Patricia was incredible! She put in an immense amount of work with us getting everything just right. She kept us on track for deadlines, helped organize all decorative details, and helped us coordinate with vendors. Her recommended vendors were great and she has a great working relationship with all of them. She really focused on making the day easy for us. During the event, she was available to handle any requests that we had. She kept us well-hydrated and made sure we had plenty of time to regroup between the ceremony and reception.

We had the most fantastic wedding reception at The Rose, with Four Seasons Events! Everything we dreamed of for our special day happened exactly as planned. First of all, location: in the heart of Golden, so fun and easy for everyone to explore and get in and out of. The rustic-industrial decor of the venue is SO cool, the State Bar upstairs is fabulous with bohemian-chic vibes overlooking Washington St (Golden's main street), not to mention the delicious food menu, amazing drink options, great sound system and the WONDERFUL staff, which made everything happen flawlessly! It was an unforgettable night for us and our guests. We are beyond happy!

My son and daughter-in-law were married last month, and as Mother of the Groom I was responsible for planning their Rehearsal Dinner – an event that evolved into a Welcome Dinner for 50+ in Arvada. I’m so very glad I hired her!! From the beginning, Patricia was so thorough – she listened intently to my vision of what we were looking for, took detailed notes, and had tons of ideas. She is exceedingly organized, very detailed planning with useful insight into what would work for our particular event. Patricia kept us on track throughout the months of preparation leading up to the event, and her extensive experience and skill in coordinating every aspect of our gathering was so helpful. Working with the caterer and the venue to insure a seamless evening, she made what could’ve been a rather stressful event completely worry free. Where do I even begin?! I first met Patricia when I worked at the Rose Event Center in 2021 and when it came to planning my own wedding I knew exactly where to go. She is absolutely so talented and her passion for what she does is simply hard to come by. From beginning to end she was made the entire planning process and wedding reception flow seamlessly. She went above and beyond to provide everything and anything we needed to plan the perfect day. From detailed spreadsheets that my type A personality loved, to answering random little questions within minutes, and providing us with recommendations I wouldn’t have even thought of, she exceeded all expectations. Even on the day of the wedding, I knew I could completely relax because I trusted that she had it all handled. It truly was the perfect day, and I owe a huge part of that to Patricia!

Oh goodness, where do we even begin with how incredible Patricia made our wedding? Maybe we should start with the compliments others gave us first… “Your coordinator was so on top of it.” “Your coordinator was honestly the best.” “Your coordinator was so friendly and made everything so easy.”

Now our turn! From the moment we toured our wedding venue, The Rose, we knew we would choose that venue, in large part so that we could work with her. The first time we met her, she impressed us with her organization and thoughtfulness. That gave us confidence that the entire planning process would be a breeze, and it absolutely lived up to those expectations.

Patricia is perhaps the most available person we have ever worked with. At times, we joked that there must be three of her. Her thoroughness put us at ease. Her expertise gave us confidence in every decision. And her energy and fun demeanor made both the planning and the wedding day simply the best.

She also did a great job providing us a list of vendors that fit our overall vision and budget, which removed a lot of stress in planning and helped us know we were choosing vendors who would exceed our expectations. Her communication with all of our vendors ensured the day ran smoothly. Her day-of support kept everything organized yet relaxed. All we had to do was show up and enjoy.

Having Patricia coordinate our wedding was perhaps the best decision we made, outside of saying “I do,” of course.
