The Manor House is an elegant, historic wedding venue located in Littleton, Colorado. It’s nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Ken-Caryl Valley. Guests will experience gorgeous views every way they turn at this beautifully restored mansion. The Manor House provides an on-site event manager to help you with your planning process, and oversee your special day.

Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 200 guests at this vintage-style venue. The Manor House sits on six beautiful acres that are exclusively yours for the day. You can exchange your vows outdoors with the amazing Denver skyline as your backdrop, or inside, near one of their cozy fireplaces. For your reception, you can dance the night away in their elegant ballroom.

History
This historic venue was built in 1914 by John Charles Shaffer and his wife Virginia Conser. It included 8,000 square feet and featured 20 rooms, six baths and an 80-foot-long living room with mirrored fireplaces at each end. The Shaffers hosted many prominent figures throughout the years, including President Theodore Roosevelt. There was a 110-foot flagpole behind The Manor House that had a light inside. When it was lit, it could be seen from Denver, and was used as a sign to the social community to join them for a grand celebration.
