Nestled on historic Linden Street between New Belgium Brewery, Ginger and Baker, and Old Town Square, this beautiful river-front property in the Poudre River District has luxury rentals and amazing views. Walking and biking distance to breweries, Colorado State University, the Max Bus, entertainment, restaurants, bars, night life, shopping, yoga, fitness gym, bike trails, the Poudre River and the Rocky Mountains. Intimate setting, river/nature views, convenient location, great price!
My husband and I got married this past September at Block One, and we cannot say enough good things about this venue! It felt intimate and quiet despite being so close to Old Town, and the lush greenery with river views added even more to the magic. We had about 100 people at the event including vendors/assistants, and we had plenty of room for catering, bar service, dancing, and seating. We also had several family members with severe mobility issues, and they had no trouble enjoying the event thanks to the venue's accomodations (elevators, ramps, etc.) The staff were helpful without being overbearing/stressful, and their pricing and vendor policies were extremely competitive. I would recommend Block One for anyone looking to host a beautiful and low fuss event!

Create your Own!
Such a flexible event space and very customizable for your event! Renting the space comes with round dinner tables, cocktail tables, long banquet tables, a bar on wheels, chairs, and AV equipment. If you like to plan and create your own event, this is the place to be! You pick food, drink, music, etc. This venue allowed us to really create an event that was representative of us! Paul was also so easy going and helpful throughout the whole process.
