Our wedding at Sanctuary Golf Course was truly a dream come true, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team, particularly Chelsea. From our very first meeting to the final sendoff, everything was flawlessly executed. Chelsea was a total pro: kind, calm, organized, and somehow everywhere at once. She coordinated every detail for the Sanctuary and worked perfectly alongside our wedding planner, making the day run smoothly without a hitch.
The venue itself is stunning with a perfect mixture of nature while still being elegant enough for a formal wedding if you want to do it up! But what really made it exceptional was how easy and stress-free the whole planning process felt. The team was flexible, accommodating, and never once made us feel like just another event despite how seamlessly and expertly run they have everything. It still felt entirely personalized and unique to us and our desires for the day. Every question was answered quickly, every change met with understanding, and every piece of the day was handled with care.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Our guests are still raving about it and let’s be honest, that’s rare at weddings! Everything from the appetizers to the entrees was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and delicious. Again, ZERO regrets. Would dine here a million times over.
Sanctuary was worth every single penny. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the staff made us feel taken care of in every way. If you’re considering this venue—don’t hesitate. It was the easiest decision to have our wedding out of the entire wedding process and the BEST decisions we made. The BEST Venue!!!!
Wow. Booking Sanctuary was the best and easiest decision we made in the wedding planning process. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and the time it will save you in being such a full-service venue. By having Tamara as our day-of coordinator, we saved thousands on a wedding planner. I cannot say enough good things about Tamara - she is a wonderful human and made our day so special - everything went so smoothly that I did not feel stressed on my wedding day and was able to fully enjoy every moment - which is truly priceless. She knows every detail about this venue inside and out - so trust her advice! This place is so stunning. The venue itself, the mountain views, the gorgeous florals everywhere you look, the lighting in the pavilion - it is simply perfect. The flexibility of this place is unmatched - every detail was customizable and they will work hard to make your day perfect. Our guests had an incredible time. The food was so delicious, the signature cocktails were amazing and they worked with us to customize them, and every staff member was kind, professional, and made us and all our guests feel like VIPs. Julie and the team at The Sanctuary truly exceeded our expectations. Julie's attention to detail and clear communication made every step of the process seamless. From the initial tour to the tasting and walk-through, she was on top of everything. During the ceremony and reception, Julie checked in with us regularly, ensuring that everything was just as we wanted. Her professionalism and organization are unmatched, making her the perfect person for the job.
The venue itself is breathtaking, offering stunning views that added to the magic of our special day. The staff was not only professional but also attentive and accommodating. One small downside was that the lighting in some areas could have been a bit brighter, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.
The food at The Sanctuary was exceptional, impressing not just us but all of our guests. Every dish was delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. We highly recommend The Sanctuary for anyone looking for a magical wedding experience.
Overall, Julie and her team at The Sanctuary went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Their dedication and hard work truly shined through, and we are grateful for their part in creating such a memorable celebration for us and our loved ones. -

A beautiful space with an amazing team
My wife and I were just married at this venue last month, and we feel so lucky to have found them and their team. We knew we'd be surrounded by great views and a convenient location, but it was Sanctuary's entire team that went above and beyond. From the first tour to all of our planning sessions with Julie - who was impressively thorough, organized, collaborative and accommodating - to the day-of service that impressed all of our guests, Sanctuary goes out of their way to cultivate a stellar experience. For the couple and the guests, every aspect of the wedding and planning feels designed to go as smoothly as possible. They know what they're doing!
Other things that we were especially impressed by: the food was amazing, which is one of the reasons we booked with them. We're glad to report that they lived up to expectations - we still have guests sending us pictures of steaks, telling us "not as good as Sanctuary's." The Pavilion is such a unique and visually interesting space that makes for a fun dance party.
We could gush for hours about how positive our experience was, so suffice it to say Sanctuary comes highly recommended. Again, a special shoutout to Julie for shepherding us through! -

The Sanctuary Golf Course exceeded all of our expectations from service, to planning, to the day of level of attention that was given to my special day. Julie made sure absolutely nothing fell through the cracks and the day was perfection all around. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and in the most beautiful setting. The venue is the absolute perfect layout for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception out in the pavilion. A month later our guests still cannot stop talking about how wonderful it was! You will not regret choosing this perfect venue for your special day! -

The Sanctuary - Knocked it out of the Park!
Knocked it out of the park - a direct quote from one of our guest. The Sanctuary is a beautiful venue. The food was great. Definitely suggest the raw bar during cocktails. It was a huge success. Dinner before dancing was the perfect timeline. The area for dancing and dessert was spacious and comfortable. The staff was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended! -

Seamless from start to finish
From start to finish, working with Sanctuary was an extremely professional and seamless experience. From our initial tour with Tamara, to working with Chelsea, our coordinator, it was apparent that Sanctuary has a lot of experience in running weddings and events. They provided a list of recommended vendors who they've worked with before which was very helpful for planning out of state. We were able to find great local vendors who both fit our style and knew how to make the most of the venue. Sanctuary is also extremely flexible in helping to accommodate our specific personal touches and making the day our own. Most importantly, the food here is excellent. There are a wide variety of options and the venue is extremely flexible in accommodating various dietary restrictions. We could not recommend Sanctuary more highly. (Photos by Golden Moments) -

My husband and I got married at the Sanctuary a month ago and we had the most amazing day thanks to the Sanctuary! The Sanctuary staff is unbelievable and helped our big day move smoothly from start to finish. Julie, one of their coordinators is literally a superhero. She kept us all on track and took care of anything that popped up on our day. To say that she is the best at her job is a gross understatement. She was extremely responsive in answering the plethora of questions my husband and I had prior to our wedding and accommodated any special requests that we needed.
We were so impressed by all of the Sanctuary’s staff members. A special shout out to Sarah who soothed our 3-year-old ring bearer when he was having a meltdown prior to walking down the aisle. She is a child whisperer. Everyone’s service and positivity throughout the night was extremely professional and very much appreciated. We received so many compliments from our guests about the 5-star service and the amazing food! The food at both our cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic!
We cannot recommend this venue enough! You will be well taken care of and feel like a part of the Sanctuary family before your wedding is over. -

We just has a wedding at the Sanctuary Golf Course and it was the most amazing and fairytale place for it. Chelsea helped me with everything. I didn't have any problem during my wedding and only enjoyed our special day. Thank you again for making our dream come true! You are the best ❤️

Everything was spectacular! My day-of- coordinator was Chelsea and she was so professional and easy to work with. She definitely knows how to make a wedding run as smoothly as possible.
Not only was she amazing but the entire staff was amazing. My guests kept raving about how nice every staff member was and how delicious the food was!
Also, I would like to give a shout out to Lily! She was just as wonderful and super helpful!
I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful venue, you won’t regret it!

There is one word that sums up our experience with Sanctuary on our wedding day: perfect. My husband and I worked with Julie for a majority of our time planning our day, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive through everything! We wanted a venue with a mountain feel that wouldn't require our guests to make what can be treacherous trek during the winter time, and Sanctuary delivered. The views are incredible and lend for stunning photos, and the venue itself is cozy and rustic. One of our biggest praises for Sanctuary is the food. It was absolutely amazing, and our guests still rave about it months after the fact. You can't go wrong choosing this place! -

We could not be happier with our experience at the Sanctuary. From right when we toured it back in December 2020, we knew it would be our venue. The views are amazing, the food is delicious, and the overall ambiance is just perfect. Upon booking, you are paired up with a venue coordinator. We were lucky enough to be paired with Chelsea, who was truly our biggest cheerleader during the planning process. We were planning from out of state, and her flexibility and patience through time changes, food tastings, and even the final walkthrough took so much stress off of our plates. She was always available to chat and was very easy to get ahold of via email. Our day went down as smooth as possible, and Chelsea was with us the whole time (even shedding a tear with us as we admired the day we had). Additionally, Sanctuary provides you with basic linens, chairs, tables, silverware, and food/bar are all in house, taking off a load of stressors. We could not be happier with our wedding day and cannot wait to go back someday soon. Thank you Sanctuary for hosting our perfect day! -

I recently had my wedding at the Sanctuary this past July. I cannot recommend this wedding venue enough. This place is just magical and blew every expectation we had for our wedding day out of the water. Everything about this venue is so pristine- to the service to the stunning natural beauty, we were and still are in awe of The Sanctuary. The Sanctuary is so unique in that you can have your ceremony outside in the covered pavilion that frames Pike's Peak where you don't have to worry about Colorado's infamous late afternoon storms. Your guests then move to the breathtaking terrace overlooking the Rocky Mountains. Dinner is served inside the classic, stunning clubhouse, and then we opted to have our dance back outside under the stone pavilion. We had such a wonderful experience working with Julie Gambrell as our wedding coordinator. She was so on top of everything that we didn't have to worry one bit leading up to our special day. We even had a chance to meet the General Manager, Rudy Zupetz, who was also so helpful and amazing. The staff that they have trained here are all just incredible and go over the top to make sure everyone is having an exceptional time. The next day, my husband and I tried to think of anything that went wrong and we couldn't think of a thing- it was perfect. This venue takes care of it all for you. The compliments we received on the food , service, and overall ambiance of the venue were countless. So many people told us that our wedding was like a fairytale and I 100% can say it was because of The Sanctuary. At the end of the night, my friends, family, and I didn't want to leave because it's just such an incredible place! Trust me when I say you can not go wrong with booking this wedding venue. It is hands down the best decision we made in our wedding planning journey. -

Perfect wedding venue
We cannot say enough about how much we loved hosting our wedding at the Sanctuary Golf Course! In our not so humble opinion, this is the best venue in Denver! The venue provides coordinators who made our vision a reality! They manage and organize food, alcohol, linens and day-of coordination/setup. They have a list of preferred vendors which were fabulous to use! The venue is stunning and a perfect location to host a wedding! The outdoor pavilion for the ceremony and dancing allow for all-weather conditions. 10/10 would recommend to all couples! -

We absolutely loved our experience with and wedding day at Sanctuary Golf Course. Julie was absolutely phenomenal- she was professional, has so much experience and insight we completely trusted her! She was flexible, answered our many questions, and was flexible with the layout of the reception offering her best advice.
The chef was amazing- our guests were so impressed by the meal selection (even our Gluten-free guests!) They were willing to work with us and made sure everyone's meal was exactly what they had requested.
The team worked so efficiently and diligently- they had every detail down to perfection and everything was exactly the way we had discussed when we walked through the day of. They're very professional, friendly, and exact with the timeline on the day of.
SO pleased and glad we chose this venue! (we had originally gone with another and ended up cancelling with them to work with Sanctuary)

We absolutely fell head over heels in love with this venue back in December of 2019. We had planned for a beautiful ceremony for 120.... then enter COVID! Everything changed and Brooke was absolutely incredible and there for us every step of the way. We kept our date, kept our venue and held the wedding of our dreams for 20 - an imitate family affair made for a beautiful celebration. I cannot thank Brooke and Susan and Bud who do the flowers on the grounds and the rest of the staff at Sanctuary who made our wedding so special. The staff was so kind and friendly and were so sneaky. I feel like a barely saw them but when I needed them they were there and no one ever went without a drink in hand! Brooke even helped me bustle my dress so that the rest of the guest could enjoy their time. Just WOW... I was so impressed with everyone and their views are by far the most incredible in the front range! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! -

First off, the minute we walked into Sanctuary we were sold. The venue is stunning and the views cannot be beat! We had toured other venues and there were so many catches, extra fees, etc. With Sanctuary, everything was straight-forward and you get so much included with the cost of the venue. We couldn’t believe that we got a “built-in” wedding planner, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without Steffany! She was incredible throughout the entire process and made sure every little detail was perfect.
The entire staff is personable, professional, and so easy to work with. They made sure everything ran smoothly for the tasting, meetings, and the actual event. The food was incredible, and the chef personally came and talked to us during the tasting to ensure everything was up to par.
My husband and I were completely blown away, and our guests were blown away too! Don’t look anywhere else – Sanctuary is the real deal.

We looked at A LOT of venues, but there is nothing like The Sanctuary. We are huge golfers, so that was a factor, but as soon as you see this place you will die. The staff went above and beyond in making our guests feel comfortable and attend to whatever was needed. I personally worked with their planner, Dani, and she is the best at what she does. She made sure everything went according to plan and on schedule. Most people say things will go wrong at your wedding, but with Dani and the great Sanctuary staff, nothing went wrong and our wedding was simply perfect. The views are pretty hard to beat as well. -

I was hired to be the videographer at a wedding here and it's an amazing venue! There are epic views, waterfalls, and more. Plus the indoor space in huge, and even has a giant fireplace. It really made my job easy. Along with the venue being amazing, the staff were super helpful and flexible. Everything came together to make a great video for the couple:

The level of quality and service this venue provides will exceed your expectations. Our wedding was so breathtaking and perfect. Our guests were blown away and most importantly, my groom and I had an unforgettable evening. If food is your thing, you wont be disappointed. If you care about views, they are perfection. If you're focused on service, this team does everything they can to create your dream evening. The onsite coordinator works with you from your initial consultation clear through to running everything the day of the wedding. Steffany skillfully guided us through countless details and brought the ultimate "home court advantage". It was very apparent at the Rehearsal that we were in good hands and that gave us the gift of staying calm and truly enjoying the wedding. Our guests loved the setting, of course, but also commented repeatedly on the staff and how attentive and professional they were in every way. If you're looking at venue prices you'll want to know just how much is included in this one: Coordinator, tables, upholstered chairs, linens, all flatware/china, champagne toast, cake pedestal/server, easels, gift card box, table numbers, votive candles, etc. The beauty of the setting speaks for itself, so we just put the simplest of decorations in the center of each table and a decorative touch on the fireplace mantle and called it done. We are picky people and we were totally wowed! -
Jena Sent on 12/07/2017Sanctuary is AMAZING! Literally everything I ever dreamed of my my wedding. The day went so smoothly and easy. I literally never had to worry about a thing. They did it all for me and communicated with my vendors when they arrived for where to put everything. I was able to arrive and just enjoy the 2 hours before I walked down the isle. The food is amazing here as well! Our guest cannot stop talking about it! It comes out hot and perfectly cooked. Everyone who works there is so experienced and knows how the wedding business should work and how to run a 5 star service. Having your own coordinator is amazing, you do not need a wedding planner at this place. Relaying everything to your coordinator is just like having a wedding planner (i.e. who your vendors are, when they are arriving, contact information, etc.). My coordinator even chatting with my DJ for me to make sure they were on the same page for the day of timeline, it was great because I didn't have to play the middle man. Literally the most amazing day of my life! The pictures there turn out amazing as well. You will not be disappointed if you pick Sanctuary.

Carla Sent on 09/11/2015My husband and I cannot thank Sanctuary Staff enough for creating a wedding for us that far exceeded our expectations. We could not have dreamt up a more beautiful wedding. Words truly cannot express how happy we were with their services! All of their staff did a wonderful job especially our personal waiter, Alex, who was absolutely amazing. David and Hannah were also very accommodating. The bartenders received praise from the majority of our guests.
All of our family and friends have been speaking of the fun they had, with many saying it was the best wedding they’ve attended – “The Sanctuary is one of a kind.”, “Food and drinks were amazing.” and “Kudos to the chef.”
Sanctuary is one of the best venue I've seen in Colorado. Beautiful views, grounds and wonderful staff. I recommend this place to all couples who are looking for a place to get married...I promise you won't regret it at all! -

So from day one I was told from my parents that the sanctuary was the place to go. We were originally were with a girl named Brooke and then she quit on us after three months and then found out we were put with someone else named Danni. Along the way Danny was awesome no problems dealt with me that with the seating charts and everything else. When it came to the wedding it was a different story. I have family members who have worked in hospitality were Butler’s hostesses things like that. My parents paid for most of the wedding and to their extent they should’ve been the first table served with food and wine and they weren’t my table was the first table served and to be honest we had cold food and my maid of honor was a little three sheets to the wind and my husband and mother asked the bar staff for coffee five times and they gave them a hard time saying we don’t have it or we don’t serve it until later and they asked we need to give it to someone to sober someone up. After that dinner service was not served to the main table they kept waiting and waiting and then on top of it they also had wine spilled all over their table and didn’t get that cleaned up for 15 minutes . My uncle who was a butler for Mr. and a few other Las Vegas hotels said this was one of the worst services ever . I don’t want to give them a bad rap but the service was beyond terrible I didn’t say anything about my steak because I had so much going on and so many people to greet that I figured whatever it’s a steak so be it . It’s just sad for the money we paid for and everything else the service and everything else should’ve been 10 times more my uncle who was the butler for Mr. When I found out Brooke quit from the beginning I was nervous about the team but Danny did hold it together for someone who is new but for the amount of money we spent in the place that we’re staying at it should’ve been top-notch service and was not top-notch service This place is an exclusive place and should’ve been an exclusive place yes they gave us a gift in the end and thanked us but service and everything else and my parents to pay for everything should’ve been the table and everything else they focused on first service was a big no-no and that’s all I have to say
