Our Montezuma Venue offers 1,600 square feet of versatile event space, accommodating up to 50 guests comfortably. Located on the main floor, the Montezuma Room features a welcoming entrance, a stunning stone fireplace, and abundant natural light from its many windows.

Beyond the main room, guests can enjoy several additional gathering areas. The downstairs lounge offers a cozy atmosphere with a second fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a dartboard—perfect for casual conversation and entertainment. Nearby, a small living room with a couch provides a quiet retreat for anyone needing a moment to relax. The venue’s two bathrooms are also located on this lower level.

Just outside, the Pergola Gardens present a charming setting for mingling, ceremonies, or relaxed conversations under the open sky. A variety of layouts and setups are available throughout the venue, and couples are encouraged to explore the options to find the perfect arrangement for their celebration.

Services Offered

Edwards House offers couples many services to make their wedding day even more enjoyable. Packages are tailored to clients' needs, making each occasion bespoke and original. Upon deciding on Edwards House, couples will have a two-hour meeting with the in-house wedding planner to discuss accommodations and details. Packages include spaces for ceremonies and receptions, as well as tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, and flowers. Staff can also be provided, sourced from the on-site crew. These dedicated crew members set up and tear down events, meaning that couples can spend more time on other things. Catering can be sorted out with the in-house wedding planner, and couples will have the option of staying at Edwards House overnight. In the morning, breakfast will be served to round out a pleasant and well-planned celebration.
