Nestled in the Rocky Mountain foothills, our property and newly renovated Clubhouse offer stunning mountain views and personalized hospitality for a breathtaking and blissful wedding day.
Facilities and Capacity
Hiwan Golf Club provides versatile event spaces for up to 200 guests, including a spacious ballroom for dancing. The Garden room offers an intimate atmosphere, and rustic outdoor areas with tents are also an option. We can customize spaces for various events like bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions. Private preparation rooms are available for the couple as well.

This was my second time at Hiwan Golf Club and I have to say that I really enjoyed working at this venue. The upstairs hall is the perfect size, not too big so that my "sound" gets lost to a huge ceiling and makes the crowd feel sparse because the dance floor is so big. Everything felt intimate enough and the backdrop was gorgeous. As a DJ who has worked at a lot of venues, here are some key features that make this one of my favorite places: 1. The staff- Everyone was friendly, willing to help and even danced in the bar to my music. 2- Easy access to load and unload with an actual ramp right to the reception hall. 3- Quick access to the locker rooms so there's plenty of space to change clothes without getting in the way of people using the toilets; And access to a shower! Sometimes I have 2 events in a day so the option to shower here is great. 4. Location- Evergreen feels remote with beautiful vistas, but Hiwan is not far off the main road, and you can get back to the metro area within 20 minutes which creates the best of both worlds for vendors and guests who have to drive home after the wedding.
