  Fall Wedding in Vail

  The Larkspur wedding venue in Vail was an idyllic mountain setting for our daughter’s Fall wedding on September 24, 2023. Now that the wedding festivities have all concluded, we
  look back and know this venue exceeded our expectations! This is due to the picturesque surroundings, the venue décor and the outstanding service of the entire Larkspur team.
  
  The sales and event team, Isabel and Sadie, ensured that all of our needs were met and coordinated to make Heather and Chris’s wedding a flawless event. The food and beverage were exceptional, and the cake was amazing! Our guests said they loved the venue and the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding!
  
  A special thanks and shout out to the Larkspur team for making our family’s heritag, of three generations married in Eagle county an, endearing event that we will remember the rest of our lives! Anyone looking to do a destination wedding should consider the Larkspur—it was outstanding!

  Exceptional wedding venue

  The Larkspur exceeded our expectations in every way for my daughter’s wedding. Isabel and Sadie were responsive and so helpful in designing a menu that worked within our budget. Multiple guests commented on the beautiful venue and excellent food. Several guests said the dinner and cake were the best they’d ever had at a wedding! I had such confidence in Larkspur’s professionalism I didn’t worry at all about execution. Service was flawless! We visited many options in Vail and truly believe Larkspur offered a unique wedding experience that was worth every penny.

  Prefect rehearsal dinner venue

  We had our rehearsal dinner at Larkspur and it was fantastic! The location is perfect and very easy to get to plus has a very picturesque backdrop. The service and food were spectacular and our guests truly had a great time. Highly recommend!

  I Love The Larkspur!!

  I LOVE the Larkspur!! I'm a wedding planner and get to work with all kinds of venues and staff, and these guys are some of the best! From the very beginning, Sadie and the team were responsive and insightful. They made everything so easy to decide on and kept everything organized and timely for our clients. We hosted the rehearsal dinner and welcome event at The Larkspur and it was such a hit! Their food is amazing, the quality of their service is even better, and all guests and family were glowing with happiness and appreciation- thoroughly enjoying their experience. I cannot recommend the Larkspur enough!!

  Dream Vail wedding venue

  As a Colorado Wedding Photographer I always love to come back to Larkspur Dining and Events to document beautiful Colorado weddings. It not only provides a gorgeous view of the mountains during your ceremony, but also hosts several wedding reception options. If you have a more intimate wedding the Larkspur restaurant is an ideal location to host your wedding. But if you are looking for a bigger wedding the vast Larkspur grounds allow for a tent setup. And a tent wedding provides you lots of options to make your dream wedding come true. Not only are the ground and views ideal, but also its location in the heart of Vail. With access to many hotels in the area your guests will have lots of options to choose from and will be able to plan their perfect wedding weekend getaway. One of my favorite things at the Larkspur is their catering and their staff. Vendors are provided with excellent meals after a long day of hard work with a lovely catering staff. And it’s always nice to see that vendors are appreciated alongside the wedding itself. Hence, I absolutely adore the Larkspur. If you are looking for your dream Vail wedding I can only recommend the Larkspur after having shot there for several years in a row now. Let your party planning begin here!

  5 star service 5 star food!!

  We booked Larkspur a month from our wedding date and they could not have been more professional, accommodating, and just straight up EPIC. Food is amazing. Views are amazing. Service is spectacular. We had a plated dinner and our guests are still raving about the food. Thanks to Larkspur for working one of the best/most epic weekend of our lives!!!

  Stunning, accommodating venue

  Our wedding at The Larkspur was stunning. We were incredibly pleased with the venue, the views, the food and the service. We were forced to change many details of our wedding at the last minute due to COVID, and the Larkspur was more than accommodating and flexible. They made sure that my vision came to life. It was the happiest, no stress day, thanks to The Larkspur!

  Amazing!!!

  I don't know how to thank Isabel and the Larkspur team for everything they did. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, my now husband and I had numerous changes. This included a change in our ceremony and reception location less than two weeks prior to our wedding day. But, they pulled it together and executed our vision flawlessly. The food was fantastic and service was impeccable.
  We couldn't be happier.

  Amazing Venue in Vail!

  Larkspur helped us have our dream wedding! Our original venue was forced to cancel on us due to COVID. Less than a month out from our wedding date, Larkspur was able to work with us and our vendors and plan everything in a time crunch. The lawn was an absolutely beautiful spot for our ceremony. The team there is absolutely wonderful and know their stuff. The food and cake were both amazing. The bar team was a dream to work with. Isabel was a life saver and we are so glad that we were able to get married at Larkspur.

  One of the most beautiful wedding venues in Vail, CO!

  We cannot express enough how incredible our wedding weekend was in Vail, and how amazing Larkspur Events & Dining was in every possible way - we have received so many compliments from our guests on the location just at the base of the mountain, the service (seriously incredible), the food (y'all, the food is seriously so incredible, our guests still talk about it), the drinks (the Larkspur Lightning was a HUGE hit), the s'mores... I could keep going on! Isabel was incredible to work with from the beginning and incredibly accommodating, especially when COVID hit and we had to postpone. The whole Larkspur team really brought our entire dream and vision to life - we will cherish our memories from that weekend for the rest of our lives without a doubt.

  We work at several venues for both floral and wedding planning and we love working at the Larkspur! Especially in 2020. They were able to accommodate several couples that had to choose a new venue because of COVID restrictions. The food is amazing, the staff is professional, and the venue is gorgeous. I would highly recommend for couples looking for a wedding venue!

The lawn has gorgeous mountain views and the main dining room is always elegant and set meticulously. The service staff is always helpful and ensure that the client and their guests are well cared for. I would highly recommend considering Larkpsur as your wedding venue.

  Great experience

  We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Larkspur. The team was really helpful, our lead contact left for maternity leave two weeks before our event and provided a very smooth transition to a new contact in her absence. The venue was very accommodating of a few dietary requests and overall the food was incredible. I highly recommend using Larkspur for a wedding event.

  Larkspur made it the best day ever!

  Meridith and the entire team at Larkspur provided the most amazing experience for my husband and I! From the first day we met on our site tour to emails after the big day, the Larkspur staff always corresponded to us with professionalism, grace and kindness. They helped to execute what was by far the best day of our lives, to date! They answered every question promptly and in detail over the course of our 7 months of planning. Our guests kept telling us how great the service was all night! The food was top notch, we had multiple guests tell us that as well! The signature cocktails were a hit! The cake was absolutely stunning and delicious! The team at the Larkspur also was able to assist with logistics from other vendors and is known by the wedding community in the area to be the best!! You will be in such good hands with the Larkspur, we highly recommend celebrating your big day with them!!

  Larkspur did an amazing event. Even though this was very small (25 people) Meredith and Isabelle made us feel important and were extremely responsive. They arranged fabulous locations for the ceremony, reception and dinner. And the food was really gourmet (and we are NY foodies). Everyone, including The waitstaff, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Larkspur for helping us host the perfect wedding!

  I've had the privilege of working with The Larkspur on several weddings and events over the years. Their food is outstanding, the location is perfect and the staff is always kind and professional. I whole-heartedly recommend them!

  Wonderful event venue in Vail!

  Larkspur is one of the best options for group event venues in Vail! The food quality is phenomenal, views are superb, and the entire team of catering & culinary is responsive and professional. Many of our groups at Manor Vail hold off-site events at their very convenient location across the street at Golden Peak. We have heard nothing but rave reviews and continue to recommend Larkspur to our clients and guests!

  Wedding Reception Location

  Larkspur did an amazing job for our wedding reception. The location is beautiful and offers a variety of options for the ceremony and reception. They are comprehensive in the services they provide to include food, beverage/drink, cake, accessories for wedding (i.e dance floor), etc. The food was amazing and everybody at our wedding could not stop talking about how good it was. The cake was perfect and they worked with our florist to decorate the cake to our liking. The staff were absolutely professional and ensured all of our needs were met. We were so happy to have our wedding here and were able to enjoy every second of the night!

  Great Staff and Location!

  We LOVE working at Larkspur! Not only is it the perfect venue to be married, but the staff is so wonderful to work with. They are great at communicating information and helping our team when we are onsite setting up for a wedding or event. We highly recommend Larkspur for your wedding!

  Perfect Wedding Venue

  I honestly feel like a review isn’t even enough to describe The Larkspur. Everything completely exceeded our expectations and the staff was absolutely amazing. The Larkspur took the stress completely out of planning a wedding. We had a smaller wedding-about 40 people, and I wanted something more “laid back”. We only utilized the restaurant and bar area for the reception and it was perfect. The all inclusiveness was also something I was looking for.
  
  We got married mid-October, knowing that it was a possibility it could snow-and it sure did! It was perfect for us. They offered to move us inside, but I was dead set on having it outside, and all of the guests loved it too! We were lucky enough to get the beauty of both the fall colors and snow.
  
  Our guests are still RAVING about the food a month later. We also opted for the s’mores bar which was a big hit too.
