The Mansion is surrounded by picturesque landscaped grounds, expansive vistas, and architectural details. When you host your wedding at the Highlands Ranch Mansion, you have exclusive use of the property. The Mansion has a strong connection to its Western heritage and is surrounded by more than 200 acres of ranchland.
Facility and Capacity
The Highlands Ranch Mansion offers numerous indoor and outdoor settings for your wedding ceremony and reception. The Mansion is 27,000 square feet and accommodates up to 250 guests. The Great Hall is the Mansion’s largest and most flexible space that can be used for your wedding. The room features high ceilings, exposed wood beams, and stone and brick wall accents throughout. There is plenty of space for a dance floor and a DJ or full band, based on your needs. Outdoor ceremonies and receptions can be held in the elegant garden and gazebo, on the patio, or on the front lawn. Two private dressing suites, located on separate levels of the venue, are available for couples to use. There is ample parking and the venue is wheelchair accessible.
The Highlands Ranch Mansion has a list of preferred full-service caterers for you to choose from. All alcoholic beverages are purchased through the Mansion. Tables and chairs for up to 225 guests are included with your rental, and will be set up in advance of your event.
First built in 1891, the Mansion has been home to cattle barons, oil tycoons, prominent Denver socialites, as well as political and business leaders who helped create the Colorado we know today. This elegant western estate is decorated in a range of historic periods representing the many families that lived at the Mansion.
The Highlands Ranch Mansion is located less than 20 miles from downtown Denver. For out-of-town guests, the Denver International Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
