Facilities and Capacity
The Hiwan Golf Club features enough space for you to invite up to 200 of your friends and family to join you on the property. Indoor spaces such as the ballroom can accommodate a bit more with a maximum capacity of 300. This space is perfect for dancing the night away with your guests after the ceremony is over. For more intimate gatherings, the Garden room provides the perfect hideaway. For a rustic outdoor experience, couples can utilize the available tented areas. Regardless of whether you prefer an indoor or an outdoor setting, the team can help customize the spaces so that you have the perfect bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception setting that meets your needs. If the couple would like a private setting to prepare in, rooms can be provided for that as well.

It's always a pleasure when we have the chance to work with this company. We highly recommend!
This was my second time at Hiwan Golf Club and I have to say that I really enjoyed working at this venue. The upstairs hall is the perfect size, not too big so that my "sound" gets lost to a huge ceiling and makes the crowd feel sparse because the dance floor is so big. Everything felt intimate enough and the backdrop was gorgeous. As a DJ who has worked at a lot of venues, here are some key features that make this one of my favorite places: 1. The staff- Everyone was friendly, willing to help and even danced in the bar to my music. 2- Easy access to load and unload with an actual ramp right to the reception hall. 3- Quick access to the locker rooms so there's plenty of space to change clothes without getting in the way of people using the toilets; And access to a shower! Sometimes I have 2 events in a day so the option to shower here is great. 4. Location- Evergreen feels remote with beautiful vistas, but Hiwan is not far off the main road, and you can get back to the metro area within 20 minutes which creates the best of both worlds for vendors and guests who have to drive home after the wedding.
