Casey & his team were wonderful to work with at the Embassy! We had 65 guests attend, majority of whom stayed at the Embassy for the weekend. The ceremony space and reception hall were beautiful, not much decor needed in our opinion. We were able to stay within our planned budget for food, beverage and venue. Our guests loved the portions for their steak entrees and raved about how delicious the food was. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast and happy hour were a big hit with our family and friends.
Matt and I had a great experience from start to finish – the first site visit to check out the day after the wedding. We appreciated Casey's expertise throughout the planning process. As an event planner by day, I struggled with wedding planning and I remember feeling a great amount of relief when Casey asked “Do you mind if I take over?” during the rehearsal. Casey's experience with weddings and families was incredibly beneficial in our case since we haven't been involved in many weddings, our cousin married us, and we had a large immediate family to coordinate. We would recommend this venue, and especially Casey coordinating, to any bride and groom looking for a personalized but budget-friendly wedding, especially with a large amount of guests traveling to Denver from out of state.

The Embassy Suites went above and beyond to make sure out wedding day was perfect! The staff was professional and friendly, and the food was delicious. The hotel was gorgeous, and we stayed well within our budget! We highly recommend the Embassy Suites Downtown Denver for anyone looking for an excellent wedding venue!

The Embassy Suites provided the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony and reception! We had 160 guests attend, many of which were staying at the hotel. Everyone had nothing but compliments about the wedding. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely beautiful! We brought in centerpieces, but had no additional decorating since the hotel already looked stunning! Teresa, our wedding coordinator, made wedding planning fun and simple. She helped us personalize our wedding, making sure everything was perfect so that we didn't have to worry about a thing! She was fun, professional and made sure we were stress free from beginning to end! The wait staff and the bartenders were excellent! The day was absolutely wonderful, and we owe so much of that to everyone who helped at the Embassy Suites, especially Teresa Osinski! Not only did we stay within our budget, but we were pampered, enjoyed first class food, drinks and service! We look forward to going back on our anniversary and recommend the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!

Deb, my wife, and I had our second reception, a cocktail party, following our wedding and reception at Red Rocks earlier in the day, at Embassy Suites, Downtown, Denver. From the moment we met with the Embassy team we knew we had the right venue. They were excellent in explaining their service, showing us how much it was going to cost, and how the options would be laid out for service provision. We knew it would stretch our budget, but to throw a party of a lifetime it was worth it for us. I must say the service provision, quality of the food and drink, were to notch. All our guests were telling us that was the best wedding they'd ever been to and it had a lot to do with the Embassy Suites team!
I am a wedding photographer, and I have photographed over 400 weddings in Chicago, the service here was among the top venues I have seen!
If you want a top notch party, with all the bells and whistles, I would expand your budget for you and your guests, you'll be glad you did!

I want to start by saying that my husband and I had viewed a few different locations for our reception and we thought we had decided on a place. This was until we arrived at the Embassy Suites.

Casey was there to greet us - with champagne! We immediately felt welcome and it didn't take us long to let each other know this was where we wanted to spend out special night and we knew Casey was going to be the best even coordinator we could ask for!

Casey noted that first day, during my many questions, that it was exactly 1 year to the date of our wedding! He absolutely let us know that he was putting care and concern into our special day!

I believe we sent in the contract the next day. Everything we could have wanted Embassy Suites and Casey were there to help with!

It was a huge plus that booking with the Embassy Suites so much of the reception was already taken care of! We didn't have to go though additional vendors for glasses, plates, cutlery and even had linens we could use if we choose (we did go with a different company because I wanted specific colors). The food was AMAZING and Casey set up a tasting for us before hand with suggestions on the most popular dishes they serve.

Throughout the planning process Casey was there to answer any questions, suggest vendors and really help calm my fears about different situations.

Casey was ALWAYS quick with a response for everything. I truly cannot say enough good things about the way we felt during the process.

We had so many compliments from our guests ranging from the food, staff and fact that it was all located in one place. A friend of mine is pregnant and she was so thankful that once she was ready to call it a night she simply had to go up to the elevator to her room.
