About
After 45 years as a professional chef and 25 years at the helm of Larkspur Events & Dining, our owner Thomas Salamunovich has decided to retire and close the business. This coming winter will be our last season of a la carte lunches and our last private function will be held on April 14, 2024.
That being said, Thomas and our entire team would love the opportunity to host your gathering prior to April 2024. We have availability to host your gathering during the remainder of this summer (2023) and this coming winter 2023/2024.
We would like to thank all the people who have supported and dined with us throughout Larkspur’s 25 years. It has been an honor and a pleasure to provide service, cuisine, and hospitality to you all.
Larkspur Events & Dining is a venue located in Vail, Colorado. Since 1999, this extraordinary venue has been helping craft and create couples' dream weddings. Because this venue is situated near Vail Mountain, couples receive the gorgeous peaks as their ceremony backdrop. The property is also available for weddings of all seasons, giving you everything from snow topped peaks in the winter to lush foliage growing on the mountain in the spring as your ceremony backdrop.
Facilities and Capacity
When you decide on Larkspur Events & Dining as the venue to exchange your vows, you will have a truly flexible setting choice. Options abound on property with many indoor and covered and uncovered outdoor wedding options. Whether you want to say your vows in a romantic aspen-grove or a dramatic snow-covered ski slope, you will be able to create a one-of-a-kind setting that reflects your individual style and needs. This property can accommodate small weddings and weddings of up to 500 guests.
Services Offered
The staff at Larkspur Events & Dining are highly skilled and know how to work with each couple to create their dream ceremony, bridal shower, engagement party, or reception on the property. They are also happy to provide setup and cleanup to make your day leading up to your wedding, and then after, less chaotic. Other services include lighting and sound additions, as well as liability insurance. For fun touches that you and your guests will enjoy, they can also provide you with extras like chocolate foundations.
