Facilities and Capacity
Couples can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests at this breathtaking venue. It has an outdoor pavilion, perfect for the ceremony or post-ceremony dancing and celebrations. This flagstone-paved covered area features Pikes Peak in the background that is ideal for those memorable wedding day photos. For an indoor affair, the Great Room features expansive windows that envelope the room, offering guests impeccable views of the mountains. Furthermore, the Clubhouse features a rock fireplace, wooden beams, iron chandeliers, and soaring ceilings that add to the rustic Colorado feel. For cocktail hour, there is a beautiful outdoor terrace where your guests can sip drinks and mingle.
Services Offered
This all inclusive, full-service venue offers professional wedding consultants to help you with the planning process. The wedding packages include complimentary valet parking for your guests, champagne toast, votive candles, cake cutting and a coffee service. Your guests are also invited to celebrate you and your partner with a champagne flute in hand. Additional services available to you include an on-site coordinator, clean up and set up, and event rentals such as tables, chairs, china, and glassware.

This exquisite venue offers a variety of menus, from a Colorado BBQ buffet to elegant passed hors d'oeuvres. If you don't see what you had in mind, they'll also create a menu tailored specifically to you. Sample plated entrees include:

LOVELY! You won’t regret it!
The venue itself is stunning with a perfect mixture of nature while still being elegant enough for a formal wedding if you want to do it up! But what really made it exceptional was how easy and stress-free the whole planning process felt. The team was flexible, accommodating, and never once made us feel like just another event despite how seamlessly and expertly run they have everything. It still felt entirely personalized and unique to us and our desires for the day. Every question was answered quickly, every change met with understanding, and every piece of the day was handled with care.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Our guests are still raving about it and let’s be honest, that’s rare at weddings! Everything from the appetizers to the entrees was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and delicious. Again, ZERO regrets. Would dine here a million times over.
Sanctuary was worth every single penny. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the staff made us feel taken care of in every way. If you’re considering this venue—don’t hesitate. It was the easiest decision to have our wedding out of the entire wedding process and the BEST decisions we made. The Sanctuary has hundreds of 5-star reviews FOR A REASON. They are the BEST. Just do it - you will NOT regret it

Amazing Venue and Staff
The venue itself is breathtaking, offering stunning views that added to the magic of our special day. The staff was not only professional but also attentive and accommodating. One small downside was that the lighting in some areas could have been a bit brighter, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.
The food at The Sanctuary was exceptional, impressing not just us but all of our guests. Every dish was delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. We highly recommend The Sanctuary for anyone looking for a magical wedding experience.
Overall, Julie and her team at The Sanctuary went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Their dedication and hard work truly shined through, and we are grateful for their part in creating such a memorable celebration for us and our loved ones.
A beautiful space with an amazing team
Other things that we were especially impressed by: the food was amazing, which is one of the reasons we booked with them. We're glad to report that they lived up to expectations - we still have guests sending us pictures of steaks, telling us "not as good as Sanctuary's." The Pavilion is such a unique and visually interesting space that makes for a fun dance party.
We could gush for hours about how positive our experience was, so suffice it to say Sanctuary comes highly recommended. Again, a special shoutout to Julie for shepherding us through!

Incredible venue!!!
We were so impressed by all of the Sanctuary’s staff members. A special shout out to Sarah who soothed our 3-year-old ring bearer when he was having a meltdown prior to walking down the aisle. She is a child whisperer. Everyone’s service and positivity throughout the night was extremely professional and very much appreciated. We received so many compliments from our guests about the 5-star service and the amazing food! The food at both our cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic!
We cannot recommend this venue enough! You will be well taken care of and feel like a part of the Sanctuary family before your wedding is over.

We love performing at Sanctuary. The views are spectacular and the staff are professional and great to work with. We have performed dozens of weddings and special events at Sanctuary at Daniels Park.
As a full-time wedding celebrant, the Sanctuary Golf Course is one of my favorite places to celebrate a wedding. Most couples prefer to have their ceremony outside, yet too often road noise or other distractions intrude. The Sanctuary offers a place of beauty and solitude, and I have always found their wedding planners to be friendly and accommodating. If the weather goes south, their "Option B" (pavilion) offers warmth and intimacy.
We love weddings at the Sanctuary Golf Course! Events flow easily here due to a great layout of the venue with inside and outside options for various portions (ceremony, cocktails, dinner & dancing). There's plenty of room for our bigger dance bands, a good sized and well placed dance floor, and our smaller dance bands also fit well for more intimate affairs. The venue provides a wireless microphone with built-in speaker system for toasts & speeches. Another huge plus that makes the Sanctuary stand out as a venue is that they offer a dedicated day-of event manager. This helps to ensure everything flows smoothly so brides & grooms can focus on celebrating, and leave the timing & details to the venue and The Fever's emcee. Reesa is friendly, flexible and working with her is a pleasure! Highly recommended.
