We ordered a small two-tier wedding cake to complement a spread of dessert bites from our vendor, and our cake makers did a wonderful job! The cake was absolutely delicious beautifully baked, moist, and so flavorful. We received so many compliments on how yummy it was!

One of my favorite parts was the personalized toppers, they recreated our dogs (one of whom is a bird hunter), and even added a little woodcock on the cake, which was such a special and fun touch. The flowers were also gorgeous, with a lovely sparkle that added a subtle elegance.

The only thing I would change in hindsight is the tree that was placed on top of the cake. It was intended to represent a forest theme, but it felt a bit out of place and took away from the otherwise beautiful design. I wish I had seen it before they left, as I would have asked to skip that part and stick with just the flowers.

That said, the craftsmanship, flavor, and attention to detail were still excellent overall and I truly loved how the cake turned out. Thank you for making our day even sweeter!

The Makery did such a fantastic job with our wedding cake! We had a vision of what we wanted the cake to look like and the flavors we wanted - The Makery was able to make it happen! They were great to work with and were able to make our vision come to life! Plus the cake was the BEST cake I have ever had in my life (lemon cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting, YUM!). We had lots of extra cake leftover (on purpose) and had every intention to freeze some for our one year anniversary, but the cake was so good that we ate it all already!! Would highly recommend The Makery!

One of the best choices we made for our wedding cake and groom’s cake!! The cakes were so moist and full of flavor, our guests were sure to not leave any extra pieces! The Makery was easy to work with and they verified our order once again, prior to the wedding. Highly recommend!

We went into our appointment with NO idea of what exactly we wanted our wedding cake to entail. The Makery offered so many different flavors and combos to choose from for our tasting. After making a rough of the design, they sent a few different design options and let us have the final say. The cake was so moist and delicious. We got both cake and cupcakes for our guests. The only issue we had, was not eating enough cake at our wedding! Thankfully, they offer a separate and full honeymoon cake to be eaten after the actual wedding AND an anniversary cake on your one year anniversary. I highly recommended them - they did NOT disappoint!

So glad we went with The Makery. Probably one of the most fun parts of the wedding planning process was cake tasting! My MOH and I went cake tasting and it was quite a sweet adventure. This is an excellent bakery and I would definitely recommend.

We wanted to save money by doing Costco cakes even for our wedding cake, but decided to at least try a couple bakeries. When we worked with the Makery, they just had an awesome package and also wanted to make sure our vision came true! Their tasting and the discussion made us decide that saving money over having a great experience for our wedding wasn't worth it. So we got to have a BEAUTIFUL and absolutely TASTY wedding cake for our wedding and we would choose to work with them again over saving any kind of money!

The Makery really knocked it out of the park when it came to our wedding cake! We knew this was the one because they made DELICIOUS tasters, not just for the normal cakes but also for the gluten free ones! If you've never tasted a gluten free cake, let me just tell you that they're most often dry and cardboardy. Not this one!! Mmmmmmm.
And on top of that they made it sooooo pretty! We're so excited to come and get our anniversary cake next year (they make it fresh yay!).

Thank goodness for The Makery! Their work is just pure gold. They were super easy to work and went above and beyond with all the details for our wedding cake - Harry Potter-themed front with the back "curtain" opening up to a Star Wars theme making THE PERFECT Rebel Hallows wedding cake. Thank y'all so much for making our special day finish deliciously!

The cakes and cupcakes provided by The Makery were delicious and beautiful. They did exactly as I asked, the cake was so soft and decadent. We received many compliments on the cake. They were very professional and provided cake samples to take home that were labeled beautifully (thanks COVID) and the table and cake they set up was everything we wanted. Thank you! Will recommend and use their services in the future.
