Block One is a modern and industrial building built in 2016. This unique location, nestled on the north side of historic downtown along the river, allows for flexibility and creativity. Beautiful views of the city and river, natural light and open floor plan makes for endless photography possibilities. The simplicity of polished concrete flooring, a monochromatic color scheme and industrial fixtures, assists our clients to create their dream event. All audio and visual equipment is included, as well as tables, chairs, wireless internet, and more.
Block One Events is only two blocks from Old Town Square and New Belgium Brewery, walking distance to clubs, bars, entertainment, restaurants, the whitewater park, and MUCH more! Convenient and Beautiful
Block One was convenient, spacious, and beautiful. Leah was amazing and so helpful with the venue, access, and helping us with logistics. Beautiful windows and huge indoor space made out snowy fall wedding gorgeous and warm.
