The Highlands Ranch Mansion is a historic wedding venue located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado that exudes charm and character with tons of space and opportunities to host the wedding you’ve always imagined. The Mansion is surrounded by picturesque landscaped grounds, expansive vistas, and architectural details. When you host your wedding at the Highlands Ranch Mansion, you have exclusive use of the property. The Mansion has a strong connection to its Western heritage and is surrounded by more than 200 acres of ranchland.
Facility and Capacity
The Highlands Ranch Mansion offers numerous indoor and outdoor settings for your wedding ceremony and reception. The Mansion is 27,000 square feet and accommodates up to 250 guests. The Great Hall is the Mansion’s largest and most flexible space that can be used for your wedding. The room features high ceilings, exposed wood beams, and stone and brick wall accents throughout. There is plenty of space for a dance floor and a DJ or full band, based on your needs. Outdoor ceremonies and receptions can be held in the elegant garden and gazebo, on the patio, or on the front lawn. Two private dressing suites, located on separate levels of the venue, are available for couples to use. There is ample parking and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Services Offered
The Highlands Ranch Mansion has a list of approved full-service caterers for you to choose from. All alcoholic beverages are purchased through the Mansion. Tables and chairs for up to 225 guests are included with your rental, and will be set up in advance of your event.
History
First built in 1891, the Mansion has been home to cattle barons, oil tycoons, prominent Denver socialites, as well as political and business leaders who helped create the Colorado we know today. This elegant western estate is decorated in a range of historic periods representing the many families that lived at the Mansion.
Location
The Highlands Ranch Mansion is located less than 20 miles from downtown Denver. For out-of-town guests, the Denver International Airport is a 45-minute drive away.

The most perfect day
The staff we worked with, Courtney and Christina, were quick to respond to all of our emails and were wonderful to work with. Christina was the one to help us with our day of event and it all went so smoothly because of her and her team.
Finally, I can say that the mansion has a set list of caterers and I actually found this very helpful when picking vendors. I had such piece of mind knowing that the day of my wedding would have vendors that were actually familiar with the mansion. It was stress free because of this.
I would highly recommend the mansion as a wedding venue for anyone who wants an elegant, beautiful, and memorable day.

Stunning Wedding Venue
There are almost too many choices for where you can have your ceremony, but you can't go wrong with any of them. We got married in December with live musicians, so we used the Solarium and it was an excellent backdrop for our ceremony.
Both the bride and groom have access to great suites to get ready in. They are on separate floors, so you will not see each other unless you make that choice.
The reception hall has ample space to host dinner and dancing. We had ~100 people and did not need to move tables out of the way to provide a dance floor after dinner.
The mansion provides a stunning background - inside and outside - for any special event. So happy we got married here!
Last note: the bathrooms at the mansion are top notch as well. At some of the mansions around town, you'll only find single occupancy restrooms. Here you have full, modern bathrooms.

Working with the attentive staff at the Highlands Ranch Mansion was a breeze; they transformed our dreams into reality- even when it rained all day and we had to move our ceremony inside.
