RC had a great color selection for linens and simple but pretty plates, flatware, and glassware that met our needs perfectly. Pricing was reasonable, staff was always helpful in the showroom, and they were easy to work with when we had to reschedule due to Covid.

RC Event Rents helped us with our farm wedding and were so easy to work with! I would highly recommend them for any event, they were very prompt to respond and accommodating! They did a fantastic job!

My husband and I had a beautiful outdoor setup for our wedding. Because it was held on family's private property, we had no experienced help in planning for our 125 guests. Kathleen was extremely helpful and led us through step by step to determine exactly what sort of rentals were required for a party of that scale. As plans changed, she was also very understanding and flexible. The finished results were beautiful.

RC Special Events did an excellent job in providing our tent, chairs, tables, dance floor and the chandelier lighting that was an absolute must for the bride! They were very communicative and flexible and were timely and efficient. We couldn't have picked a better tent reception company than them! Janna was amazing and it turned out to be an amazing venue. We are highly satisfied that we went with RC Special Events.

I worked with the Boulder location for my ~90 person outdoor wedding reception. The experience of planning our event with the help of Kaylee was great. She was always available to answer questions and turned around modifications to our initial quote very quickly. Unfortunately, the wedding day was not as impressive. RC Events provides a 6 hour delivery window. My coordinator had worked with RC Events on the last wedding she did and said they were 30 minutes late for that window. So she contacted them a couple of days before our wedding and asked for a more specific idea of delivery time. She was told that delivery would be no earlier than 10am and that if for some reason it was going to be earlier, they'd call to let us know. Without warning, the rental truck arrived at 7:45 am (before my coordinator arrived onsite) leaving me to coordinate the delivery. DO YOUR OWN INVENTORY. Luckily I had been warned that RC Events forgets things, so when one of the delivery guys said they were done and asked me to sign off, I went to count everything myself. To my surprise, he hadn't turned to the second page of our order, so only the first page had been unloaded; ALL of the chairs were still on the truck along with many other items, and we were also missing chairs (which they returned with later). In general, the delivery staff didn't seem to be very experienced and didn't seem to know anything about what they normally do when I asked questions about setup, etc. I will say that all of the delivery items were clean and of good quality. I was not present for pickup, so I don't know if that went any better. The price seemed right, and overall RC Events wasn't a bad company to work with; you just need to know to do your own due diligence.
