This beautiful little gem on 1.5 acres had everything we wanted for our daughter's wedding. She lives out of the country, which left all the planning to me. Randy (owner) and Leah (coordinator - Angel in Disguise) are so nice, honest and caring, as well as professional, which made it almost easy to plan the wedding of our daughter's dreams. Yours will be the only wedding on a given day, taking a lot of the stress out of the timing. Leah will shoulder the load for anything you need her to on the day of as well as in the planning stages. And she'll do it with a smile!
The venue has several ceremony spot choices outside, as well as inside the chapel or the pavilion. Our daughter chose the gazebo for her ceremony and the rain held off long enough for the nuptials, so we didn't need a Plan B. It was nice to know that they had every contingency covered if the weather hadn't cooperated!
It's easy to plan within a budget at Ralston's Crossing, there are no overpriced "preferred vendor" lists and lots of amenities are included - tables, chairs, romantic lighting everywhere, photo booth for fun, etc., and they will work with you to create the perfect wedding. The venue lends itself to boho, rustic, traditional or elegant depending on your choices. If your guest list is less than 160 people, you should consider looking here. On most Wednesdays there is an open house from 4 until 6 for touring the venue, asking questions, and getting a quote. All in all, we were happy to have chosen Ralston's Crossing and got only compliments from our guests.

We had the best wedding we could have ever imagined at Ralston's Crossing Event Center in June 2022. A colleague recommended this hidden gem in Arvada. What a beautiful venue for a wedding--lovely chapel and also wonderful indoor and outdoor areas for the ceremony and reception. Randy was absolutely wonderful to work with and ensured that our wedding day was flawless. Our guests commented on what a special place Ralston's Crossing was. Having the venue reserved the entire day for us made for a relaxing day with no stress and in such a peaceful setting. Isn't a wedding day supposed to be stressful? Not here. Also, Randy is the most amazing photographer and so talented. Our wedding photos were stunning! We have the best remembrances of our wedding day with our family and friends thanks to Randy for documenting the day from beginning to end. I couldn't start this reveiw without mentioning Randy, who own the venue. Randy hands down made our wedding day fun, relaxing and coordinated. He was so amazing to work with and truly appreciate everything he did for my husband, myself and our family and friends on our wedding day. The venue is clearly gorgeous with the twinkling lights in the reception area, the gazebo, the arc and the chapel. My husband and I got married in late May and it was incredibly green and had beautiful flowers blooming everywhere. LOVE this venue and will always recommend.

Ralston’s crossing was the wedding event space/venue that we didn’t even know we needed. We fell in love with the staff and the space in January when everything was even dead! When we came back in the summer/fall for our walk through it was magical. My husband and I got married at our church. And when we came to the venue for our reception I was in awe. The venue was our fairy tale. It felt like the perfect back yard gathering event. That made our guest feel comfortable and at home. Ralston’s crossing was the magical forest landscape to compete our dream wedding day. And having our first dance in the gazebo was the perfect way to feel like my husband and I were the only ones around. We had perfect weather, but it was comforting to know we had back up options if the weather would have been bad.

Ralston's Crossing is a hidden gem in the heart of Arvada and the horse properties surrounding the venue add a true vintage feel. We had our wedding here a couple weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. The grounds are immaculately manicured, the pavillion with the twinkle lights sets such a romantic tone and the old church adds another whole dimension. Randy Miller (the owner) is so easy to work with and so helpful before, during and after the wedding. I literally cannot say enough great things about Ralston's Crossing. I cannot say enough good things about this venue! We had our wedding there on 8-18-18 and I am so glad we chose this venue. After looking at other places and getting discouraged because the people only looked at you as $ and not real people we went to Ralstons Crossing because it was recommended by a family member, we thought it would be like every other place, boy were we wrong! We booked our wedding with them that day, we feel in love with the grounds, it is perfect for an outside Colorado wedding. You get the gorgeous scenery, where you really don't even need to do any decorating if you don't want because the ground itself is immaculate and beautiful! Not only did we fall in love with the venue but we just loved Randy so much, he is such a down to earth, easy going person and I appreciated that as a bride because well he just gets it! It made me feel so good knowing they looked at us as real people and it definitely made me not mind spending my money with them, they are real and honest! Randy and Krista were always there when I needed them and always answered any questions I had very promptly. We received so many compliments about the venue and how everyone loved it and thought it was gorgeous! I thought it was gorgeous during the day but then the sun went down and all the lights turned on, it was beautiful! It was something out of a fairytale! My wedding was perfect and it would not have been without this venue. I would recommend Ralstons Crossing to any bride and groom that want a breathtaking colorado venue! We recently had our wedding here and we could not be happier about our choice in this venue! Randy and Krista were so easy to work with and they made our day seem important to them. One of the best parts for us throughout the wedding planning is they have vendors that they recommend so making the choice on caterer, bartenders, DJ, etc was so easy! The venue is beautiful and Randy was so great to work with! He is flexible and honest and was so helpful the day of. The new gazebo he built this year was beautiful and we loved all the lights around the property. So many of our guests told us how much they loved the venue and convenient location. There is plenty of parking on site as well. We were so happy with our decision to book at Ralston’s Crossing and to work with Randy!
