At Dry Clean Only, your event is free to flourish, while the space adapts to your unique vision and style.
Facilities and Capacity
Built in the early 1930s, the space originally served the purpose of a grocery store, later selling furniture. In the 1980s, it was used as a dry cleaner. After sitting in disrepair for many years, the Dry Clean Only team purchased it in 2020 and took on the task of renovating and refurbishing the premises. The venue's main event space offers an open feel, with 3,173 square feet to work with. Accommodating up to 225 guests, it comes equipped with a selection of tables, chairs, and furniture that can be set up however you wish. Its high barrel ceilings and modern touches maintain a light, airy feel throughout the space. Dry Clean Only features a dreamy cocktail area, with a statement built-in bar and an adjoining outdoor patio separated by a large accordion door. The bar is easily sectioned off from the rest of the event space, making it an ideal choice for intimate gatherings and private toasts. A getting-ready suite and a secluded mezzanine are available on-site for preparations ahead of the celebration.
Services Offered
Dry Clean Only is available for private rentals on a five or ten-hour basis. Celebrations hosted within the venue are entirely customizable. The team has created a list of preferred vendors, but couples are welcome to choose their own suppliers if they wish. Dry Clean Only boasts a private parking lot with room for seventeen cars, which can be closed off for casual, food-truck dining options. The venue works with a private in-house bartending company that will craft delicious beverages to complement your special occasion.
