Black Mountain Lodge is such a beautiful place to have a wedding! And they really know what they're doing when it comes to organizing and making the night just flawless. We just had our wedding there and not only are all the staff just so nice and helpful and delightful, but also they really rolled with the different obstacles that we faced. When weather doesn't cooperate, they are on top of either fixing the timing or giving you ponchos to cover you for the chair lift up. Moving all the chairs inside when it's still raining is not at all an obstacle but equally gorgeous with their huge windows. Even if power goes out in the entire town, they keep the party going and your schedule on track and come up with solutions. Yep, we had an unlucky night but BML staff were that amazing that I wasn't worried in the slightest and continued to have the best night ever.

But most importantly the venue is just so gorgeous. They really decorated it so nicely with beautiful lights, tables and linen. Obviously the backdrop of the mountains could not be more cool-looking. They also have themselves quite the amazing chef because that food was delicious. Thanks for making my wedding night an absolutely perfect night to remember, and giving me nothing at all to worry about.

Black Mountain Lodge was the most magical place for our wedding. Not only does the scenery speak for itself, Meredith, Ansley and their staff make not only the say, but the whole experience seamless and stress free! The food is PHENOMENAL. Our guests RAVED about it. My husband and I chose prime rib and spinach stuffed salmon with au gratin potatoes. Even in my wedding dress I wanted seconds. The cocktail options are SOOOO GOOD! And, they make sure to have a plate of all options for you at the head table, so no pressure to eat during cocktail hour. All of your guests ride the chair lift to the venue, which was such a treat for everyone at our wedding! THEN, you also procession into your ceremony on the chair lift. Then you are greeted with the phenomenal mid Mountain Views as you get married to the love of your life. What more do you need! My husband and I would get married here a million times over!

We had our wedding at Black Mountain Lodge last week and we can't say anything except for "wow". We've been working with Meredith since we were engaged in 2018, and she is an absolute pleasure. The lodge itself is wonderful and people said it was easily the most unique wedding they'd ever been to. We had quite a few moving parts during our reception (oxygen bar, caricature artist, and other vendors) and it was handled perfectly. The food was spectacular and the wait staff were on top of everything and exceptionally friendly. If you're looking for a review for winter skiing/riding, A-Basin is also the place to be for that! Thanks to Meredith, the staff, the lift operators, the 6th Alley crew and everyone else for making it a weekend to remember!

Spectacular! The setting is so amazing on its own that you do not need much in the way of decorations. It just speaks for itself. Our guests LOVED riding the chair lift to get up to the venue. Meredith, the day-of coordinator and general excellent human being, was helpful and responsive. The food was incredible - excellent work by Chris and his team. I cannot speak more highly of our entire experience.

My Husband and I are native Coloradans, and had our first date snowboarding, so it was only fitting to have our wedding on one of the most beautiful ski mountains there is!! It's obvious that this venue is amazing, but Meredith the Venue Coordinator makes it even more so. She is professional, yet a total blast, while always accommodating, and being responsive to anything we needed. When we booked BML we knew there was a strong possibility of it snowing so much it could prevent our guests from getting to the venue, as well as just a short window of daylight in which to complete the ceremony and pictures. As a bride, I wanted everything to go perfectly and was constantly in contact with her, to have her ensure me everything would be perfect. True to her word, everything was perfect! The venue was set up exactly the way we wanted it, the guests were able to arrive on a beautiful bluebird day, and we had enough daylight!!! The cooks up at BML were just as wonderful as Meredith! They were able to make the food we wanted top notch, and our guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was! Their chicken and waffles is TO. DIE. FOR!!! If you want to have a real Colorado wedding, there is nowhere better than Black Mountain Lodge!!!!

We held our wedding at the Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin last week and had an absolutely amazing experience. Meredith, Chris, and the team are true professionals that know what it takes to make your special day work. They were flexible, caring, and patient throughout the process and helped us create a day that none of our guests will ever forget. The location is gorgeous, the food is sublime, and the staff were helpful and gracious. I would highly recommend Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin to anyone that is looking for a mountain wedding location. This venue is a hidden gem compared to all of the other big resorts. Huge thank you to Meredith for all of her hard work and for helping to make our wedding unforgettable and perfect!

We had the best experience, holding our wedding at the Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. The wedding coordinator, Meredith, took care of everything we needed, even though we changed things several times. The venue was beautiful both inside and out. All of our guests commented that it was the most beautiful setting they'd been to. The food was also outstanding. I couldn't say enough good things about this place, and the experience we had.

Meredith was really great to work with. She asked many questions to make sure that everything was exactly what we wanted. She did so well, I did not even need a coordinator for any part of my planning! I would definitely recommend getting married at Arapahoe Basin!
