positive things to say about working with this venue. They are professional, flexible, and responded to my many questions promptly for the past 10 months. The site itself is beautiful and is an amazing price for the amenities afforded. I would highly recommend the Lodge to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Kelly! She was fast as responses, flexible with splitting the invoices since we were paying for some and my parents were paying for some, they set up our center pieces for us, and were super friendly the day of. The food was actually really good for coming from a retirement community kitchen. The lodge itself it sooo pretty and you can really decorate it to look however you want. I found that my centerpieces we enough though because it really is so pretty.

We actually had a another place booked for our reception venue (the ceremony was at a friend's house) but after all was said and done they were WAAAAY too expensive for us. We cancelled our contract with them and started the search for a new reception site. We saw the Lodge online and called them first, and good thing we did! The two people we worked with there were SO accommodating - they went out of their way to help us out and make sure all of our needs were met. I know Mackenzie Place is a retirement home, but the Lodge is off to the side and stands alone with a good view and some open space for parking. The interior was a little too "mountainy" for our wedding theme, but they took everything out of it so I could add my own nautical decorations. The contact between the event coordinator and myself was outstanding and the price was great too. Would definitely recommend!

We recently held our wedding reception at the Lodge @ MacKenzie Place. The staff, especially Kelly, were great to work with. Everything went smoothly the night of. They even were able to let us in a day early to decorate! I would highly recommend the Lodge. It is perfect for a wedding around 80-100 people. The fireplace and wood beams make the interior have a nice wooden cabin feel. And for the cost it can't be beat!

Jerrica at the Lodge was great to work with! She helped us with any questions or concerns we had during our planning process and up to the day of the wedding. Jerrica answered my many emails and phone calls promptly and was professional throughout! The Lodge is such a beautiful venue and we didn’t have to do much to decorate!! We had our ceremony outside and the reception inside. This was such an amazing place to get married! All of the staff was very friendly and they set everything up just the way we had wanted! Great place to host an event!
