Everything was beautiful day of the wedding. Communication with them throughout the entire process was always smooth, and everyone there was always happy to help. They listened to everything we wanted to do and were able to come up with ways to execute them. We used the same space for the ceremony and reception, and the ‘flip’ they did was amazingly swift. All of our guests loved the venue and so did we! -

We recently got married at the Manor House and had rave reviews - not only from our experience, but also from many guests in attendance!!
The venue is spectacular, warm, light, loungy, and fun. It's a beautiful blend of nature, history, and elegance. The staff is fantastic. Every detail is accounted for and the staff truly supports your day to be the best it can be. For us, having the food and beverage included was a highlight and made the day smooth and easy. All in all, we had an amazing time (planning through execution) and highly recommend this venue for anyone interested.

The Manor House is just the perfect Colorado venue. The views are breathtaking, the house itself is just beautiful, and the staff is so incredibly professional and helpful. The views in combination with the proximity to Denver is unbeatable. We also got so many compliments on the food and we loved having the guest house as an option for getting ready! Kylie was so sweet and helpful as our coordinator and everything went so smoothly and perfectly with her help. We could not recommend this venue enough and we are so happy with our decision to get married at the Manor House. -

We had our wedding at the Manor House in June 2022 and we knew the first time we saw it that it was the venue for us. It is a historic, elegant house with gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces. We felt a true celebration of nature there with 360 views. There is an elegant wrap-around patio with multiple fire pits and terraces for guests to wander and explore, a gorgeous indoor bar, indoor seating areas that are already decorated, and inclusive staff/services/table settings. We had so much fun at the tasting and it truly took so much stress off the wedding planning process to know that all of the coordination, catering, and staffing details were taken care of. Our wedding flowed perfectly from one part of the event to the next and every little detail was taken care of without us having to think about it on the day of. The food was delicious. We could just relax and enjoy the time with family. We live in Denver but most of our guests were from out of town. They were blown away by the venue and the incredible staff. Definitely check this venue out! -

The Manor House is more than just a venue, but a full, well-designed experience. Plan well in advance, as dates book up quickly - but for good reason! We were blown away by the Manor House experience, from our first tour through our wedding day and after. First off, Kylie was simply amazing to work with over the 1.5 years of planning our wedding - kind, funny, attentive, helpful, accommodating, and ridiculously super responsive. On the day, Kylie was always available and continually checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue is the perfect mixture of beauty, privacy, outdoor space, and A/C (clutch for a July wedding). Both the House and the Ballroom are stunning by themselves, and hardly need any decorating. The ceremony view cannot be beat - it gave our wedding planner goosebumps the first time she saw the view of Denver through the Hogbacks. We also loved all the services provided - it made planning so much easier! All the food was delicious - we had a hard time narrowing down our dinner and app choices. The spaces for getting ready were well-stocked and comfy. We heard from our guests well after our wedding what a wonderful time they had and how impressed they were with the Manor House. -

We absolutely LOVED having The Manor House as our wedding venue. It is a gorgeous venue, with a rich history and amazing staff. You get access to the entire mansion plus the guesthouse next door if you decide to use it. You get views of red rocks, Denver and the rolling foothills. The have a new gorgeous reception ballroom. They were very easy to work with and very professional. -

Kylie was our coordinator at The Manor House and she was amazing! She answered every question thoroughly and quickly and was really there for me in my stressed out moments trying to plan (in COVID nonetheless). We had so many compliments on the beauty of the venue and how well everything was put together. I am so happy we went with this vendor. The only negative thing I would say (which is hardly a big deal) was we had to put everyone’s food choices on the place cards so no one can change their mind if they wanted. I haven’t attended many weddings this way but I’ve heard some venues do this it was just new to me. With COVID going on and how normal we got to have our wedding and how easy they accommodated that is hardly a big deal and I was so happy that was the only “issue.” This place is amazing and highly recommend it !! -

An absolute dream come true!
An absolutely exceptional experience! Wedding planning during COVID-19 was no joke, but The Manor House went above and beyond to make sure we were able to safely accomplish our wedding. Though we had a few bumps, they truly made our experience stress free and so easy! They have the day of the wedding down to a science and there was not a single thing that we had to worry about which made it even more unforgettable! We highly recommend this wedding venue and a special thanks for our day of coordinator, Kylie! She was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We could not be happier with how our wedding experience went and are so grateful for Kylie and the Manor House! -

I am BEYOND happy and grateful for our experience with The Manor House for our wedding on August 18, 2020. When we got engaged in January 2019, I started doing my venue research and filling out my spreadsheets (as all of us Type A brides do) and instantly fell in LOVE with The Manor House. I was hard pressed to find a more beautiful, welcoming, and unique venue in Colorado, not to mention one with the glowing reviews and reputation that this venue held. It was the first and only venue we toured and we knew it would be the perfect location for us to celebrate our special day!
Throughout the planning process, Kylie was exceptional to work with! She was always very professional, friendly, responsive, and willing to work with us and accommodate our special requests. Honestly, with the amount of weddings they host every week, I was shocked at her timely responses and genuine thoughtfulness into my questions and concerns.
Then the PANDEMIC hit and all hell broke loose for our wedding - all of my corona brides know exactly what I'm talking about. However, The Manor House handled everything with grace and flexibility and I am SO thankful for their management team. I received regular communication regarding state regulations and what they could accommodate for our wedding. At one point, the manager even called me on my cell phone to simply check in and see how I was doing/feeling with everything happening. If that isn't going the extra mile, I don't know what is. : ) When we finally made the decision to change our original wedding date from May to August, The Manor House was quick to offer us new dates at no additional charge/fee and work with us to find a new date that would allow us to keep all of our vendors as well and as many guests as the state would allow.
In the weeks leading up to our wedding, both Kylie and Amber (our day of coordinator) made themselves very available, communicated regularly, and supported us in an otherwise stressful and overwhelming time. They made several accommodations for us due to COVID19 and handled everything with a smile and kind word. I am so grateful for both of their hard work and effort, as I know this is not an easy time for them and they never let any stress or frustration seep into our interactions.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, in large part to The Manor House, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to any bride looking for a venue in Colorado! A HUGE thank you to Kylie and Amber for helping us succeed in having our dream wedding during the pandemic - You both were exceptional and a joy to work with throughout the entire experience! -

Weddings are stressful enough without having to deal with one during a pandemic. Do you postpone, do you not, how many people do you have - I feel for brides during this time. My daughter recently got married at The Manor House - as the mother of the bride, I can say without ANY hesitation I highly recommend The Manor House. They are a class act from start to finish. Food, service, communication, wait staff, you name it everyone was on top of their game and they work together as a team to make the day very special for the bride, groom, families, and guests. It's well worth the wait to book - you will not be disappointed! -

My husband fell in love with the location and look of this venue before we’d ever visited. I knew not to get my hopes up until we interacted with the staff and they answered a few of my questions (mainly if they would do an all vegan menu). Being a destination couple, I was really worried about communication, but from the moment we started communicating with them it was a breeze! When we finally did our first site visit I was stunned, the house and the grounds are splendid. There is lots of space, but it is decorated in a way that creates plenty of spots for small conversations and the ballroom has pretty great acoustics. When it came to discussing the all vegan menu, I was pleasantly met with “this is something we are seeing more requests for and we would love to work with you on this”. After a little bit of time, as the chef created a menu and tested different options, we were given options for our tasting that I would find at any vegan restaurant of caliber. When we came back for our tasting, I was blown away. Every single thing we tasted was incredible and even my omni and picky mother was delighted. For the mains we went with a carrot osso buco and mushroom risotto, and we are still receiving compliments from guests about the food. We worked with Kylie for the majority of the time leading up to our big day and she was with us during the rehearsal and all day during our wedding. She was always pleasant and professional the whole time. There were a couple of times where we wished she’d given a little more direction (the grooms party was a little lost - but the bridesmaids were extremely well attended to, none of our guests were invited to watch us cut our cake, and we had to direct everyone to our big exit), but overall was attentive and understanding of our needs. She worked with us to make sure all of our handmade details were showcased exactly as we wanted them and that my special requests were met. -

WOW. That is the first word that comes to mind after just having our wedding at this marvelous venue. I think we can all agree, if you have been there, that this venue is a show stopper from the moment you see it sitting on top of the hill, to when you pull through its luxurious gates and finally the moment you walk in the front door. This place has more character, charisma and coziness (especially with all of the fireplaces on) than any other venue I looked at. Your guests will be gawking the whole night about how wonderful the venue is, heck, I am still receiving calls and comments about it. Plus, they are an all-service venue so food and drink are done in-house. Perhaps you pay a bit more for that, but to have the ease of mind knowing food, drink and all of the servers it takes to run a smooth wedding, are things you do not have to plan for or worry about makes for less brain-drain. Seriously!
Now, if you think the venue is WOW, wait until your wedding is over and you reflect back on the service you received at said spectacular venue. WOWZA! Kelley and her team are true professionals that have been running this well-oiled machine for some time now and it shows. I never for a moment worried about something not going right, food not being hot, guests not being served drinks in a timely manner. The night was beyond smooth. I cannot talk enough about how smooth it was. Flawless. Again, so many of our guests kept commenting on how good the food was, how impeccable the service was (start to finish) and how quick the bar was. This is truly the BEST establishments in Denver to have your wedding at. -

My husband and I had such a lovely brunch wedding on June 23, 2019 at the Manor House in Littleton!! The Manor House was everything we could have wanted and more in a wedding venue. Our day of coordinator Kylie made sure everything went smoothly and was such a pleasure to work with throughout our wedding planning process. Our friends and family are still raving about the food offerings (the waffles and the crab cake Benedict were DIVINE!). This venue hosts a lot of weddings, but ours still felt special and so true to us and the vision we had for our perfect day. This venue is also stunning, with views of downtown Denver perfectly placed between the hills in the backyard of the house. So so happy we chose the Manor House, and forever grateful for the staff for making us feel so special and celebrated, and for making sure everything went smoothly all day (from ceremony to wedding exit!). We really cannot recommend this venue enough!! -

As soon as we drove up the road to The Manor House, my (now husband) partner and I fell in love! Everyone we worked with was wonderful, and everything in the wedding planning and process went so smoothly. They answered all our questions quickly, and many things are very common sense. The property is stunning, the food was AMAZING (esp. the beef wellingtons), and all our pictures turned out so versatile because everywhere you go is a new shot with so many possibilities. The whole space was ours so we weren't sharing with another wedding, and we really felt like we were the most important and only people there. My husband and I had drinks in hand from their staff as soon as the ceremony was over while we took pictures during cocktail hour. They made sure to bring us some of the appetizers as well, while our guests mingled. Then they had a plate of apps waiting for us at our table, and brought us our dinner (while we had buffet style for all our guests). Those little things just made the whole night smooth and amazing, and it made us feel so special. Now I hope we get to be guests of a wedding hosted here so we can enjoy this venue again! -

The Manor House was the perfect, all-inclusive venue for our big day!
It was very high on my list just from the pictures, but we had seen very similar venues that didn’t live up to their pictures online. When we pulled up to the venue, we were very impressed. The Manor was just as grand in person, and was obviously very well maintained.
Once we stepped inside the reception hall, I knew it was the one. We wanted an outdoor wedding, but needed a venue that had a good plan B indoors as well. The reception hall was gorgeous and we both would have been happy to be married in front of the fireplace (luckily we were able to get married outside).
We worked with two amazing women that helped us with every little detail. Kylie helped us from the very beginning to nail down the logistics and get an estimate on costs, etc. We worked with Amber the final weeks leading up to the big day, she really helped us nail down our timeline, and all the details we had overlooked! Both Kylie and Amber were very responsive and patient – I probably asked them over 100 questions – but they answered every single one of them.
We had a great rehearsal and left all of our décor the night before the wedding. On the big day I barely gave it another thought – I knew Amber had everything taken care of. My bridal party and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Amber came into the cottage while we were getting ready and gave us updates throughout the morning.
When we went to the main house – all the décor was perfect! Amber did such an amazing job! All afternoon and evening, the staff was very thoughtful and attentive. All of our guests raved about the service, and the food was incredible!
After the reception was over – we had cake packaged up in our cottage. This was the perfect thoughtful touch because neither of us had any cake – the night just went too fast! By morning all of our décor was already packaged up (and with care – all of the items I had wrapped up were returned to me wrapped up, which I really appreciated).
I can’t think of a single thing I would have done differently, or anything the staff could have done to make it any better. The staff really made our big day perfect!!

We knew we wanted to have our dream wedding at The Manor House as soon as we walked into the Fall 2017 Showcase Open House...this venue is the most stunning, breathtaking place I have ever seen. Our winter, January wedding, ceremony and reception were both held in the Great Room, and it couldn't have been any better. We added winter wonderland elements to the incredible architecture that makes up The Manor House. Kelley Case was wonderful. She worked with us to coordinate everything, all the way through the planning process. She was also our Day-Of Coordinator. She personally kept the gorgeous Christmas decorations up, as she knew that is what I wanted, even though she needed to take them down in one night before the next day's bride who did not want the decorations left up. Kelley kept everything moving smoothly, even with the first snowstorm of the season. She was so sweet and helped to bustle my dress when there were issues. I couldn't have asked for a better Wedding coordinator. The food was delicious and met our dietary wishes, the setup was perfect and timely, and the entire Manor House team was so friendly and wonderful. The Manor House made for an incredible backdrop for our photos. Definitely THE place to get married! -

The perfect wedding
Breathtaking - our wedding was absolutely breathtaking because of The Manor House. From our first call with The Manor House team, Joe and I knew our wedding was going to be perfect. Kylie and her team made everything so easy for us. I felt as if I had to simply show up and everything was already handled. Kylie was so helpful with the decision making process, especially with us being out of state. I felt completely taken care of the entire planning process. I stepped into the space the afternoon of our wedding and was instantly blown away. The venue is immaculate. The fire places were roaring, the space was so welcoming and cozy, every detail down the the flatware and lanterns were absolute perfection. The staff that handled our wedding was incredible. Countless guests commented on how inviting and polite The Manor House team was that evening. I did not have a single worry the day of our wedding because I knew it was all handled. The food was incredible and the ambience was unparalleled. I could not have dreamed up a more perfect wedding. -

My now husband and I booked The Manor House for our October wedding. We loved them from the get go because they are all inclusive and took care of absolutely everything! Our goal was to make sure our parents and guests didn’t have to worry about anything and could just relax and have a good time. Kelly, the manager, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was very responsive to emails and any concerns or questions we had. I would highly reccommend The Manor House to any bride that doesn’t want to go through the process of coordinating multiply vendors. -

My husband and I first found our venue online since we are from NYC and wanted to narrow our search before seeing sites in person. We visited 6 sites in total but as we drove up the hill through the M & H gates we were blown away. The exterior is stunning and speaks for itself. Inside is equally as spectacular and will ensure you have an incredible plan B should you need one due to weather. The site has amazing history, everything looks incredibly clean and up to date and each room you enter has a unique vibe and feel than the one before. We had 123 guests in total which was extremely comfortable and allowed for space for our 7 piece band and enough room on the dance floor. At the start we were thinking we may get 180-200. Although this would be tight Kelley and Kylie came up with 3 different floor plans and went back and forth with us several times to ensure we were comfortable with the layout while also continuing to plan from hundreds of miles away. Speaking of the staff, the real beauty and perfection of the site is them! Kelley, Kylie and all the wait staff and bar tenders are top notch. They answer in a timely manner, go above and beyond in terms of service and blew me away with their professionalism as a fellow event planner myself. Kelley who is the GM was there through it all, kept me calm while my stress creeped in during the rehearsal two days prior and was on the reception floor serving meals to our guests on our wedding night. We truly can’t believe we were fortunate enough to find the Manor House and have our wedding there. Thank you to all involved , and please if you have any doubts about where to book know that the Manor House in Littleton, CO will not disappoint.

Chrissy Sent on 10/25/2017The Manor House is such a historic and beautiful place to have a wedding. When we were looking at venues nothing else compared for us. On top of having aesthetic appeal the staff was amazing! I was out of town for my wedding and they were flexible with my timeline so that the tasting and final walk through were convenient and manageable.
Kelley was our main contact and she was wonderful. She made sure that we had all of the details and that everything was perfect. She really took the time to make sure that it was the best day and it was so exciting to see her there the day of as well to guide us through anything we needed.
In the beginning stages of planning they provide you with a preferred vendor list to help with everything and all of the vendors that they recommended and we used were wonderful! They also have on site catering and bar staff which helps so much with the planning. All of the pricing was very up front and considering everything was of amazing value. There were no hidden fees or extra costs like there can be at other venues.
On the day of the wedding we rented the cottage and I highly recommend doing this. We were able to be on site at noon since there was not another event the day prior and it was so much fun to bond with the families and there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready. They even brought over champagne for everyone! The Manor House also provided an amazing backdrop for photos the day of the wedding.
After the wedding, the staff boxed everything up that we had brought with us and brought it over to the cottage right away which was easy to gather everything to take home. They provide a full set up and take down service which made it so easy to just relax and enjoy the day!
It was beyond all of my expectations and it was so exciting to see everything come together and looks so amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about The Manor House and the staff. Wonderful place to get married!!! -

We fell in love with the beauty of the house and the location. The price was well worth what was included. Since our wedding was during November in Colorado, we would not know what the weather would be like until that day. The Manor House gave the opportunity of an indoor, outdoor, or even heated tent option for both the ceremony and the reception. The Manor House included all the necessary chairs and tables needed. They provided the caterer and all the linens and china needed for the reception. The staff were friendly and professional. One of the best things about the Manor House is that the total cost included the staff setting up and tearing down. Our wedding day was a magical day, and the Manor House really contributed to making our special day so wonderful. -

My groom and I sort of stumbled upon the Manor House during our Denver venue search. I actually wrote them off initially because I assumed they'd be outside the range we wanted to spend -- but we ended up discovering that they had a fabulous winter sale going and we jumped on it and booked a December wedding. Christmas is my groom's favorite holiday / time of year. We decided to go with a Christmas theme and the Manor House actually decorated the entire house (inside and out, other than the main ballroom) for Christmas -- free of charge! Throughout the process, our coordinator (Amber) was responsive, kind, and helpful. They were super organized and handled almost everything -- including the meal, drink service, and set-up/tear-down. The day of our wedding ended going off literally without a hitch and all of our guests RAVED about what a beautiful venue it was and what a wonderful night they had. The venue even surprised us with a few fun perks day-of that we weren't expecting, which really added to the experience and the magic of the day. We felt so taken care of and the event felt FAR more expensive than it actually was. Can't say enough about it! Thank you to Amber and the rest of the team for giving us such a beautiful wedding day!

This venue is absolutely stunning! My now-husband and I were sold on it from the moment we set foot on the property for our first visit. Kelley and Kylie were very accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the planning process. They were so patient with me, answered all of my questions, and responded to emails in a timely manner.I planned our event without a designated wedding planner, and these ladies helped fill in the gaps and assisted with many of the details. When my RSVP fell through for our tasting, they made accomodations for our party of 4 without a hitch. The day of our wedding, it rained. And then it rained again. I am so appreciative of the hard work Kelley and her team put in to keep our guests comfortable and entertained while we waited out the storm and that she realized how important it was to us to have our wedding outdoors. Kelley worked very closely with the rest of our vendors to make changes and accommodations to our timeline to ensure that everything still ran smoothly, despite the delay. We received so many compliments on this venue and would highly recommend it for your CO wedding!

She and her staff were on top of every detail and made sure that everything fell in to place perfectly on the big day. We did not have to worry about ANYTHING. I swear, as a bride, I actually slept well knowing that she had things under control! Plus, the VIEWS from the house are incredible-- so breathtaking! All our guests said it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to. And the food was SO GOOD! We bought the least expensive package available and were very impressed with the quality, taste, and quantity available. It was my dream wedding, thanks to the Manor House, and I would do it all over again in a heart beat! -

We rented the Manor House for a Thursday wedding in December. Because it was a Thursday, it was a comparatively good deal for the venue fee and the food and beverage minimum. They also offer a military discount for the venue fee - which we benefited from. I cannot say enough how beautiful the entire mansion is and the views of the surrounding mountains. The house was decorated for the holiday season and it looked especially pretty. We had a big snowfall the night before the wedding so it looked like a winter wonderland. We had an indoor wedding ceremony in the ballroom and during our cocktail hour in the rest of the mansion, they flipped the ballroom decor for the reception. As vinophiles, we decided to have them order cases of specific wines and champagnes from their list for our event - and we skipped the other alcohol bar package options. We are also big foodies and were very pleased with their Chef’s meals! We rented the beautiful cottage next door the night before and after the wedding - it made getting ready easy for the wedding party. Our wedding coordinator Katie was organized and made sure our wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony and the rest of the evening went without any glitches. My only regret is not doing better coordination with the venue about our French wedding cake - the catering staff were not familiar with how to serve it. A couple constructive points for Manor House: it would be better to leave out water glasses throughout the reception time for thirsty guests and to proactively initiate cake cutting proceedings. The cake cutting started late and some guests had already left by then. -

Monique Sent on 06/28/2012I could not have found a better venue for my wedding. The manor house was beautiful and scenic. The staff was friendly, professional and they helped make the night just flow so easily. I would highly recommend the manor house to anyone that is looking for a "in the mountains old world charm" type of venue. The only down sides that I could possibly point out is that the dance floor in the tent is a little small and you have to move your wedding inside the house at around 9:30 because of the noise ordinance in the area. But otherwise I have no complaints! -

Cydney Sent on 10/26/2011The Manor House is one of the most gorgeous places located in the Denver Metro area. It surpasses most anything I have ever seen. The moment I stepped onto the grounds my breath was instantly taken away and I knew I had to have my wedding here.
It's a pretty penny...but completely worth every cent! Kelley and her staff take great pride in ensuring that your every detail is met. I was even surprised when I found a bottle of my favorite wine in the bridal suite. It really meant a lot to know she was listening close and taking notes.
The day ran very smooth...we were running ahead of schedule, which was nice. The staff even took care of a small hiccup when my nephew got sick during the reception...had I not seen it with my own eyes, I doubt I would have ever even known.
I would 100% recommend The Manor House to anyone! It was everything I dreamed of and more!

I knew as soon as I set foot in the Manor House last summer that I wanted to be married there. This venue did stretch our budget, but in the end, the service that the staff provided was worth every penny. Not a lot of venues will provide tableside service, coat check, etc. It was the little things that added up. In the end, you get what you pay for, and although this venue is pricier than other DIY places, I found it to be 100% worth it to have a team of experienced staff behind me on the big day.
We worked primarily with Amber and Mackenzie, and both made the experience as stress free as possible.
The Manor House has it down to a science.
