We originally wanted a fall wedding that creatively blended our two family cultures. While we didn’t have a detailed vision for the reception, our top priorities were delicious food, good drinks, and great music. We explored venues from mountain towns to various locations around downtown Denver. One day, on a whim, we walked into the Limelight and instantly felt that we were in the right place. Throughout the planning process, we emphasized our desire for something "unique" that wouldn't feel like a corporate meeting room. While it technically is a ballroom, it certainly didn’t have that vibe. Although we brought in some rental tableware, floral arrangements, and decor, the room's wooden walls and overall atmosphere required very little additional decoration. From the lobby to the hallways, everything was fantastic. An added plus was the outside patio for cocktail hour and the opportunity to take rooftop photos at sunset. We booked the Limelight about a year in advance, and even though our point of contact changed during the planning, it never disrupted the process. Alicia and Amanda were amazing to work with, accommodating every one of our requests and answering all our detailed questions with patience and grace. Hannah and her team also provided excellent assistance with our hotel room block. Every detail was thoughtfully considered for our event. The team ensured that our table layout worked well with the number of guests, while still allowing staff to move easily among the tables for wine service. The chef even proactively provided guests with the option to choose their preferred beef cooking temperature for their selected entree. We also cannot overstate the convenience for out-of-town guests. With the Limelight located just steps away from Union Station and close to various fun spots around downtown, we truly made it easy for our guests. The Limelight truly overdelivered in every aspect, and we received an overwhelming number of compliments.

We had a wonderful experience working with the staff at the Maven. Their detailed organization and execution of the event was flawless! They provided a level of service that contributed to the overall success of our big day. From every detail from the linen to the lights, they created a memory we will cherish forever!

We used the Hyatt for a room block for our wedding, and we would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a room block. Mikey was our first point of contact, and he was so helpful in answering our questions and helping us compare between different options for our room block. We had many back and forth conversations before we committed to the block, and Mikey always had the time to answer our questions, even before we were paying customers. After we booked the room block, Susan became our new point of contact and she was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. She helped us get everything set up for the shuttle to and from our venue, and gave us weekly check ins to see how close we were to filling our room block. The shuttle to and from the hotel was extremely helpful, and hassle free. We only needed to provide departure times and have a trusted guest make sure everyone was on the bus before it left! Mikey and Susan graciously worked to comp us a suite on our wedding night, and it was even prepared with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne. The next morning, we happened to run into some of the hotel staff, and they were already eager to host us for our anniversary next year! If you’re considering multiple hotels for a wedding block, we would highly recommend the Hyatt. They went above and beyond to be sure we and our guests had a wonderful time.

The BEST choice for our wedding! We can’t say enough positive things about the Curtis hotel and staff that made our wedding perfect. From the minute we met Macy and her catering team, we knew we had found the perfect place. They made everything special, fun and a no brainer for us. The professionalism was top notch. All of our guests raved about the staff. The food, the service, the care that they took in making us feel special on our wedding day was incredible. Our guests are still talking about it. The attention to detail was evident. We could not have done better than choosing this team and property. Compared to other venues in downtown Denver, it was very affordable. The outdoor terrace made the perfect backdrop for our vows.

We worked with Morgan Conti at the Grand Hyatt for our June 2025 wedding and it was an unforgettable experience. Morgan was so easy to access during stressful planning times, even while going through a personal injury. The dedication was unbelievable, the professionalism was through the roof and my wife and I left feeling so taken care of. Our guests have mentioned numerous times how incredible the views are from the pinnacle club and constantly bring it up as a once-in-a-lifetime wedding experience. They did run out of tequila but I will blame my family of alcoholics for that one lol. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

Casey was absolutely amazing. He truly made the day such a memorable, easy, and enjoyable experience. He gave us options throughout the day but was not overbearing in the least. Casey explained everything beautifully to us and really put me at ease throughout the day. He has such a caring personality and really listened to all the input my (now) husband and I had. Casey was willing to meet with us multiple times through the planning process to show us the venue, rooms, or even to meet with our parents! It was an absolute joy working with him and the entire Embassy Suites team and would highly recommend getting married at the hotel.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and Kate. We had to rearrange the room block after our original wedding was postponed due to COVID-19. Kate made it so easy and stress free during a tough time. She has been so helpful, sweet and quick when responding to anything I need. The Source and Kate are simply incredible and I couldn't recommend them enough for your wedding needs!

My husband and I were trying to plan our wedding on a very limited budget. We wanted it to be nice and memorable but we only had $10,000 max to spend. We had a very hard time locating a nice venue, or any venue for that matter, that was within our budget, had catering, alcohol (or at least allowed us to bring some) and large enough for our guest list of 250+. After looking at a few places and feeling like I was going to have to "settle" and give up my dream wedding, I found the Holiday Inn Denver-East Stapleton hotel! Desiree Solano was our wedding coordinator, provided by the hotel. She was so fabulous, offering unique ideas to cut costs but keep it classy. In light of parents and inlaws telling her what they wanted, she listened to my desires intently as well as the desires of my husband and made some amazing compromises to appease everyone! I really just cannot say enough about the amazing customer service and flexibility of the hotel staff. Since our wedding, I have raved to all my friends about this wonderful wedding venue! They made me feel like a princess! Lastly, and most impressively, they were able to make the wedding look extremely expensive and didn't make me feel like I was marrying on a budget! I would recommend this venue any day!

Kellie our Catering Manager was amazing to work with. She thought of everything, even small details I would have never thought of. She is very detail oriented and made sure our special day was perfect. She also went above and beyond with helping que my bridal party when walking down the isle. Neil the Event Operation Manager was always around to make sure everything was setup correctly and ran smoothly. He added small extra touches like greeting me with complimentary Starbucks coffee and bottled water, candles on the cake table helped with all my audio visual needs. All staff members were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. We had a large wedding block as well and I was able to get a discounted rate for my friends and family. They had a wonderful time and couldn't stop raving about the rooms and the breakfast in Tiller's Kitchen & Bar. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out. There is a trail behind the hotel that has great spots for our wedding photos. We used the suite for both sides of the bridal party and they are spacious and offer a full view of the mountains. Who would have thought that some of my favorite photos are of us getting ready is the hotel suite. Overall my wedding was wonderful because of the Denver Marriott Westminster. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
