Dry Clean Only is a wedding venue where industrial character meets effortless modern style. Located in Denver’s Clayton neighborhood, our more than 3,000-square-foot event space is a true blank canvas, giving couples the freedom to create a wedding that reflects their personality, style, and vision. From an intimate ceremony to a full dance-floor celebration, the venue adapts to you—not the other way around.

The Space

This building has had quite the career before landing in the wedding business. Built in the 1930s as a neighborhood grocery store, it later became a furniture store and, in the 1980s, a dry cleaner and leather and fur cleaner. After sitting vacant for several years, the building was purchased by our locally owned and operated team in 2020 and thoughtfully transformed into the wedding and event venue it is today.

The main event space offers 3,173 square feet of open, flexible space and can accommodate up to 225 seated guests. The full venue can host up to 300 guests. High barrel ceilings, exposed architectural details, and modern finishes create an airy, welcoming atmosphere, while our furniture and décor give you a beautiful starting point for bringing your vision to life.

The cocktail area features a statement built-in bar and opens directly onto a private outdoor patio through large accordion doors, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The bar area can also be separated from the main event space, making it a natural setting for cocktail hour, intimate gatherings, or private toasts.

A private get-ready room provides a dedicated space for wedding-day preparations, while a secluded mezzanine offers a cozy place to step away from the celebration while still feeling connected to the party.

The venue includes a private parking lot with space for 17 vehicles, plus ample free street parking throughout the neighborhood. And when you don't need the lot for parking, it becomes another piece of your event—perfect for food trucks, an outdoor gathering, a tent, or whatever else you can dream up.

Make It Yours

Dry Clean Only offers 5- and 10-hour private rentals, with additional hours available if you need more time to bring your décor to life, get a head start on setup, or keep the party going a little longer. Furniture and décor are included with full venue rentals, and our team can help you create a floor plan and layout that works for your ceremony, dinner, dancing, cocktail hour, and everything in between.

We maintain a carefully curated list of trusted local vendors, but we are proudly non-exclusive. Bring your favorite caterer, choose your own planner, select the band or DJ that fits your style, and build a vendor team that feels like you. We believe your wedding should reflect you—not a predetermined package or required list of vendors.

Our bar service is exclusive to Dry Clean Only, but the experience is anything but one-size-fits-all. We work with each couple to create a beverage program tailored to their celebration, from craft cocktails and local beers to thoughtfully selected wines, mocktails, and custom drinks inspired by a favorite drink or a special moment in your relationship.
