Greatest Staff Ever!

The staff here is amazing and treated us so well! We went for our honeymoon and were immediately greeted with a congratulations and 2 beers. After getting to our room, room service promptly arrived with champagne and berries. They have a complimentary wine hour each night with a sample dish from their restaurant, which was delicious both times we had it! Their morning coffee bar is well stocked and they have delicious pastries! Every interaction we had with any of the staff members was always exceptional and everyone was so helpful!

The Hotel Monaco, Panzano and especially ROBIN helped to make every minute of my wedding day absolutely spectacular! During my initial tour, I immediately decided I wanted Robin to help me plan the big day. She was super responsive during the entire year of the planning process and helped with everything from special ordering a pipe-and-drape for the alter to safely delivering all wedding gifts to our room during the reception. She is very detailed and organized with a positive, go-getter attitude. We selected a brunch themed wedding catered by Panzano. First was the reception in the wine cellar followed by a cocktail hour in the lounge with beautiful mini-quiches passed by waiters. Guests could build their own mimosa, bloody mary or fancy coffee at several stations. The icing on top (pun intended) was the phenomenal dessert buffet with a stunning cake made by Amy Sayles. The food and atmosphere were perfect. Everything was topped off by the beautiful hotel amenities: a luxurious suite, rose petals and champagne. You cannot choose a better venue!

One of the most important details for my now-husband and I to coordinate was the location of our first honeymoon night. We were staying in Denver one night before flying overseas to our honeymoon, and we wanted a hotel that was both cozy and special. We walked around downtown Denver for quite a while trying to locate something that worked for us and were surprised at how poor the customer service was at many of the major hotel chains that we went to.
We finally decided to quit our search for the day and go find something to eat. On our way back to our car, I spotted "Hotel Monaco" and asked my fiance if he wanted to try one more spot. Reluctantly, we agreed that we'd go in, but that was it for the day.
From the moment we walked into Hotel Monaco we were in awe. The foyer is gorgeous and welcoming and we were warmly greeted by the representative at the front desk. She was very apologetic that their luxury suites were rented out at that time, but invited us back to tour at specific times. She also told us all about the rooms and amenities...everything she could possibly do without being able to show us the rooms. After that, she gave vouchers for a complimentary appetizer at the hotel restaurant. When we walked out, we had already decided that our wedding night would be spent there. Customer service is a very big deal to my husband and I, and Hotel Monaco had already exceeded our expectations.
We did return for the tour, and immediately booked the room. Our experience during our stay was nothing but positive. They did a honeymoon "turn down" service, so when we walked into our room, it was decorated with rose petals, and there was complimentary champaigne and chocolate convered strawberries waiting for us with a hand written congratulatory note.
My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Hotel Monaco and their incredible customer service. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our wedding night!

Sarah McHugh and the staff at the Hotel Monaco were phenomenal. The restaurant, Panzano's, catered the wedding and the food was not only perfect and tasty but also very fresh. The staff worked with me and my sister to make sure that my neice who has a life-threatening peanut allergy did not get sick. Nothing with nuts was used in all the dinner preparations and even in the rehearsal dinner food. Just a great crew! Sarah oversaw all the details with professionalism and promptness and was always available for any detail question.

Reception dinner was a little pricey but completely worth the money. Robin, the reception coordinator, was so helpful and quick to respond. I honestly had nothing to worry about. She did an outstanding job of catering to us and made the evening go flawlessly.
