My experience with Four Seasons had been amazing. Meridith was very responsive and helped us out every step of the way. We wanted a relaxing Sunday brunch micro wedding, and we were actually turned away even made fun of by another venue. When we first approach Four Seasons, we were afraid we would get the same experience. Meridith was very sweet and she told us that they work with all kinds of weddings. They were very flexible and accommodating, and did not force any additional services to our contract that we didn't need just because it is a small wedding. We could play around with the menu/drinks/desserts as long as we meet the food and beverage minimum. They also didn't make us to use certain vendors or add the room block to our contract. The wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. We can't thank Meridith enough! Ladies, I highly recommend Four Seasons for your big day!

As expected, the Four Seasons blew our expectations out of the park! Their outstanding service and level of detail is unmatched. We worked with Meridith who was amazing! She was very responsive and helpful during the entire planning process. I cannot say enough about her or her staff. Our destination wedding was exactly what we wanted, all thanks to the Four Seasons!

The Four Seasons is known globally for their service. Yet, Four Seasons Vail was an absolute home run. Rebecca Steffen orchestrated the most remarkable wedding. She helped us in the pre-planning meetings, communicated extremely well with emails, calls and texts, kept me on track with the most important elements of the event, and literally pulled of the most remarkable wedding of the year. Of course I am biased, yet it was breathtaking every moment of the day. She is such a fun human being who cares deeply about the outcome of the day. The chef and team prepared the best meal we’ve ever had and it was all the guest could talk about. The concierge team went above and beyond every single moment of the day for us and our guests. We practically rented out the entire hotel and they made our guests feel special, welcomed, appreciated and relaxed. From the gym to the spa to the Remedy bar we love this resort. It is our home away from home. The team is cherished by many and their value is unmatched. This place, these people, our wedding will live with me forever.

An amazing experience and the venue was perfection. Rebecca coordinated so well with my (now) wife and made her feel very comfortable with the whole process. Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted was done and that our guests were well taken care of. The venue itself is stunning, with a beautiful patio for an outdoor ceremony with views of the mountains, and a ballroom that is very private and setup well for guests to get drinks and keep partying on the dance floor.

The food was excellent, with most of our guests option for the filet mignon and raving that it was extremely well cooked and presented. Same with all of the appetizers and salads. The catering staff was friendly and professional, and all of the extra fun things like the Haute Chocolate and Smores Bar just added to the fun and gave our guests a memorable experience.

It was a stretch for us to afford this place, but the deals during the off-season really brought it within reach and when you add in all of the extras they did for us (like best available rooms, great discounts on the rooms, anniversary stay, spa access, etc...), it really is a good value for an unforgettable experience

The Four Seasons was amazing and completely took care of anything and everything. When we arrived they made us feel like we were the only wedding in the hotel that they had when i know there were multiple. We had constant attention and never needed anything. They were completely professional and made sure my day was perfect. From the time we looked at the venue initially to the tasting and finally to the big day everything went off smoothly and perfectly. Every detail i wanted they were able to accommodate. Rebecca and her entire team were wonderful and extremely helpful. Her response time was great and any questions we had they were worked out before we even arrived. I would recommend this venue and Rebecca time and time again. Amazing experience and worth every single penny! They also did our food, cake, hot chocolate and S'mores bar. everything was amazing. Everyone at the wedding could not stop talking about the food and the cake. Than when they brought out the S'mores bar and late night snacks it was perfect. All of the food was so good and tasted amazing not like your typical wedding food. It was truly wonderful and my cake was perfect! I wish they could cater all of my events!
